`BlackbirdModule` does not implement `java.io.Serializable`

Hello Jackson-Maintainers,

is there any particular reason why the Blackbird module does not implement Serializable? Is it by design because you encounted difficulties or for other reasons?

Probably an oversight as modules should be serializable in 3.x.

Ok. This is bit more involved than I thought; need to change the way things are configured to make BB module java.io.Serializable.

Figured it out; fixed for upcoming 3.1.0.

Thanks for fixing it. Would it be possible to apply the same fix to 2.x?

@waldemarmeier I wasn't planning on backporting this to 2.x. Although if you (or anyone else) want to do PR for that I am happy to help.
