New: Software Pays Hotel Owners

Salaam! Great news, my brothers, sisters and non-bins!! Liquor store operators, strip club managers, adult lounge hosts and even Hollywood chefs can now get paid even more money by not doing anything, just plugging into new software with hardware components and low capital expenditure. The software is built into chips and uses blockchain tech.

This is mostly for our northern brothers and those in Texas Hill Country, Denver, The Alps. Our brothers there often heat their temples and mosques furiously in frigid weather. Now, major OEMs have rolled out items like hot wat heaters which mine crypto. Furnaces and heaters which mine crypto as well and affordable, $800 cost.

34 TH/s expected rates on hot water heater versus a paltry 0.6 H/s for computers. Think of this scenario: Indie game dev in Moscow. Wonderful boyfriend, pet cat. Very cold in winter, run heaters a lot! Now, just buy crypto mining heaters at $800 ea and kapow. Data use is low according to spec sheets.

Each heater produces around $3 per day in crypto so it is not for small shops. Instead, it is better for very large liquor stores and strip clubs. Twin Peaks would be a perfect location to deploy especially the back room area where VIPs meet up with the ladies. Here is how the script works for UI:
function getTang() {
if (sheSayOkToDate = 1) {
checkIfVegan();
}
}

This script is executed onclick and then calls a sub-function to complete the task and run a security check. It is anticipated they will be wireless devices so security is important. The sub routine checks a securité key and IP address with cross reference to secret Linux sauce and Bob AI satellite uplink. The output is a pass/no pass and then the digi wallet is loaded with crypto.

Summary: Now machines are paying users to plug them in. This works best for heaters, we do not have a way to use air conditioners for this yet! Linux is key to the success of crypto because it is fast, lightweight, compiles cleanly, understands the needs of non-bin coders and is widely available in Wan Chai. This application is for non-Apple mostly and is best for Hari Krishna temples, zen facilities, mosques and large buildings, not small massage parlours the size of a broom closet, ja wohl? Have a beautiful day!

Adieu
Is ya'll crypto tough enough?
Mais Oui
Non!

Cryptocurrency Emerges in Korea

Salaam! Waheguru. Recently there was a major development in the world of cryptocurrency and blockchain. A large Korean bank named JB is now allowing mom and pop liquor store owners to walk into bank branches with cryptocurrency and walk out with cold hard cash because of new program which uses Bitcoin as bank collateral for loans.

How is this different from Chase Bank?
Other banks do not allow mom and pop commercial businesses to use Btc as collateral. Other banks only allow that for hedge funds or sovereign wealth funds, major whales. One cannot walk into a Chase branch with Btc and walk out with cash like at JB. So, we think this is a major development in the world of finance and expect all banks to follow soon depending on their domicile.

function konnichihaFreeGaza() {
if (LTV < 0.4500000000001) {
document.getElementById('israelGottaBeGoneByeBye').innerText = 'Loan Approved!  ' + loanAmt + '  Mexican Pesos received';
}
}

The JB program uses 0.45 Ltv or so as we see in the ensample code. This technique, a grand master maneuver used by JB in Korea, can be used across Africa and the Middle East because cryptocurrency is fully Sharia compliant.

How does this Korean development in the headlines relate to coders and scripters?
This is the final crack in the dam. Now comes the flood of cryptocurrency jobs for coders. It is good to learn about tokenomics as a coder, find out about Polkadot, know all about Monero. Cryptocurrency is an automated wealth generator and is the next big thing, more popular than Jesus.

function rafahRising() {
if (rafah = 'right') {
if (jebus = 'wrong') {
bible = 'fake';
crypto = 'gettin dough for yall broke bleep';
}
}
else {
msg = 'VeganzRule-MeatstersDwooool';
msg2 = 'Par la barbe du le Prophet, Allahu akbar!';
msg3 = 'Waheguru!';
}
}

