4 months of a fast blast!

Paul and I have a new blog but I still haven't figured out how to get into it. We update it all the time. Paul does a great job. The last 4 months have flown by. I have too much fun at school and love my job! I was a cowgirl for Halloween. Then later Paul and I dressed up as little red riding hood and the wolf.
For Thanksgiving we spent it with Paul's family! A lot of happenings with 28 kids under the age of 12 running around. It's like I am watching my own childhood.
Christmas was a blast. We had a neck and nog party to say goodbye to our trailer. Now we live above Paul's parents garage.

So I decided that my friend Paul wasn't going to wait for me forever so I married him on Aug. 1st! Thanks for all those who came. It was a beautiful day. Here are some pics.My brother in law did our pictures and its just his hobby so these are all the pictures. He is still working on them. School is all Paul and I are doing these days. The first month is always the toughest. We take one day at a time! My room is still under construction but I make it work. The kids don't mind so why should I!

Our school district's maitenance has great communication and I am proud to say that this was mostly put together the afternoon before school started. Thanks to all those who helped with this part of my life too!

Home Again!

Since all of the children have left home.  We all moved in to prevent empty nest syndrome. Mom calls it the revolving door. Every home needs one!

First weekend home, its a trip to Soda Springs to visit the ranch for Easter Weekend.


Coloring eggs isn't just an activity.
It's a competition! It's obvious we have sooo much talent....but before you look at someone else's blog at this point let me draw your attention to the best part. There is plenty to see in the spring at my sister-in-law's ranch. Try Heifers!





It's Spring and time for new babies to be born!






We waited and waited watching for this Heifer to show us some action. Finally, what felt like 3 hours, she birthed her first!

Here she is licking it all up/making that first connection...Maybe she should finish delivering. Thank goodness we don't deliver alone...She needs help to check out her rear!

That's not all...I have lived in Idaho most of my life and have never seen what they call our state bird. THE BLUEBIRD!! Aren't they perty. :)

Don't buy the blow up kind..they have no backbone something you need to stand up to our famous wind! We said goodbye to Elmo after about 20 min. Nowhere to be found!
