Mothers Day

I had a great Mothers Day! Mason and Steve left early in the morning... When they came back, Mason said "Happy Mothers Day Mom" and handed me a huge card - flowers - and a starbucks - my fav! He melted my heart...all day he kept saying Happy Mothers Day mom! I love that boy! We had a great brunch at my aunts house - where we visited with family - and Mason ran around with the cousins. The rest of the day was spent relaxing!

Being a Mother is truly an honor! I love it...I love my kids...and I cherish every moment!

Thank you mom for being my inspiration...I look up to you and hope I can be as good as a mom as you are.

Easter

What a great Easter we had! A few days before Mason and his friends Jackson and Colin came over to dye eggs! This is the first year Mason has dyed eggs! The boys had fun decorating the eggs too.

Easter morning the kids enjoyed opening the gifts from the Easter bunny!

Then it was time for a neighborhood Easter egg hunt! It started at our house - the kids ran and filled their baskets with eggs that were hidden on our front lawn - we then walked to the next house...continuing through 5 houses...the kids had fun and Mason sure got the hand of it! We ended at a neighbors house for doughnuts and mimosa's!

We ended the day relaxing on the couch...and making dinner...fabulous!

In March we took the kids to Disneyland...This is our 2nd year going to Disneyland in March...My parents and sister came too...Mason is 2 1/2 now and is at a perfect age. He had a blast - and still wants to talk about Disneyland everyday...He would crash out each day for nap time and then head back and stay till closing "midnight"! His favorite ride list goes on forever but I think Casey Junior and Dumbo top the charts! We can't wait to go back!

Is Feburary Alyssa turned 6 months old and was able to start eating...mmm

Baptism

In Feburary we had a very special day - we baptized Alyssa! It was a beautiful day - Alyssa and Angela now share a special bond...Angela is her godmother...my sister...
