Amy and Celeste planned a female get-away to Ogden. The kids (except for nursing babies) were left with their dads. We stayed at the Marriot Hotel in Ogden. It was terrible driving weather with thick fog. We all made it safely to our destinations with Amy's Text Trivia and a lot of prayer. We ate at the Rainbow Garden at the mouth of Ogden Canyon and shopped the stores. We decided to go to Farr icecream factory for dessert before heading back to the hotel for some girl pampering and scrapbooking. We all talked until nearly midnight. Lani and Becky stayed in the adjoining room with their babes, Rigden and Garrett. Amanda slept in her own bed to prevent getting a migraine, and the rest of us slept on double beds (except Josie made a bed out of a chair and foot stool).
The majority of us slept in until 8:30 then Mom took us all out to eat at Jeremia's restaurant. Yum. Amanda caught up woth us there. The converstion was much easier at breakfast than it had been at dinner the night before. We headed back to the hotel to check out before dividing up into two teams for a friendly scavenger hunt down Historic 25th Street. Amy, Amanda, Josie, and Tara vs. Lani, Becky, Mom, Celeste and the Babes.

The boys survived, but...
........Only just bearly. The rest of the men got together in Scholfield at Travis's Grandparent's Cabin (Mark was the only one who couldn't make it).Despite the rain we all had a grand time. After only 45 minutes we all scrambled to meet in front of Union Station. Lani's team was the winner of the candy prize, but we all got a lot more from this trip than that. It was lunch time and we all went our seperate ways. Plans are already in the works for a Summer Scrapbook or Recipe party.
