After we opened our presents at our house we headed over to Grandma and Papa's house.

Busia Holiday Visit

We got to make a quick visit on Christmas Day to see Busia and all of Mommy's cousins. It was so nice to see everyone!

When we woke up this morning we were so excited to see Santa came over night!!

Christmas Eve 2011

On Christmas Eve Grandma Paula's whole family came over for a party.

Nevin Christmas

Yai Yai and Aunt Deb came over to celebrate Christmas with us and while they were here we heard a knock on the door. We went over to see who it was and in walked Santa!

Morgan was excited to see him too!
Jackson verified his status on the "nice" list.

Carter was still a little shy around Santa but not as bad as when we saw him a few weeks ago.

Before Santa left he asked Jackson to take him up to his room to see if he was helping out Mommy and keeping it clean. Jackson was happy to take Santa up there and show him some of his things. It was then time for Santa to head back to the north pole to get ready for his big day. We gave him some cookies and he was off. He reminded to to sleep tight on Christmas Eve and he shall return. Thanks Yai Yai, Aunt Deb, and Santa for the great visit!

Jackson-Pre School Christmas Party

Wed was our last day at school before Christmas ....we get a 2 week Christmas Vacation!

We had a party to celebrate Christmas and as always we had lots of fun. Here we are performing some of our carols.

Of course we had tons of snacks to eat. Here is a photo of me and my buddy "school Jenna", as I call her, chowing down on cookies and cupcakes.
We also love handing out our presents to everyone. This year I got everyone these antlers and bells so they could dance around like Santa's reindeer! See you in 2012 school!

A Dusting....All We Need

Finally (mid December) we got some snow overnight. We were so excited. It wasn't much but all we needed to play outside!
Jackson has been running around the house singing "It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas!"

A nice shot of Carter's Lego injury. Carter fell on a lego the other night and got a nice little bruiser right on his forehead. Carter cried just for a minute but much to my shock the lego was unharmed.

PaPa Potato Head

Jackson called me over to show me his creation of "PaPa Potato Head"...modeled after his "bestest" friend PaPa. (PaPa probably does have those shoes in his closet!)

Wrestle Mania...all Day Long

This is what it looks like in our house all day long. Hulk Hogan and Stone Cold Steve Austin show up early am and don't leave until the wee hours of the night.

Jackson Graduates Preschool Swimming

This evening Jackson graduated Preschool Level swim class. He is ready to move on to the next level! He has been going to class for the last 8 weeks now and has learned so much. We are so proud of him! Here a two short videos of some of the skills he had to master to pass this level: Swimming on his own with the noodle and bobbing under water.

Visit with Santa

This morning we headed to Bass Pro to make our annual visit with Santa. His wonderland was all set up and there he was sitting in his big chair! Jackson was in his glory but Carter on the other hand...

...was not happy to say the least. If you are a doctor, nurse, Santa, or if you are Italian, Carter will let you know his uneasiness. Poor kiddo!

Jackson needed his one on one time with Santa so Mommy quickly whisked Carter away so they could talk about stuff.

Of course I have been good?! What kinda question is that.

When we got home Carter took his Santa fear frustration out on Prancer....poor little reindeer. (Or Jackson pushed him down...I only witnessed the aftermath wrestle.)
