Yeah I know, I need to hang my head in shame....It's been a WHILE....So here's what's up-
A few weeks after our cruise, just me and the boys went to Utah for a few weeks for a few reasons, my niece got married! I got to take her pics :) Her new hubby is a DOLL.Congrats you guys...
And my baby sister Cindy left on her mission!She left after I came back home, which is fine, I'm not good with good byes, but I was sad to miss her farewell. Love you Cindy!She will be serving in the Santiago Chile North mission after she leaves the MTC.I've been writing her on dearelder.com, such a handy site. In her most recent letter she wrote "Sister Eborn was trying to say "I made a deal with God," but she found that the word for "deal" was "fiesta." SO, she kept saying "I made a party with God." ...what, sister?? Hahaha."
My visit to Utah was also the LAST time our group of sisters would all be together for a long time!Oh I heart them.
Who else I heart?My favorite cat Audi.He's kinda on the husky side.

The boys LOVED mimi and pepa's house, as they call them...you could imagine why...
The trip home was HORRIBLE.I was traveling alone with the boys and I conveniently got a horrible stomach ache/illness/yuckiness the day before and dumb delta wouldn't let me change the flight...One of my biggest pet peeves is when they put the traveling families in the bulk row up front, thinking it helps.I hate that!No it doesn't help.Why?Because as soon as I sit down they tell me all my bags and stuff have to go in an over head bin until we're up in the air.The bag that happens to be my saving grace for snacks, toys, bribes, sleepy drugs, etc...AND the arm rests dont lift up!So, the two ornery boys are supposed to fight over one seat next to the window because you know that 'lap' child ain't sitting on my lap!
Just a few short weeks after getting home I had my big women's day expo with my girlfriend!It went SO well thanks to our handy "Square" app, the one that is a tiny white square that plugs into your smart phone and you can swipe credit cards anywhere, they literally sign with their finger on your screen, then it deposits it into your acct.Sweetness. It was fun, glad we're pros at this stuff now.Molly Ringwald was the keynote speaker, and to be honest, total flop.Wasn't impressed.Anyway, the following week we did a home show and did just as good in 2 hours as we did in an entire day at the expo, crazy.Life has been SO much nicer now that I stopped doing the little shoes, that are SO cute yes, but stressed the perfectionist in me out.Love the name change and the logo (Big thank you to TheModernPolkaDot.com!)
Now summer is here over night.Thanks to the free babysitting up to 2 hours per day we spend 90% of our week here:
Here's double trouble.And boy are they....
Those faces look so innocent, but here's a snippet from a single day last week....I was dog sick last friday.AJ is at work, I'm crawling around to get anything, so I toss the kids some snacks and lay in bed.They seem to be playing well, there's no screaming for a while.Then Cohen comes in and crawls on me, all wet, and Gavin informs me it's because they were playing in the puddles in the parking lot.Say wha?! I crawl out to the living room, turn on a movie, then crawl back in bed.I hear a familiar noise in the living room that immediately causes some concern.Then Gavin comes running in and says "Mom Cohen took off his diaper and peed on the couch".Before he even runs out I hear the sound of Cohen slapping and splashing liquid all over the couch.Can a girl.get.a.flippin.break. Apparently not, because after cleaning everyone up I had over done it and head back to bed rolling around groaning and wimpering in pain....Cohen comes in and in his sweet little voice says mommy ok?Mommy ok? I said nooo, mommy not ok, I have a big owwie.Little feet scurry out of the room, then scurry back in short moments later as Cohen starts hitting me over and over with his *luckily* foam baseball bat saying "Mommy owwie?Mommy Owwie??" Bless his heart for trying to take my mind off of my stomach.... Thank goodness I have a flippin sense of humor because although maddening, I was entertained. The following morning I was awakened by the announcement Gavin had for me when he came in to tell me that the worms in the fridge were escaping their box. (Aj took Gavin fishing the day before, where he made the grave mistake of showing Gavin where he puts the worms).I go to the kitchen to find the fridge open, and worms wiggling on different shelves.Trying not to flip out, I told Gavin his consequence was to put them all back (mainly because I wasn't about to touch them).While he played 52 pick up, I had to clean up Cohen's diaper blow out.Tossed the two in the bath with a full bottle of babywash and flopped myself on the floor until they were pruned.
Unfortunately-TRUE.STORY.
AJ leaves tomorrow with a crew from his radio station to head down to Joplin, MO to help out and bring a ton of donations they've been taking all week and documenting their trip as well.They will be driving down there in this:(used to be some famous race car drivers bus, I forget his name......)
For any of you who don't know, AJ worked his first radio job in Joplin and grew up just outside of it, so he is very excited to bring his coworkers back, but gets emotional just thinking about it because he will be showing them where things USED to be.Also in AJ news, their station did a HUGE contest,and here's his video debut :) They received national recognition in the radio world for how they executed the contest.Long story.But I'm so proud :)
And the last bit of news is my sister Jill moved out here!It's so nice having so family close by.She found a good paying job in a week and has a cute apartment right next to her job. Speaking of apartments, we put in our notice yesterday.And for any of you who have known what a he!! the last year and a half our living situation has been, it's nothing less than heaven sent that we get to get out.Well, fingers crossed we do, we're kinda going on a leap of faith that our last and only housing option works out!! :)

