Jaxon is really growing up fast. He is enjoying all of the "BIG" boy things to do. This year he is experimenting with climbing trees. He likes it but is thankfully still nervous to get too high!

Easter 2009

Jaxon LOVES to hunt for Easter eggs.  This year at Grandma Nancy's his color to hunt for was blue.  He ran through the yard hurrying to be the first one to find all 15 of his eggs.  He found them all and immediately started emptying them to see all of his goodies!

After the egg hunt, Grandma and Big G decided to have an egg fight.  They had made eggs filled with confetti to throw at each other.  It was so fun.  Jaxon tried to trick Ty by having him bend over... then he smashed one on his head... it was hilarious!!! 

Bye Bye Yellow Stripe

Jaxon earned his Orange Stripe belt in Karate last week!  We are so proud of him... hi-yah!!!

Three Boys...

Jaxon is so lucky to have two boy cousins to play with.  He loves them. Every time they are together they enjoy playing spies, having sword fights, but mostly they like break-dancing together.  They love to turn on the special dance music and rock out! It is always so fun to watch them. We absolutely love the "three boys!"

Halloween 2008

Jaxon was Optimus Prime for Halloween this year.  He had so much fun.   He tried carving his own pumpkin, with a little help of course!  He like the trick or treating part, but I think his favorite was passing out the candy.

Rise and Shine, It's Breakfast Time!!!

This morning Jaxon got up and was so excited because it was snowing.  He thought that called for a special breakfast celebration. He grabbed Ty, because dad is a much fancier cook that mom, and they went to the kitchen.  They made little-smoky omelets for everyone. Jaxon learned how to crack the eggs.  At first he didn't really like it because he touched the raw egg. But Ty told him it was okay because he could just wash his hands after.  He still didn't like it but he did it anyway and he washed his hands many times! The omelets were really good. I think Jaxon is turning into gourmet chef just like his dad!

White Belt, Wahoo!

Okay, so you all know how much Jaxon is LOVING Karate. Last night he got his white belt. He was stoked because up to this point when people would ask him what color of belt he was, his response would be..."I am NO belt." Here's a couple of shots from his inauguration.

Jaxon started Karate yesterday. He absolutely loved it! He keeps going over the three rules...

1. Always obey your mom and dad.
2. Always keep your room clean.
3. NEVER EVER EVER PRACTICE KARATE ON YOUR BROTHER AND SISTER!

JaxMan on the Lake

It all started with shaving a Nike symbol in his hair. He wanted something fancy since Jaden went blonde and Jessie got red streaks in her hair. He thought it would make Lake Powell more fun. He did have a blast, although getting in the water was his least favorite part. Go figure! So he was Big G's buddy helping keep an eye on everything. He was also a great boat driver. He did love the fishing. He thought it was so funny when they would bite the hook. He even caught his first fish! Yeah Jax!

My Favorite Sleepover

This year at the "GRAND" sleepover Jaxon had a blast. The three younger boys are getting older and play so well together. So they had a blast when they got to spend 24 hours together. Jaxon loved guitar hero and hanging out with his "boys". Grandma Jo said they were great and didn't get into any trouble. Hummmm. Of course, at grandma's you can do no wrong!

Scuba Diving With Grandpa

This was the best day ever! Jaxon got to go watch Grandpa Ric, Uncle Shaun and Aunt Patrea go scuba diving. He has done nothing but talk about how cool it was. "Grandpa wore a tank with a breathing thing, flip flops (flippers), a mask (but not a scary one), and he went down into the hot lava crater." Jax can hardly wait until he is big enough to go scuba diving with Grandpa!
