Brandi's Birthday
For my birthday Bruce took us to the train park in Scottsdale. We had so much fun. Braden loved it and could not stop saying, "choo, choo!".

Free Zoo Day
Every Wedenesday in September the Phoenix Zoo had free entry with Fry's VIP card. Braden had so much fun. His favorite part was the petting zoo and the splash pad. He kept hugging the goats it was so cute. We were so lucky to have Aunt MaryAnne go with us. She took pictures so I could actually be in some with Braden!

18 Months!!!
I can't believe Braden is 18 months!! He is growing so fast. Just last night I was watching some home videos of Braden when he turned 1, I can't believe how much he has changed in 6 months. He is such a joy to have in our home. I think I smile and laugh more now than I ever have in my life just because of this sweet little fella.
He had his first experience in nursery and it went very well. When we dropped him off I tried to say bye and explain that we would be back after class but he could care less about us he just kept saying "cars, cars!". He did fine playing until dad went in to change his diaper and then he did not want dad to leave! When I met up with them after church all Braden kept saying was "cars, cars!" Now anytime when mention nursery that is what he says.Below is a picture of him on his first day of nursery.

We are teaching Braden sign language and he LOVES it! Last time I counted he knew over 60 signs and that was at 12 months so I am sure he knows a lot more than that now.
Braden you are such a smart boy and I am so lucky that I get to be your mom and stay home to take care of you and teach you everyday!
Coronado Island- Sept. 2009
Braden is so lucky he got to have both of his grandma's on vacation with him. What a spoiled boy! I was lucky too, he was the only grandkid there and with both grandma's I had lots of help :) Plus I love them both!
Braden also got to spend some quality time with Uncle Vance before he left on his mission. He had a lot of fun with him and made up a sign for Vance. I will have to get it on video and post it :)

We were able to go to the San Diego Temple. It is so beautiful!
We took Braden on the ferry. He is obsessed with anything that goes, cars, planes.....you name it he loves it. He was so excited to be on a boat. As we were crossing the bay he saw a motor boat go by and got excited. Then an airplane flew over in one direction as two helicopters were coming from the other direction. This boy was in heaven! He was on a boat and able to see all the other things he loves at the same time!! I mean could it have been any better? He was too cute.

One day we were shopping and Braden sat down on this step and would NOT move when it was time to go. I thought he just really liked sitting there like a big boy and watching all the people. Come to find out he just needed a moment to go potty :)

Finally!
YAY! I finally figured out how to post a video!! I didn't know that both videos would be put together, but oh well, at least it worked. The first video is of Braden in a jacuzzi bath. He turned on the hot water and it got his foot, that is why he is crying. The second video is Braden "reading". This is one of his favorite things to do, and every time he reads it makes me smile.It is a little embarrassing when he chooses to "read" in sacrament meeting but I guess it is better than crying :)

Bath Time!
This was Braden's first time in a big jacuzzi tub. The bubbles got a little out of control when we turned on the jets. I have the cutest video of him in the tub but for some reason I cannot upload it to my blog or to my facebook. Bruce said it is because it is a Sony camera and we have to reconfigure it or something. If anyone knows how to do it let me know. Thanks!
Sweet Boy
This picture was taken when I was sick a few weeks ago. I was lying on the couch and Braden wanted to be right there by me. He sure made me feel better :) He is such a sweetheart!

We love Grandma Bryce!
We got to go and pick up Grandma Bryce at the airport on her way home from Utah. We decided to go early so Braden could watch some planes take-off. He LOVED it!! Then grandma got to stay for a few days and she bought Braden a motorcycle. He loves riding it and dancing to the music it plays. He is such a big boy! Thank you grandma for such a cool toy!
Chili's Molten Chocolate Cake
Anyone who knows me well knows that Chili's Molten Chocolate Cake is my absolute favorite dessert. Well one day I was craving it and decided I should save money and figure out how to make it myself. I must say it turned out pretty good. It was super YUMMY and satisfied my craving. Mmmmm, Mmmmmm GOOD!
Bruce's Birthday
Bruce had so much fun opening his presents and Braden had so much fun helping! We hope you know how much we love you bruce! You are the best husband and daddy in the world!!
