Graffiti 3X - Esto No Es Un Juego (1998)

This is cult Mexican anarcho punk/hardcore band from Ciudad de México city that was formed in 1994. They play fast, agressive and melodic hardcore by combining punk, surf, hardcore and ska elements. Lyrics are based on topics like problems of lower class, worker rights and refugee problems. Band has released seven albums till now. "Esto No Es Un Juego" (In English: "This Is Not Game") is third record in their discography. Yeah, they believe graffiti is a street art so they gave this name. Vocalist Roberto Wong liked the cartoons and watched as he left the XXX liquor bottle, the 3X is a childhood memory for him.

Ofisboyz - Bosphorus Pride

This is a band from İstanbul / Turkey. They've been around since '03. Their early stuff was raw oi! but within years they got a heavier and more aggressive sound. Now they play streetcore in your face. Like almost every other streetcore / oi band they love football too, they support Beşiktaş (who lost to liverpool 8-0 last year, which is a record in champions league history by the way), sorry boys but i had to write that haha. Anyway, they released this album in summer '09 from the german label Siempre Contra Records. Thanks to kerim (the singer of the band) for that upload!

The band is sXe, they're formed in '87 and one of the first hardcore bands in Umeå. This is their second album, released in '97. It's raw, fast, brutal, straight to your face hardcore. They thought they were too real for that hardcore scene (what kind of a reason that is, to quit a band?) and they are not around anymore.

The band is formed in '92 and they are one of the most influential bands in turkish hc scene. This is the first full length of the band, released in '97 from Soa Records. They play hardcore but this release sounds more like crusty hardcore. Verdict - Demo

Verdict is an sxe vegan metallic hardcore band from Russia. This mcd demo is released in 2007. I think it's out of print, i got it from a trade with an ukrainian friend and i didn't know he was gonna send Verdict, but i'm very happy he sent it. There are 2 tracks and 1 intro in this mcd and they are really great. All the songs are in russian but you can find their english translations on their myspace. Try to grab this mcd as a solid material because it looks nice in your cd archive, way better than mp3s.

Truth We Defend is a band that plays 90's style ushc, was formed in late 2005 in Istanbul by some dudes who are involved in turkish hc punk scene.

Crunch also known as Kranch is a turkish hardcore band which survived through '95 - ' 03. Their only released material is The Love Album which is released on '98 by Kod Müzik. One of the most influential turkish hardcore band ever. Highly Recommended.

Circuits Made Flesh is a hardcore/screamo band from Istanbul/Turkey. The members are involved in so many bands. Some of them are; Lost In Bazaar, Never Reach Home, Stevan Flipovic, Truth We Defend, You Name It I Hate It, etc. you can check the band's myspace for more info. This mcd offers two chaotic hardcore / screamo tracks. The sound quality is a bit low, and you can't hear the bass lines, because there isn't a bass player. But the melodic guitar riffs, chaotic but emotional vocals and fast blasting drums are enough i guess.

Rytmihäiriö - Surmaa Kännissä EP

Rytmihäiriö is a thrash metal / hardcore / crust / black metal (some people like to call it "crossover" though) band from helsinki / finland. They call themselves as "surmacore" which means "crimecore" but who cares. Rytmihäiriö means arrhythmia which is irregular heartbeat. Formed in '88, split up in '92 and reformed in '98. But they released only four LP's during that time and this post IS NOT one of them hehehe. They released lots of ep's and splits though. This release we got here is released in 2002 and i personally think this is their best material. Not much black / crust influence but awesome thrash/hardcore punk fury in it. All the lyrics are in finnish, they sing about crimes, violence and gambina.
