WHAT.A.DAY!!!

WOW! What.a.day.!!! First, I get a bad report from my 2 yr old's daycare that she has been horrible and has been to the "principal's" office 3x today. Get to gymnastics and same horrible 2 yr old spills diet coke ALL OVER the floor! Go to the truck to wait until gymnastics is over and same 2 yr old pees in her pants (fills the shoes, diaper bag, all over paige's jacket). Get it cleaned up and get back into the truck, turn around, Paige steps on a plastic container of bubbles and now soapy bubbles are all over the seat. Yes, I reacted and poured all the bubles out and threw the container (I am not proud of this behavior, maybe this explains why I have a horrible 2 yr old). During all of this there are major tears, believe me! We get home and deal with a lot of "fires". Paige had a meltdown because she got something on the page of a library book, and when I tried to help by wiping it off with a wet wipes she has ANOTHER meltdown because I'm getting the page wet. I got everyone to bed which all went rather smooth. Chad is still at work at this point. I go to the laundry room to put the pee pee stuff in the dryer. I open the dryer to find...nasty gooberish diaper filling! I take everything out of the washing machine to find not one but TWO diapers! I suggest never doing this on purpose! NOT an easy cleanup! I am going to go to bed and start over tomorrow!

Ryan's 5th birthday party!

I didn't get a picture of Ryan's cake! I'm so disappointed in myself! I have it on video though, thankfully! It look twice of us singing to her and her blowing out the candles for me to get it on video. I was videoing the whole thing and right before we they started t0 cut the cake realized I hadn't pushed the record button so we had to light the candles and sing again! I'm such an airhead sometimes I will admit!

This is Paige "belly bowling". Belly bowling is a big hit with the little kids, and Paige. :-)

Christmas Day Snow!

We got to wake up to a white Christmas this year! It was awesome to see God's beauty on the day we celebrate Jesus' birth! It has been YEARS since this has happened!

It's about time for an update

I have a lot to update on but I will start with Blaire's 2nd birthday.

She got a little embarrassed when we sang Happy Birthday to her. It was funny to watch the faces she made.

Ryan's playdate

Ryan's friend Sophie came over to play ond day and they had a great time! Ryan doesn't get to have friends over very often and Paige has friends over all the time. Ryan broke my heart when she said to me one day when Paige had a friend over, "How come Paige gets to have friends over all the time and I never do? It's not fair because they leave me out". Immediately I got on the phone to see if Sophie could come play.

The newest addition!

My brain was not working properly one day and we left the house to go into town and when we came home this was with us...his name is Oscar. We've had him for 1 1/2 weeks and I'm still not really feelin' it. Maybe I'll have more positive feelings toward him someday, like after he's potty trained!