At our NA meetings we hear often: Why crypto ya'll? We understand blockchain. We love blockchain. But crypto makes no sense, our Ai said it is a scam! Now pass the coffee!
How can one respond to such a trifling NA member? One simple solution is to simply to the simpleton this story:
Once upon a time there was a mighty kingdom called Palestine. Or Phillistine if you prefer. In the kingdom were three brothers and they held a feast for Ramadan. At the feast they made wine from water using fruit. It was for animal medicinal wine. Like for a sick pet rattlesnake. Also, there was a competition to see which brother was the best in all of Palestine at his technology. The first brother was a cuisine expert. Some coffee was brought forth and everyone enjoyed it except Raj. He scrunched his face and nearly vomited saying, "This smells like dead rotting bodies. Worst coffee ever!!" Investigations were made and the coffee plantation is located next to a crematorium. This impressed the judges. The next brother was served rubus leaf suntea and he nearly passed out. When they asked him what was wrong he said the smell of dead animals overwhelmed him. He pointed to the waitress and said she stank like sheep blood. The waitress admitted that she was raised on a farm and did eat meat as a child. This revelation turned many heads and quite a few stomachs.

The third mighty Palestinian brother was a coder. After the feast they made afine bed for the coder and he had 7 matresses. However in the middle of the night he howled in pain and the mansion was thrust into an uproar. He had a deep mark on his leg!! It was as if a ghost, perhaps the Holy Ghost, had slashed him. Investigations were made and a hair was found under the 6th mattress. So, which brother was the most expert? The cuisine expert, the human relations / staffing expert? Or the coding expert?? Which won the contest and was voted as ichiban #1 expert and life of the party?

Answer: Not the first brother. He might have known ahead of time where the coffee came from. Not the second brother because he might have known about the waitress and her nasty past. The third brother, the Linux coder is most expert! Because, the Linux coder showed proof, evidence. Cryptocurrency is like that, it fights counterfeits and reveals Linux's advantages in scripting.

Let us all learn from JB Bank and salute their prowess! Next: Singapore and Switzerland. Then, the Sekai!!

function boogieDown() {
window.location.hash = 'up';
msg = 'getDatScrill'; }

From Wallet to Revenue Machine: 7 Ways Crypto Wallets Actually Make Money

A crypto wallet is often treated as a tool for storing and transferring digital assets.

For businesses, it can be much more than that.

A well-designed wallet can become a recurring revenue channel by connecting users with swaps, payments, trading, staking, Web3 applications, and other financial services. The important part is choosing monetization methods that fit the wallet's users instead of adding fees everywhere.

Here are seven practical ways a crypto wallet can generate revenue.

1. Transaction and Network Service Fees

One of the simplest revenue models is charging a small service fee on eligible transactions.

The wallet can add a platform fee when users send assets, make certain transfers, or use specific wallet services. Network gas fees themselves are generally paid to the underlying blockchain, so the business should clearly separate blockchain fees from its own service charges.

The fee needs to be reasonable. If users feel that every transaction carries an unnecessary charge, they may move to another wallet.

2. Token Swaps

Built-in token swaps can create another revenue stream.

Instead of sending users to an external exchange whenever they want to exchange one asset for another, the wallet can integrate swap infrastructure and earn a fee from eligible transactions.

For example, a user holding one token may want to exchange it for another directly inside the wallet. A small platform fee or spread can be incorporated into the business model while keeping the experience simple for the user.

This works particularly well for wallets targeting active crypto and DeFi users.

3. Fiat On-Ramp and Off-Ramp Revenue

Crypto wallets can also generate revenue by integrating fiat payment providers.

Users may want to purchase crypto using cards, bank transfers, or other local payment methods. They may also want to convert their digital assets back into traditional currency.

A wallet business can potentially earn commissions or partner revenue from these transactions, depending on its agreements with payment providers.

For consumer-focused wallets, this can be particularly valuable because it connects the wallet to the user's entry and exit points in the crypto market.

