Mickey's newest project

Mickey just finished this island for some people in our ward. He did not do the top, just the base. Turned out beautiful. They applauded him when he left. Now his head won't fit through the door!

Kira is a big girl now!

So Kira started her new "career" job last Monday. She is officially employed! She got a job at IRS. She made it the first week, and survived! She is seasonal, but it is an 11 month season. She gets the month of December off! Not too bad! She is tired, but excited to be making money.

Christmas Eve

Mom and dad got a really cool picture book of the grandkids for Christmas. Some of the kids piled on mom's lap to look at it. As you can see it was Pajama night for Christmas Eve.

Sunset at the Cabin

I was headed out to the out house when I could not resist the picture. It is so peaceful and serene at the cabin. I love it. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was great!

Kira's Bunion Surgery

So here is how happy Kira is! NOT! She had a bunion removed today. She is super excited about it too. There is a lydacane drip that is going into it constantly. It will be removed on Sunday. She thought she was feeling pretty good earlier, so she went to run errands with me,(silly girl) but the pain is starting to really kick in this afternoon. I am sure it will be a great couple of weeks!

Gilmore Girls
