Audrey is 4 Weeks Old... And A Few Other Pictures

Audrey turned 4 weeks old yesterday. Today I took her outside for a little photo shoot. Natalie did her best to help me keep her happy near the end.

The Graduate

Michael graduated from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University on May 14th. We have patiently, but with relative ease, endured the three years to get to this point. Natalie couldn't have been more excited for her dad. In fact, we all were. Way to go Mike!


Natalie yelled "Dad" and "Congratulations, Dad" at the top of her lungs as Mike walked across the stage and back to his seat. Mike heard her the whole time. That's my girl!!





After the convocation ceremony, we went to Mike's parents house for a little party to celebrate. We are so proud of you Mike! You worked so hard for this degree - a Juris Doctorate. It wasn't easy, but I know it was all worth it.


Unfortunately the life of a student isn't quite over. Mike has just started studying for the Bar exam that he will take in July. I know he will do well! And after he takes the Bar, and a little vacation, he'll continue to work for Ping until his new job starts in November as an associate with Polsinelli Shughart in Phoenix. Happy day!

Natalie couldn't be more proud of her new baby sister.

A few days after birth, Natalie was determined to help me give Audrey her first bath. Natalie did a phenomenal job assisting me. She really is a great sister!

Audrey's first official out-of-town visitor was my mom from Utah. Aunt Alisa also made the 2 hour round trip to visit us as often as possible.

And Great-Grandma Fern drove up from Tucson to visit Audrey and Lauren.

Audrey is two weeks old today. I can't believe how fast she is growing. She seems to have put on almost a pound already. She is a wonderful baby - rarely cries, great eater, and good sleeper. We couldn't be more pleased to have her in our family!
