So far, we’re having a pretty uneventful summer. I graduated from OBU in May, and just signed my contract to start my first teaching job! It’s in Marshall, which will be a little bit of a commute from Longview, but I think it will be a good first job. I’ll be teaching K-4 music. I’m pretty excited about it, but nervous as well. If it turns out to be terrible, I can always quit and pursue my life long dream of owning a cupcake bakery! Haha.
Lane will graduate soon as well. He’s currently in Little Rock for the summer, but he’s planning on moving to Longview in October. He's spending the summer studying for his online classes and preparing for his computer certification tests. We can't wait to live in the same town again!
Last month we got to go to New York City and stay with my great uncle. We had such an amazing time and can't wait to go back.We didn't take many pictures, but here are a few.

So, that's pretty much all that's going on right now. This is a pretty busy/stressful time for both of us. It's such a big transition, but we're excited about what's ahead!
