A poor update attempt...

So I'm obviously not so good at this blogging thing. But with school, church callings, and work it's kinda hard to get to if you know what I mean.  But now that our internet is finally fixed, here I am! And Brian is sitting next to me playing his guitar, one of our best purchases. I recently went out to California to see my sister and her family, and our cute new little niece Hallie! She is a doll. And Ty is so funny, he fell asleep eating his ramen. I was very lucky to be there for the baby blessing. I hope to have a great family like Kara's someday.

As a going away gift for his sanity, Brian purchased an xbox which is now the second love of his life. Just kidding he's actually not too bad. And he does deserve it, working two jobs can be pretty stressful. I will also be starting an internship in May which I am pretty excited for. I am very ready to be done with school, it sometimes seems like a waste when all you really want to do is raise a family. But since I'm almost done (December), and thousands of dollars have been spent (yikes) I figure I will hang in there another semester. Brian also recently got called to be a counselor in the Young Mens, and I am a Beehive Advisor so it's fun to do that together. Please be patient while I figure out how to blog. I'll post some pics of me and my hubby, which may not be as fun to look at as babies but hey, we'll get there someday.

An Intro

So, here we are. We fell for it. We've started our family and now, our blog. We (Brian and Aly) started dating in August of 09, and after a lengthy courtship of one month we were engaged, and three months later were married in the Logan Temple on December 19th. Brian, who's from the north end of Cache Valley, graduated this past December in Recreation Management. Aly, who's from the south end (boo-ya) is STILL going to school and hopes to graduate next December in Family and Community Services. We are living in Logan and couldn't be happier being the newlyweds that we are!
