September Catch Up

Our basketball player!  She got to start in one game!!!   She scored in at a game!  

(she's not the star, but she's improving!)

 

 He got invited to go to a UofL football game!

 

 Last year, Z and Ak were introduced to playing the ukulele in their music class at school - cool!  

Grandpa has taught them a few things at home too!  I'm excited they have someone to help them practice!

 

 Pirate Day!!!  (B had basketball - but I took her my free food!)

She auditioned and got to sing with about 10 kids from her school and 150 from the district! 

She's under the podium....

 

  My seat wasn't great to see a clear shot of her.

 

She did a great job!!!

 

She loved getting a shake afterwards!   She LOVES ice cream and was okay sharing with her siblings!  

(I love buy one get one free coupons!)

Kentucky Dragon Boat Festival

  

 We competed in 3 races - all against BC teams.  We didn't win, but a fun day!

 We all linked boats and they brought us roses out there . . . we had a moment of silence for those that have lost their journey to breast cancer.   Touching moment.

D (who's growing the beard for the haunt) cut his hair and glued some of it to make a uni-brow.  :)
