*There will be humanitarian quilts to tie for those that are interested.

*Craft examples will be on display during stake conference - in the south foyer of the stake center on Saturday evening and the north foyer of the 1st ward building on Sunday.

*WE'VE EXTENDED THE DUE DATE!! We'll now be accepting order forms until Sunday, March 11th! Let one of us know if you need us to come pick them up or make other arrangements. The order forms are available on the display tables at each church or there is a printable one at the bottom of this post.

Gardening Demo

 Resident experts Lyle and Kathy Holmgren will teach us about basic vegetable gardening, seed starting and planting in pots. They have lots of valuable information to share with us!

 Easter Egg Bath Bombs

 Cute little fizzy bath bombs scented with essential oils. Several spring colors and soothing scents to choose from.

Wood Chick or Bunny

 Cute spring decor made from 2x4s. Includes felt accents and wire, feather accessories.

Stamped Dishtowels

 Decorate dishtowels using rubber stamps and acrylic paints. Several different stamps and paint colors will be on hand but feel free to bring your own if you have something specific in mind. These would make cute gifts..think Mother's Day or Teacher Appreciation!

Cost: $2 each or FREE if you bring your own towel

Wood Burned Spoons

 Decorate wooden spoons using electric wood burning pens. Several templates and ideas (along with carbon paper for tracing) will be on hand or you can do your own thing. Adult supervision is required as the burning pens get very hot! These would also make cute gifts, alone or along with a stamped dishtowel. :)

Gold Leaf Pots

 Paint and gold leaf 3" terracotta pots. I did polka dots but stripes, triangles or even ombre would be very cute! Several paint colors will be on hand but feel free to bring your own if you have something specific in mind. These are priced individually but look very cute in a small group and even cuter with the available faux succulent.

Cost: $2 each (just pot) OR $4 each with succulent

Bunny Garland

 Bunny garland made of pastel paper and white pompoms. You can make it as long or as short as you want.

Roasting Sticks

 These are 3 feet long and very sturdy. They'll last for years without bending or breaking. Paint and decorate them anyway you with available paint colors or bring your own if you have something specific in mind. This buffalo check is cute and very easy!

Cupcake/Treat Stands

Cute elevated cupcake/treat stands that can used to display your goodies at a party or to add height/detail to your home decor. Choose from either a 4" plate on a 3" stand or a 7" plate on a 4" stand. Paint to decorate anyway you want with available paint colors or bring your own if you have something specific in mind. See how well I matched mine to my wall color! :)

Canvas w/Felt Flower

 12" square canvas covered in your choice of available fabric and then adorned with a 3D felt flower. Super easy - no talent required! Don't forget to specify what color/pattern of background fabric and color of felt you want on the order form. These require a lot of hot gluing so if you can bring your own hot glue gun, that would be very helpful. Otherwise, we'll have some on hand,

"Be Still and Know" Plaque

 12" square plaque that can be hung on a wall or set on a flat surface. The white background will be prepainted so that you can adhere the vinyl without any trouble. You'll get to use a nail gun on the frame - it's pretty fun! :)

Embroidery Hoop Wreath

 These minimal embroidery hoop wreaths are all the rage right now and I love them! This is the perfect size for your wall or door. Choose what color of peonies you want from the available choices, and there will be greenery and filler flowers to choose from.

Who: RS sisters, YW, mothers, sisters, friends, anyone

When: Saturday, November 7th from 10am-3:30pm

Where: 1st/11th Ward Building

Lunch: Soup, rolls and holiday cookies

Rounds: A:  10-11:30am, B: 11:30am-1pm, 
Lunch: 1-2pm, C: 2-3:30pm

We will be doing 3 - 90 minute rounds of crafting with 4 projects available each round. You may sign up for multiple projects in the same round but know that you may not be able to receive the instruction for all of them.

Please fill out this form so that we know which projects you plan to do and we can order your supplies for those projects. Even free projects and those that don't seem to require supplies need to be signed up for in advance. Money and order forms are due to Darcy Porter by Sunday, October 25th. CHRISTMAS CRAFTING

 Our Christmas card this year!

 We passed out yummy loaves of bread to our friends and neighbors. It was a baking frenzy at our house!

 And dressed up Tic Tacs for Barrett's friends and my Activity day girls!

It was Zoey and Barrett's turn to break the wishbone this year and Barrett was the big winner! I think he was a little bit disappointed that all he won was bragging rights. :)
