Este album se ve medio complicado pero es super fÃĄcil de hacer!
He aqui lo que vamos a necesitar:
1. Con un plato grande vamos a trazar circlos en todos nuestros papeles:
2. Nos debe de quedar asi:
3.Vamos a tener 4 circulos del mismo tamaÃąo:
4. Doblamos por la mitad de modo horizontal:
5. Ahora desdoblamos y doblamos de modo vertical:
6. Abrimos, y hacemos un solo dobles de modo transversal o sea inclinado:
7. Con estos dobleces vamos a poder doblar nuestro papel del modo siguiente, metiendo las esquinas hacia adentro y dejandolo como una empanadita:
8. Hacemos esto con todos los circulos y las pegamos una sobre de otra:
9. Trazamos la forma triangular en chipboard, ilustracion o carton para formar las pastas:
10. Pegamos la cinta y cubrimos con papel estampado:
11. Cuando lo abramos nos debe quedar asi y ya esta listo para decorar!!
12. El mio lo decore de este modo listo para ponerle fotos de algun evento especial.

My planner for 2011
My agenda para el 2011
This is the second year in a row that I make my own daily planner, this way I can add what I´ll use for sure and remove all the things from planners I never use. Plus I add a scrapbooking inspiration section, some to do lists of crafty items and a section for sketches.
Este es el segundo aÃąo que hago mi propia agenda, de este modo puedo aÃąadir o remover todas las cosas que me van a servir y las que no. AdemÃĄs aÃąado una secciÃģn de scrapbook, listas de cosas de manualidades que quiero hacer y sketches.
On a visit to a local supermarket I saw a Frida Kahlo planner, now you should know that I love Frida, she is one of my idols and love her art, her life, her style etc, ever since I was a little girl I´ve loved all things Frida so I knew I wanted a Frida planner, but not just any....I wanted to make my own.
En una visita al supermercado me tope con una agenda de Frida Kahlo, les voy a contar que yo adoro a Frida, es una de mis idolos y me encanta su arte, su vida su estilo etc, desde que era una niÃąita me encantaba todo lo que fuera de Frida asi que sabia que queria una agenda de Frida....pero no cualquiera, queria hacer la mia.
So this is my Frida 2011 planner, I used paper by K & Company "Que sera sera" line, and several diecuts also from K& Co, the ribbon is Making Memories and the pictures I found them online printed them and just distress them to look more realistic.
Asi que esta es mi agenda de Frida 2011, use papel de K & Company "Que sera sera" y diferentes paquetitos de "diecuts" tambien de K & Co, los listones son de Making Memories y las fotos las encontre en linea, las imprimi y solo les hice "distressing" para que se vean mas realistas.
To be honest, I love it, it looks exactly as I pictured it and I know I´ll use it trought the year very very happy, hope you like it too and give you some inspiration to create your own planner.
La verdad me encanta como quedo, es exactamente como la imaginaba y se que me va a hacer muy feliz durante todo el aÃąo que la use, espero que les guste y sirva de inspiraciÃģn para crear su propia agenda.

I suck at organizing....there I said it, is not a surprise to many. But I do need my most specific tools organized, I had this pink fabric bucket that was ok, but too deep and I would loose things on the bottom or forget I had them.
Apesto en organizaciÃģn....ya lo dije, probablemente no sorprenda a muchos. Pero en mis cosas de uso de scrap necesito estar organizada. Tenia una cubetita rosa que me funcionaba, pero era muy profunda y perdia cosas en el fondo u olvidaba que las tenia.
Have I mention that I work at an LSS? The cutest, funner with the best teachers (ahem me one of them) and with the best supplies in the Peninsula LSS. Have I mention that I always see first what arrives? and I loooove it. And thats how I came to this bag and I loved it and I had a gift card and I used it lol.
¿He mencionado que trabajo en una tienda de scrap? La mas divertida, con las mejores maestras (yo una de ellas ajem) con el mejor surtido de materiales en la Peninsula. ¿He mencionado que veo todo lo que llega de primero? Me encanta....asi fue como me hice de esta bolsa, me encanto y tenia una tarjeta de regalo para la tienda...y la use jajaja.
And eveything fits!!! My five scissors, my paper modpodge, my pen collection, my glue stick collection, my BG files, my distress inks etc.
¡Y todo le cabe! Mis cinco tijeras, my modpodge para papel, my colecciÃģn de plumas, my coleccion de barras de pegamento, mis limas de BG, mis tintas de distressing etc.
I tied a rainbow ribbon in case someone else has one and it might be confusing, I´m sure most scrapbookers have eight pens, fourteen glue sticks half used, and a hippo clinging in one of the handles.
Le amarre un listoncito de arcoiris como distintivo, estoy segura que la mayoria de las scrapbookeras, tienen ocho plumas, catorce barras de pegamento usadas y un hipopotamo colgado de la agarradera.

