6 Months

Audrey is 6 months old today! She is a busy little girl... and she's cutting her first tooth (bottom right)!She's still quite the little night owl and will only go back to sleep if Mommy nurses her every 2-3 hours. She's discovered her voice and loves to pick up her toys and try to eat them. She's also figuring out how to get onto her knees. Her siblings simply adore her! 

Christmas 2011

Just before bed, we went out and sprinkled riendeer food on the grass so that the riendeer would smell it and know where to come...

Christmas morning! We actually had to wake the kids up so they could enjoy a little Christmas celebration before leaving at 8:30 am for church...

Christmas Eve

We really enjoyed the afternoon with great friends and yummy food. Before bed, we talked about our Savior and why we celebrate Christmas. We are thankful for Christ and his willingness to come to this earth and die for us.  We wish we could have been with family, but we are grateful to be able to enjoy Christmas with our own little family!

Sitting

Can you believe that Audrey will be 6 months old next week? I seriously don't know where the time has gone! Audrey has been pretty sturdy while sitting for the entire month of December. She doesn't sit on her own yet, but she's definitely starting to get the hang of it. She also rolls EVERYWHERE, and can usually get to something she wants. She lights up when her sibling come around, and still enjoys her cereal every day. She's such a joy to us!

The Cutest Little Shepard!

Xander had his preschool Christmas party yesterday. I love that the Lutheran school is christian-based, and that Xander gets to talk about Jesus throughout the year. I love that they included the story of Christ's birth at the party. Xander was a sweet little shepard... and LOVED all the crafts, songs, and cookies!
