Sleep, Poo, Cry, Cuddle
Well, that's about my FAVOURITE ACTIVITIES for now.
Though once a while, I give Daddy and Mummy a smile, mostly a roar of my mighty CRY. Got to start training my lungs for future preaching and worshipping, you just never know.
Got to ask for a cuddle from mummy, update pics later.

Origins of Joshua
Long long ago............in a not so faraway place @ Boon Tiong,
J : " Have thought of christian name? Something that depicts a warrior, a leader that does great things for God?"
W : "Adner, I like this name"
J : " Nah..girlish, sounds like Agnes"
J : " Someone suggested Josh......."
W : "......................................."
J: " I like Joshua....what is his character like in the bible?"
W: " Joshua is the leader after Moses lor. "
J: " oh really.....W, pray about it "

Babies Do Talk....
Trust me, even though they speak or CRY a different tongues, it takes you just a week or two to learn their expression and cries.....the pictures of Joshua are just self explanatory.

An Ordinary Thur
Dear Dairy....Ops..Diary,
It was an ordinary day, started with exercising of my lungs and limbs @ 5am. It really made me feel really hungry that I ate a big breakfast! Doze off into dreamland, not caring the milk stain on my handsome face........
8am, my pamper making my really uncomfortable, I just have to had it change this min, this very min!!! Daddy and mummy made some conversation about my stinky poopoo, not too sure what they are saying......I wish I get my 2nd breakfast soon. A hungry baby is not a happy baby.
11am, it's splashing time! Felt really good, water.....my 2nd home :) I know mummy gona give me lunch soon! She always does that after bathing.
130pm HUNGRY HUNGRY, GIVE ME FOOD!
4pm Teatime...doze off with mummy..yawn, such a cosy nap. *blissful*
630pm Diaper change...ops, pee on daddy...accidents do happen :oP
Mummy say I got to wait till 7pm for my next feed.........Patience she says, it goes a long way..........

Motherhood
You know motherhood hits you when :
1) You wish you had a zip in your tummy to dump your meals
2) You play scissor-paper-stone with your husband, to decide who should wake up to change diaper
3) You start trying to recall "Rock-A-by-Baby"
4) Your clothes are stained with milk and urine
5) Your hands ache from cuddling and rocking
6) Your back ache from diaper changing
7) Your breast hurts from feeding....all the soreness
8) You & your husband are totally knocked-out, that you forgot all about your daily good night kiss
Then again..................................................................
1) The little coos and woos of the baby simply makes your heart melt
2) The smell of the baby becomes your FAV perfume...you no longer care for Chanel/Farregamo
3) His little fingers wrap around your thumb, gives you the security of the world
4) His after-meal burps brings laughter to you and your husband
5) His every single expression brings " Woo! Ah!" to you and your husband
6) His breathing in the night, so theraupuetic, that it works even better than camomile tea and soft music
7) Your shopping trip becomes HIS shopping trip
8) You surf the net on " How to grow your child SMART-ER? " (haa..)
9) Your daily prayers include him.............you can't thank God enough for such a wonderful creation

Counting Down!!
36th week
Can't beat the excitement of the little one's arrival. Finally got his clothes washed (you got to thank your daddy) and my pregnancy bag packed. Not sure if I would need anything more, guess Wilson will be around anyway.
Now....just waiting for little warrior to 'fight' his way out. As parents, we could only pray and be patient....WAIT.

First Sensation-Climax
It is 35th++ week, nearing 36th week.
Had the first weirdest sensation, sudden pain at pelvic, shocked me for a while, lean against the wall, and did deep breathing. For the first time, I really felt pregnant. This is the climax of the pregancy....when you sense the weight, the numbness, the obvious wriggling of the baby.
The last 8mth were like a breeze, each day was just slight movement, eating the best I know how, walking the normal way. Life was almost a norm, nothing unusual, that it was kinda boring. No super-duper charged up feeling, occassional touch of the spirit or just a slight impression.
CLIMAX....this word struck me. There needs to be climax'es' in each stage of our lives. Pregnancy, our career, marriage, relationship with people, what's more our walk with God??

I am now 2kg!
Mummy say now we have to see Dr Tan, every 2 weeks. That means more tickling and squeezing by her...Hmm...I guess it is what every baby has to go through.
Space ; mummy's tummy seems to be getting smaller, there is not much space for me to swim like before. Stretching is hard in here......I need SPACE.

Thoughts of a mum-to-be.........
" It is really amazing how things move in the spiritual realm, even for an unborn child. As parent, we can start speaking into their life, speaking it into existence. I had a wonderful experience with my Little Warrior last night. Wilson was not at home, and feeling abit exhausted. So decided to spend time reading a Christian book......it was when the baby start kicking, really really active he had been these past few days.
I held my tummy, and started praying for this little one, to be obedient to his parents, to have the fear of the Lord, that his spirit will learn to reverence the presence of God. I asked him to be a good child and go to sleep soon, as it is past his bed time. Amazingly, he stopped kicking and I have such a blessed night rest.
Pregnancy is such a wonderful thing, it is really a test of faith, putting your words into action, a fruit - a baby that will come to pass only 10mth laters. Simply an amazing creation of God isn't it? "

Mon + Tue = FUN!
Mon 7pm:
Daddy & mummy brought me to Thomson Medical Hospital for our 1st Pregancy class. Lots of little babies like me, waiting to be born. Mummy stretched and turned, while I did my own kicking and turning exercise. The teacher Nurse Chong said we got to stay fit by exercising and eating well. Lots of milk, cheese, vegetables and fruits....I hope I like them.
Tue 11pm:
It was hard staying up late. Waiting for daddy and uncle Francis to come back, we are waiting to celebrate grandpa's 51st birthday. Everyone sang song soooo loud, that I woke up. Yummy, 2 slices of kaya cake.
Tue 12am+:
I felt so energised, after the cake, with the classical music in the car. Mummy was trying to sleep, but...I still want to play....why do the day go by so fast? Why do we have to sleep? Maybe I will ask Daddy next time :) He is so smart, he should know the answer.

Sweet sweet tooth....
I started developing a luv of sweet....
1) Chocolate brownie - mummy had it for dinner dessert last night
2) Nutella - really yummy with Meiji biscuits
3) Glico reverse chocolate stick - treat from mummy's collegue
4) Tau Hway sugaring - the sugaring taste so much better than the plain Tau Hway!
5) Oreo - Blueberry White Chocolate biscuits - NEW in the market, really yummy!
Skip lunch today, an ate all the above. Wonder if daddy will scold :P

1) Crying when you see a baby born on TV, understanding how mothers feel everywhere from Beijing to Belfast.
2) Trying to answer those awkward questions: Do fish sleep? Why is the sky blue? How do cows have babies if they can't get married?
3) Hearing your child say 'mum' and wondering who that is, then realising — it's YOU!
4) Feeling a tiny fist curl around your finger when you touch his palm.
