Switch -TK[<date>] - keep the original or set the specified archive time

If used without parameter, prevents WinRAR from modifying the archive time when changing an archive.

Optional date parameter in YYYYMMDDHHMMSS format specifies the date to assign to archive modification time. It is allowed to insert separators like '-' or ':' to the date string and omit trailing fields. For example, switch -tk2025-06-01 is correct.
