I want to learn how to stitch a journal book. First I tried to stich a Midori insert as a "warm up" before I start to do  difficult handstich bookbinding.

This is the saddle stitch of my very first Midori insert

And I made this my very first handstitched /handsewn booking binding journal. I am very very happy that I can made it.

shopping stash for my TJ...start to buy things for my new hobby . O oh!

写手帐的人都会想有Midori的手帐本，尤其那皮革书皮。但我觉得太贵了，最近见有很多写手帐的博客，有写曰记，做SB也画画的我也赏试写手帐。觉得它就像，画画，曰记和SB合为—体。我不想为这—个新兴趣投资太多。画画，SB和sewing 已花费不少，不知对手帐会否三分钟熱度，要尽量控制不乱买东西，尽量用己有的，所以自己尝试缝制个类似Midori书皮给我的手帐本。我还加上个拉连间隔要放收集的东西如票根之类的，还加上个可插笔的在旁边。出来尺寸和我要的有些差别，但自己已很满意了。

太久没缝东西也真有点生疏了，以为可以很快完成卻搞了好几个小时。
