Baby Quinn

Quinn Adkinson was born February 1, 2013.  She was one month early... she just couldn't wait to be here with us, and to be honest, we were so excited for her to be here.  She was 4lbs 10oz, itty bitty...  We waited patiently 9 days for her to released from the nursery so we could bring her home Saturday February 9th.  She has been the best addition to our house.  We never thought we could love something/someone so much and so deeply.  Eventhough she is only a few weeks old, and here with us in the world, it seems like she has been here all along.  We honestly can't remember before 6 weeks ago.  We love her so much and our only hope is that we can do right by her, and be the parents possible for her.

new hair

I think sense Christian and I have been married he has been asking me to cut my long hair. I don't know what it is with boys they either love the long or the short? I think I have had long hair sense I have meet Christian. I made and apt last night to chop it all off! They back pieces were almost 12 inches long that were cut off. I almost died when I saw how much hair was on the floor. A few friends have been asking me to post some pictures, so here it is....... oh I am home alone right now so it was hard taking pictures so no back shot.

Baby Degan

We have a new nephew! Christian's sister had a baby boy named Degan. He is so cute and it is really fun to have a baby in the family. He was born two Mondays ago we didn't get to see him until that Thursday. This Friday we went up to Park City to hang out with his mom and Degan already looked older to me. I think Christian and I will have to go up to Park City more often so Christian can get his baby fix.

BYU fans.....

Last weekend was BYU's homecoming.I know it doesn't really mean much to anyone even if you graduated from the school, but for Christian it was cheerleading reunion time. I had been dreading this weekend for a couple weeks! ha ha I knew it would be a lot of time hanging out with a bunch of ex cheerleaders, they are nice but not my idea of a good night reminiscing old cheer times. We did go to the game on Saturday night with everyone and pretty much the game sucked as you all know. It was cold and BYU lost big time. Christian got to go down on the field before the start of the half and cheer with some old cheer friends. Christian got to run the flag around the field before the the third quarter started, and he had a blast doing it. I tried to get a picture of him but I was too high up. He is one of the guys running the flags in the picture. Oh and If you didn't notice Christian got me into a BYU shirt. I guess now I am a cougar fan!