Cuando hacemos scrap es fÃĄcil dedicarnos a lo que nos es sencillo y no nos causa demasiado reto; muchas veces tenemos poco tiempo para hacerlo y aprovechamos cada minuto dedicado a esto en avanzar en las tareas que tenemos; pero luego el Scrap se hace una tarea que tenemos que hacer y olvidamos jugar, experimentar y aprender cosas nuevas.
MaÃąana, en el foro de ScrÃĄpate, podrÃĄs encontrar un reto nuevo, en el cual vas a poder experimentar, jugar e incluso ponerte artÃstica. Desde usar cosas que jamÃĄs imaginarias en el scrap, usar productos diseÃąados para otras manualidades, inspirarte en la gente que admiras y explorar tus miedos.

I want to soak in the.....everything.
Every year I pick a word to follow during the year. In past years it has been "Focus" and "Bloom", you can blame the super inspiring Ali Edwards for this. I´ve been thinking all week what my word for 2011 was going to be, I wanted something to do with learning, with loving, with creating etc. Not really easy to find, and then a while ago it suddenly came to me. I want all of those things I mentioned and I want a lot of it, I want to find it, feel it and live it. I truly want to soak in the things that are important to me during the year.
This year my word is Soak in: I´ll soak in friendships, in learning new things, in cherishing the ones I care the most. I´ll soak in every little bit of importance in my life. I´ll stop looking at my life as boring or that nothing happens and soak all the mini events that make it fun, crazy and different to all the other lifes out there.
So 2011 is the year I´ll soak in my life.
Quiero empaparme de....todo.
(Cada aÃąo escojo una palabra para guiarme durante el aÃąo. En aÃąos pasados a sido "Focusenfocate)" y "Bloom (brota)", la culpa de esto es la muy inspiradora Ali Edwards. Durante toda la semana he estado pensando en cual iba a ser mi palabra del 2011, queria algo que tuviera que ver con aprender, con amar, con sentirme creativa. No era una palabra muy facil de encontrar y subitamente hace un rato llego a mi. El punto es que quiero todo lo que mencione y quiero mucho de eso, quiero encontrarlo, sentirlo y vivirlo. De verdad que quiero empaparme en las cosas que son importantes para mi durante el aÃąo.
Este aÃąo mi palabra es Empaparme: Quiero empaparme en amistades, en aprender cosas nuevas, en atesorar a las personas que mas me importan. Voy a empaparme de importancia de mi vida. Voy a dejar de verla como algo aburrido y que nada sucede y empaparme en los pequeÃąos eventos que la hacen divertida, loca y diferente a todas las vidas en cada pedacitoahi afuera.
Asi que el 2011, voy a empaparme de mi vida.

Baby Girl Album
Album para bebÃĐ niÃąa
A friend kindly asked me to make her a baby girl album, and I got super inspired and worked on that for a few days, and today it was finished and delivered. She loved it!
Una amiga me encargo que le hiciera un album de bebÃĐ para niÃąa, la verdad me inspire mucho y trabaje en ello durante varios dias, y hoy ya lo termine y entregue. A ella le encanto!
Here are a few pictures of it, hope you like it, I´m proud to say that even the album was handmade by me and I love all the little details.
Aqui hay algunas fotos del album, espero les guste. Orgullosamente puedo decir que incluso el album fue hecho a manita por mi y me encantaron todos los detallitos que tiene.

