D&D Simple Dice Roller
This page is designed to make rolling dice quick and easy during any D&D session. Need to roll many dice at once but don’t want to have to bother with physical dice? Don’t have any physical dice? Well this is the roller for you!
The text-based rolling lets you roll any number of any-sided dice, optionally
adding a modifier or dropping the lowest or highest n dice. It takes an
input in the format:
[number]d<number>[{+|-}<number>][{dl|dh}[number]]
Here are some examples:
5d30— roll five 30-sided dice.1d20+3— roll one 20-sided die and add 3 to the result (common initiative roll).4d6dl— roll four 6-sided dice and drop the lowest value (common character creation roll).2d20+2dl— roll two 20-sided dice, drop the lowest value, and add 2 to the result (common skill check with advantage).
