UPDATE!!
Wow! Time sure had flown by. Sorry family and friends that I haven't been very good at blogging this last year. Mostly because we had a crap year and I'm not sure I want to remember it. Don't get me wrong, we had some good times but right now I think the bad is outweighing the good. Hopefully in time my perspective will change as things will get foggier. As they say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

Spook-takular October Happenings
I know I've said this a lot, but Holy cow this month went by so fast. We had a busy, crazy, fun-filled month.
We got our first snow storm of the season. Yes, it was a small one but because the trees still had ALL of their leaves on them we lost a lot of branches. It was scary listening to all the cracking and breaking. All day I was checking to see what branches had broken and prayed that non of them would fall and hit our house. None of them did, but we pretty much had to murder one side of out tree. It is so sad looking now. The kiddos however enjoyed every minute of the snow. They were out in the front yard playing in it since I wasn't about to let them in the back with breaking trees and keeping them in was useless. The snow didn't last long thank goodness, but we sure had a mess to clean up afterward.
We then got ready for Halloween. The kiddos kept changing their minds on what they wanted to be. I think they were still tweaking costumes right up till that night. We had along week of Halloween fun. The week before, was Red Ribbon week for the kids at school. At the Jr. High everyday was a dress up day. Taeler participated almost every day. We only got one picture that whole week of her outfits but she did an awesome job looking crazy!
Thursday brought Jake's Halloween parade at preschool. His teacher had them march around her yard then they sang a couple of songs for the parents. It was kind of a bittersweet moment for me. My baby is getting so big! He sure looked cute.
Later that day, Ryan, Jaela and Kaelen's school had their Halloween parade. The principle wanted just one day of craziness instead of two (The Carnival was that night as well). Jake and I enjoyed watching all the "big kids" in their costumes. I am also the room mom for Jaela's class this year so I was in charge of her class party! What fun we had. I wish I would have taken pictures of the party.
That night we went to the Halloween carnival at the school. Because I am a room mom I had to help with one of the games. This year it was the bounce house. I ended up being by myself for the hour and a half of my shift. So it got a little crazy there for a while.
Luckily Friday, there was NO SCHOOL. We needed that to wind down and have a chance to sleep in a little after a crazy month. I used the day to finish getting ready for Super Saturday which was the next day and doing a much need Clean up the House day.
Bright and early Saturday, I was up and at the church to get things ready for Super Saturday. I was there till almost 4. When I got home we had to run to the library to get books that were on hold which expired that day). Then it was home to get ready for Jason and My date night. Every month we get together with a group our friends and have a game night. This time the host couple planned a Murder Mystery Dinner. We had a lot of fun getting dressed up and playing the game. Jason got to be an Out Law and I was a Poker dealer at an Old West Saloon.
Halloween night brought a very cold night. We went out for a little while, but it was a school night so we didn't stay out to late. The kiddos still made a haul. Mostly thanks to Jason's Aunt. Every year she makes a big pot of soup and we get to go and eat at her house. She also lets the kids have a lot of candy.
That brings us to the end of our craziness at least for this month.