4. Staking and Yield Services

Staking can turn a wallet into an ongoing financial service rather than a simple asset storage application.

If the wallet supports eligible proof-of-stake assets, users may be able to stake their holdings directly through the application.

The business can potentially generate revenue through service fees or a share of applicable staking-related rewards, depending on the model and regulatory requirements.

The key is transparency. Users should understand what they are earning, what fees apply, and what risks are involved.

5. Premium Wallet Features

Not every feature needs to be free.

A wallet can offer a basic version for general users while charging for premium functionality.

Premium features could include advanced portfolio analytics, higher transaction limits, additional security controls, business accounts, enhanced reporting, or specialized trading and asset-management tools.

This subscription or premium-access model creates recurring revenue without requiring the business to charge users for every basic transaction.

6. Business and Merchant Payments

A wallet can also become a payment infrastructure product.

Businesses may use wallet technology to accept crypto payments, manage digital assets, process settlements, or make blockchain-based transfers.

Instead of relying entirely on individual users, the wallet provider can generate revenue through merchant transaction fees, business accounts, payment integrations, or enterprise services.

This approach can be especially interesting for companies building wallets around payments rather than speculation or trading.

7. Web3 and DeFi Ecosystem Revenue

A wallet can become the entry point to an entire Web3 ecosystem.

Users may connect to decentralized applications, NFT platforms, DeFi protocols, blockchain games, and other Web3 services directly through the wallet.

A wallet business can potentially generate revenue through partnerships, referral arrangements, integration fees, or transaction-based services, depending on the applications and business model involved.

The more useful the wallet becomes within a specific ecosystem, the more opportunities there may be to create additional revenue channels.

Which Revenue Model Should You Choose?

There is no single monetization strategy that works for every wallet.

A wallet designed for everyday payments may benefit more from merchant services and transaction revenue. A DeFi-focused wallet may have stronger opportunities around swaps and staking. An enterprise wallet may focus on premium features, custody, reporting, and business services.
The important thing is to decide the revenue model early.

That decision can influence the wallet architecture, integrations, user experience, compliance requirements, and even the features included in the first release.

Don't Build Features Without a Business Model

One of the biggest mistakes in wallet development is creating a long feature list without deciding how the product will generate revenue.

You may end up spending heavily on features that users rarely touch while overlooking the services that could actually create recurring income.

Before development begins, define three things:

Who will use the wallet?

What will they use it for?

Where will the business make money?

Once those answers are clear, the product roadmap becomes much easier to define.

If you are planning a wallet around a specific monetization strategy, working with an experienced crypto wallet development company can help you align the wallet's features, integrations, security architecture, and revenue model from the beginning.

The Wallet Is Only the Beginning

A profitable crypto wallet is not created by adding as many features as possible.

It is created by solving a real user problem and connecting that experience to a sustainable revenue model.

Transaction fees, swaps, fiat services, staking, premium features, merchant payments, and Web3 integrations can all create opportunities, but the right combination depends on your target market.

The goal should be simple: build a wallet users want to keep using, then create revenue around the activities they already value.

Don't Risk User Funds: See a Live Demo of an Enterprise-Grade Crypto Exchange

Launching a crypto exchange is not simply about putting a trading interface online. The real challenge is building a platform where users can trade, deposit, withdraw, and manage digital assets without worrying about security failures or operational issues.

A single vulnerability can put user funds, platform reputation, and business continuity at risk.

That is why seeing a live demo before starting development can be one of the smartest steps a crypto exchange founder can take.

A demo lets you see how the exchange actually works instead of relying only on feature lists or sales presentations.

What Should You Look for in a Crypto Exchange Demo?

A useful demo should give you a clear view of the platform's core trading and operational components.

1. Secure User and Account Management

The exchange should provide secure registration, authentication, profile management, role-based access, and account protection.

For an enterprise platform, security should extend beyond a simple password and login system. Features such as two-factor authentication, session controls, withdrawal protection, and suspicious activity monitoring can help reduce account-level risks.

