Made this shamrock pin for DD to wear for St. Paddy's Day. Of course she was annoyed with me for making her take a picture when all she wanted to do was bolt out the house to catch the bus for school. I made it using felt scraps/ribbons/gold mesh, a button and a green safety pin.

Procrastination...

Procrastination.... I don't know about you all but lately I 'm finding that I procrastinating a lot. MY DDs wanted some Valentine cards that are not babyish but still cute. So I told them I'd whip something up for them both. Well, I finally got around to doing it last night. I ended up staying up to the wee hours of the morning to get the cards done for them. I am sooo glad I got them done. Anyway they are available for free (until Saturday night) in my shop. Here's a preview:

Thanks and a freebie

Hello everyone, I just wanted to take a moment to say Thanks to Brenda, Mags, Sheila, and txgwen for leaving a comment about who they use for printing SB layouts. BTW does any only use Polka Dot Potato? I can across them today. I'm looking for a company to print out my layouts that offer a good price and quality prints. Please take a moment to leave me some suggestions. So far I've got:

Freebie {PixieQuickie - Winter Convoy }

Hello everyone, got a freebie for you. I made a PixieQuickie Page (quickpage). I used pieces from my portion of the Winter Convoy. Now I have a question for those of you who get their layouts printed out by some company. I'm looking for a company to print out my layouts that offer a good price and quality prints. If you have a moment please leave me some suggestions. Thanks in advance. I did manage to order a sample from Scrapbooks to Share. They turned out great, you can barely tell which is glossy and which is matte. I prefer the matte and DH likes the glossy.

1 Birthday down...

Well my DD got a big surprise on Friday. We celebrated her 15th birthday and she wasn't really expecting much. We had her thinking that her Birthday present was going to the movies with her BF (w/o her little sisters). =Password for freebie is freepqcard04 = While she and her BF were @ the movies, we wrapped her gifts and got her cake ready.....Wow! I can't believe she's 15 already. G-pa bought her an iPod and we got her a portable audio system plus some accessories and an iTunes card to download music on to her iPod.
