It's a 1-way street

This conversation happened at 3ish in the morning.  Amru: mama, bangun. Amru ade rahsia nak tanya.  Mama: ape dia Amru: mama, Amru tgh cakap bahasa apa skrg? Mama: bahasa melayu Amru: tapi kite kan kat Korea? Bukan Malaysia kan.  Mama: Aah, tapi kite kan org melayu pegi mana2 pun ckp melayu.  Amru: Oo. Ni Korea Malaysia ke? Mama: tak, ni Korea je. Malaysia jauh. Amru: Oo. Oklah tu je.  Dear Amru, this "rahsia" can wait until tomorrow...😅

I strongly think my husband has some Indian heritage along his bloodline even though according to him, he is not very sure about that, due to the fact that his maternal grandparents passed away early when he was a kid and never really talked about his ancestors and where they came from. I mean, hello super obvious kot😂😂😂, I wouldn't have to hear it from his grandparents to tell that he has mamak/indian blood. Kampung tok/wan kat Penang pun very self-explanatory 😅 haha So. What's a mamak guy without curry right? He said he could eat curry forever and can just live with only curry.  But unfortunately this curry guy didn't end up with curry girl. He ended up with anything-but-curry girl instead. Haha. So there were a few attempts of me making curry but all of them are Malay curry la. Not bad though. The last time was 2 years ago. Since then if he wanted real curry he just orders a takeout from any halal Indian diner (in Korea takde mamak) or mamak (kalau kat msia)....
