India! India!

After two years of BYU and ignoring my blog I am going to try to bring it back to life and throw down a little of what I've been experiencing in India. I'm having a wonderful time. I would like to share every detail, but I can't really get to the internet as much as I would like, so heres at least glimpse. Provo Temple

 

One Sunday evening my roommates and I walked to the Provo temple. It is really close and very beautiful.

First few weeks at BYU

So I've been at BYU for about three weeks now and so far "all is well." Jessica and I drove out here to Provo in my little Saturn packed full of all of my stuff. The first week was mostly new student orientation, unpacking, and meeting new people. I am getting along really well with my roommates and we are having a lot of fun. I have also been hanging out a lot with my friends from Virginia which is really great.


This is me and one of my roommates, Tatiana, at India Fest held at the Hare Krishna temple in Spanish Fork.

I am taking Chemistry, Biology, Tap Dancing, Book of Mormon, English, Western Dancing, and Sociology. A few of my classes are part of this thing called Freshman Academy which puts me in classes with the same people which is nice.


Here I am on the first day of school, ready to go and learn.