So I have a couple of friends.....
Tengo un par de amigas....
That this week are celebrating major accomplishments: one found a new job in a very good company and that will be really great for her and her future and the other one finished her thesis, a huge task that puts her right on her way to finish her degree.
Que esta semana estan celebrando grandes logros: una encontro trabajo en una muy buena empresa, lo cual va a ser muy bueno para ella y su futuro y la otra, termino sus TÃĐsis, un trabajo muy grande que la pone en el camino para acabar su carrera.
This two friends are the ones I can always count on, to help me, to listen to me and specially to make me laugh cause they are both hilarious, I really hope everyone has at least a couple of friends like Freaka and Poxa.
Estas dos amigas son las cuales siempre se puede contar, te escuchan, te ayudan cuando lo necesitas pero sobre todo te hacen reir, de verdad espero que todos tenga al menos un par de amigas como Freaka y Poxa.
Of course I wanted to give them something to celebrate and thank them for being so super cool friends and considering they will soon be joining the workforce I though a little desk set was perfect!
Por supuesto que quise darles algo para celebrar que sean amigas tan cool, y considerando que muy pronto van a entrar a trabajar pense que un juego de escritorio seria perfecto!!
So here it is, Poxa loves black and red, so I made her a notebook, I altered a little can to use as a pencil holder and added some pens, gum, some oreo cookies and a card.
Asi que aqui esta, Poxa ama el color negro con rojo, asi que le hice una libreta, altere una latita para que use de lapicero y aÃąadi plumas, chicles, galletas oreo y una tarjeta.
I did the exact same thing for Freaka, but in purple (she loooves purple).
Hice exactamente lo mismo para Freaka, solo que en morado (ella ama el morado)
I really hope they like them, use it and enjoy them and even though we might not see you so soon now, we know its just the way it goes and will find a new dinamic very soon.
Realmente espero que les haya gustado y lo usen mucho, aunque proximamente no las podamos ver tan seguido, sabemos que es la ley de la vida y pronto tendremos una nueva dinamica.
Tomorrow I have a crop (wooohoo!!) and I´ll be working on a couple of things for home I have planed and right now I´m off to scrapbook my Scrap U assignments!
MaÃąana tengo crop (woohoo!!) y estare trabajando en un par de cosas para la casa que tengo planeadas y ahorita me voy a poner a scrappear mis tareas de Scrap U!

Tired Tuesday
Martes cansado
So I´m trying to get on the hang of posting daily, I can do it, just have to apply myself and find out what to say, I mean just to ramble I can do it on twitter on facebook, but my blog is more for sharing interesting stuff.
Estoy intentado poner post diario en el blog, y se que lo puedo hacer solo me tengo que aplicar y encontrar de que hablar, digo solo para poner tonterias tengo el facebook y el twitter, pero mi blog es mas para compartir cosas interesantes.
It doesn´t help that this week is "Deep Cleaning Week" here at home and the deep cleaning is being done, by me so I am tiiiireeeeddd!
Claro que no ayuda que esta semana estamos en "Semana de limpieza profunda" aqui en la casa y la casa la estoy limpiando yo y por lo tanto estoy super cansaaaadaaa.
But I do have some stuff to share. One of my first projects when I started scrapbooking was a baby album for Diana, and one of my projects this year was to re- do it because most of the stuff used wasn´t acid free.
Pero si tengo algo que compartir. Uno de mis primeros proyectos cuando empece a hacer scrap fue un album de bebÃĐ de Diana, y uno de mis proyectos este aÃąo es volverlo a hacer por que la mayoria de las cosas que use no eran libres de acido.
This are some of the layouts I´ve done so far, they still need some details and the journaling, they are 8x8 (love that size) and I still have some more to do and also need to make the album.
Estos son algunos de los layouts que he hecho hasta el momento, todavia les faltan detallitos y el journaling, son en 8x8 (amo ese tamaÃąo) y aun tengo varios mas para hacer y ademas hacer el album.
