Ears

So I got Maci's ears pierced on Saturday she did pretty well. She did cry the first ear they pierced because they had to do them one at a time due to the fact that they move their head so much I had to hold her arms down and her head so she couldn't move the lady did a great job. Maci let out the saddest cry one the first ear but the second one she just cried and then I gave her a bottle because it was time for her to eat and she stopped crying but did the whole calming down thing after you cry? We are getting her 3 month pictures done on Friday I can't wait to get them done so I will have to post them when they are done! My sister in law is watching her today and took this picture.

Back to work

So I am back to work which hasn't been too bad I really miss Maci but I am glad to be back in the swing of things. It just gets me so excited to get home and see her at the end of the day and I love it. Trace has been such a big help with her by taking her to the babysitter who is on duty that day or going and picking her up. He is so cute with her and he is always trying to get her to laugh or as he calls it trying to make her not jumpy?! He does this by going up to her while she is napping or while he is holding her and she is napping and snorting as loud as he can which then makes her jump and wakes her up. She doesn't cry but she looks at him like um that is rude I am sleeping!! He sure loves his little girl and it makes me love him that much more then I do just seeing him with her is so cute!! I have a newer picture of him with her I will have to put that on here I forgot my camera and I'm at work right now.

She is just so beautiful.

Maci in her bumbo chair she loves to sit in it. We only let her sit in it for a few minutes because her head is still a little wobbly.

Today is Trace's birthday the big 26 love ya babe! I can't believe how time files Maci is now 10 weeks old and getting so big. I took her to the doctor on the 24Th and she weighed 9 pounds 11 ounces and was 21.75 inches long. She is so fun and is starting to smile which is great she has the strongest neck the doctor was very impressed at how strong her neck was for her being so small. We love her so much and she has made our life's so great!
