So for Valentine's Day, we decided to have pictures done with Reid. Our friend, Lori, did the photos again, she is so talented. Check them out!

A Year in Review 2012

It seems forever since I wrote on the blog. So much is going on in our family. First, Reid is now four years old and is so active. He is getting super tall and is able to turn on and off the lights in the house as well as reach for things in the pantry and potty mostly by himself. I cannot believe that he is now so big, this time FIVE years ago, we were pregnant with him, God has blessed us. Reid is doing so well in Pre-K class, he is kind to his friends and has learned how to use his words and says "Thank you, Yes Ma'am or Sir, and Please" whenever speaking to adults or his peers. We are so proud of the little man he has become.

Mark and I are both in school, I am in graduate school finishing my degree in School Counseling and Mark is finishing his bachelor degree in Applied Sciences. We are both completing school through an online program by Lamar University out of Beaumont, Texas. My graduate work has been very trying and at times we don't have much of the social life except in front of a laptop. Mark and I look forward to not having school work anymore after this coming semester. We will both graduate in May.

All in all, 2012, has been a busy year and we look forward to all the new adventures that 2013 will bring us!!

Christmas 2012

Christmas has been tons of fun this year! We went to all our usual places for Christmas: Christmas Eve, we started the day at MeMaw's house (Mark's grandmother) and enjoyed seeing her and spending time with her, then on to Nana's Christmas (My grandmother) and then onto Christmas Eve service at church. This year Reid joined us in church and enjoyed it so much. He would stand up with us and lit the candle during Silent Night, it was so much fun.

Christmas day, we had Christmas at home then onto family spots along the way. We were busy and tired all at the same time. It was a great day and enjoyed on the family and friends we got to see.

The Christmas Train

So a friend at work told me about the Christmas Train in Alvin. Reid loves his trains and everything about them so we bought tickets and went the Friday before Christmas. It was so amazing, it has the train, Santa Claus and pictures with him, story time with Mrs. Claus and tons of lights. It was the best time, we will head back next year!

Texans Game

I wanted to give Mark something fun for his birthday, so I got him tickets to the Texans game back in September. We had such an amazing time we decided to make another game our Christmas present to each other. Tons of fun at the games, both games the Texans won but we will have to see about how they do in the playoffs!
