A Low Key 4th
After being on the road for 11 days we were glad to be home and enjoy a nice and relaxing 4th. Bacon and eggs for breakfast, BLTs for lunch (or in Adam's case TBTLT for Adam - the boy likes tomatoes!), and BBQ and watermelon for dinner. Pretty typical but nonetheless yummy!
We also made some tasty cupcakes for dessert...
Carter cleaned his plate so he could enjoy one.
Then he decided to share with his brother...
My boys have been extra snuggly the past couple of days since we have been home. They both really enjoyed the vacation and being spoiled by all of their grandparents, but I think the constant change and lack of schedule of vacation made them especially glad to be home and needing a little extra loving which I gladly embrace!