Don't want to bore you with all the details...like it was amazing and beautiful blah blah blah....
We brought AJ's mom and grandma with us.It was a blast.We stayed at Ron Jon resort off the beach in Port Canaveral a few days before we cruised(AJ got SWEEET deal because they were doing construction on the place THEN we listened to their timeshare junk and got a free night), then came back and are here again playing at their water park and huge indoor play gym until we leave tomorrow morning....You know how most long vacations by the end you're thinking yeah, I'm ready to get home to my own bed etc....well I'm not!I don't want to go home!
For anyone who hasn't been on a cruise before, you must put it on your bucket list.Must.This was our second as a family and I can't wait to go again!Helloo free childcare!I got to go jog on the track up on the top deck and get 360 degrees of gorgeous views....which didn't even make a dent in the amount of calories consumed on this trip.I can't count that high.My vice....24 hour soft serve ice cream bar.......I rewarded myself with a cone if I so much as brushed my hair.
They have coffee and Ice tea on tap but if you want a soda they're $2.25 a can! I thought I was gonna die!I gave in a few times....
I heard everyone else this week got a little bit of precipitation??Some ice, snow??Aj's parents in OK got the most snow they've had in like 20 years.In Indiana we have a few feet waiting for us.yay.
And I'm still annoyed my pictures are getting flipped for me unvoluntarily when I upload to blogger, how do I fix this!?
-Hope y'all had a Merry Christmas! I can't believe 2011 is this Saturday.
-Still on the house hunt, to rent, praying for a miracle, this market here is HORRIBLE.
-Went to Oklahoma for a week, had an early christmas, with no proof because I left my camera at home.My boys are not the best on long car rides.
-Still filling orders like crazy and loving every minute.Starting to prepare for the big expo in April with Molly Ringwald as the keynote speaker.Last year it was Sandra Lee.Can't wait.
-Still addressing out Christmas cards I need to mail....
-WAY too many Christmas treats.Oh dang they were good though. I never made any of my own to give out, I'm horrible.
-I got a Dodge Journey for christmas!!I LOVE this car.I'm finding "Joy in the Journey" heeheeehee.....
-Miss my family. Shout out to my youngest sister who is putting in her mission papers!!We should know in Feb where she's going :)

-Oh and a month from this Friday...I'll be on a cruise to the Bahamas :) Happy anniversary to us! Kids coming with, couldn't leave them in another country without us....so grandma is coming too!
-I'm sick of coughing!Like the annoying itchy throat cough where you have to push it out harder to scratch the itch effectively?Then your neck and stomach are sore??Yeah, sick of it.Anywho,

-Thanksgiving we stayed here in IN, had dinner with some great friends then the next day I was sick as a dog!Bleh.AJ had to work that night and my girlfriend came over, made me soup, loved on the boys, read stories, got them to bed and was by my side!So thankful for good friends in my life, all of you that are all over the map!
-Big trunk show this thursday! No I won't get to see most of you but any orders made that day are an extra 15% off :)
-Friday it's off to Oklahoma for AJ's early Christmas vacation.He makes the schedule at work and is SO nice, he took his early so everyone else could take theirs :) If you get random texts from me in that time, it's because we are driving and I'm bored out of my mind....
-Cohen slept through the night 3 nights in a row!!Then it stopped.But it was good while it lasted.
-DESPERATELY looking for a house to rent.Several nights I want to cry to sleep because we hate our neighbors THAT bad.And the place in general.Lease is up end of Jan, right when we go on our cruise to the Bahamas :) Fingers crossed for another move!Within the same city this time preferrably.
-Just got released from being the Personal Progress leader in YW :( BUT am now the Laurels advisor :)
-AJ is now doing mornings for his station, The Pretty Early show, he and another girl, and I LOVE it.Yeah he's up early, but I love listening.He works a lot of 10+hr days but hey I have him home at nights!