The demo should show how these controls work from the user's perspective.

2. Wallet and Fund Management

User funds are one of the most sensitive parts of an exchange.

A live demo should demonstrate how deposits and withdrawals are handled across supported assets and networks. It should also show how wallet balances, transaction records, confirmations, and withdrawal requests are managed.

Depending on the business model, the exchange may require hot and cold wallet management, multisignature controls, automated transaction monitoring, or other security mechanisms.

The important question is not simply whether the platform has wallets. It is how those wallets are managed and protected.

3. Trading Engine and Order Execution

A professional exchange needs a trading engine capable of processing orders efficiently while maintaining accurate balances and trade records.

During a demo, pay attention to:

Market and limit orders

Order matching

Order book updates

Trade execution

Trading pairs

Order cancellation

Transaction history

Real-time market data

The interface may look impressive, but the underlying trading infrastructure is what determines whether the platform can support serious trading activity.

4. Liquidity Integration

Even a technically strong exchange can struggle if users cannot execute trades efficiently.

A demo should explain how liquidity is sourced and managed. Depending on the exchange model, this could involve liquidity providers, market makers, liquidity aggregation, or integrations with external exchanges.

Ask how the platform handles liquidity across different trading pairs and what happens when trading activity increases.

5. KYC, AML, and Risk Controls

For exchanges operating in regulated markets, compliance cannot be treated as an optional add-on.
A platform may need identity verification, transaction monitoring, AML screening, suspicious activity detection, and configurable user restrictions.

A live demonstration should show how administrators can review verification status, monitor transactions, manage users, and respond to suspicious activity.

This gives you a much better understanding of whether the platform is prepared for real-world operations.

Don't Ignore the Admin Panel

Founders often focus heavily on the trading interface and overlook the administrative infrastructure behind it.

That can become a costly mistake.

The admin dashboard should provide control over users, assets, trading pairs, fees, transactions, KYC status, withdrawals, deposits, liquidity, and platform settings.

A good demo should show these workflows rather than simply displaying screenshots.

You should be able to understand:

How users are managed

How trading pairs are configured

How fees are changed

How withdrawals are reviewed

How suspicious transactions are flagged

How platform activity is monitored

How administrators control access

The stronger the administrative layer, the easier it becomes to operate and scale the exchange.

Security Should Be Visible, Not Just Promised

Security is often described with broad terms such as enterprise-grade security or advanced protection.

Those phrases mean very little unless you can see what is actually implemented.

When reviewing a demo, ask about:

Multi-factor authentication

Encryption

Role-based access controls

Wallet security

Withdrawal controls

API security

Transaction monitoring

Audit logs

Rate limiting

Infrastructure protection

Smart contract security where applicable

You should also ask how the development team approaches security testing before deployment.
For an exchange handling real user funds, security should be designed into the architecture rather than added after the product is completed.

Can the Exchange Scale With Your Business?

A demo should not only show what the platform can do today. It should help you understand whether the architecture can support your future growth.

Your requirements may start with a few trading pairs and limited users. Later, you may need additional assets, blockchain networks, payment methods, trading products, liquidity sources, or regional compliance requirements.

A scalable exchange architecture should make it possible to expand these capabilities without rebuilding the entire platform.

This is where technical architecture, database design, matching-engine performance, API infrastructure, and cloud deployment strategy become important.

Why a Live Demo Matters Before Development

Choosing an exchange development partner based only on a website or feature list can make it difficult to evaluate the actual product.

A live demo gives you the opportunity to examine the platform from both sides.

You can experience the trading interface as a user while also reviewing the administrative controls available to the exchange operator.

More importantly, you can ask technical questions before committing your budget.

That can help identify gaps early instead of discovering them after development has already started.

Build the Exchange Around Fund Safety

The objective should not be to build an exchange with the longest feature list.

It should be to build a platform where security, trading performance, liquidity, compliance, and operational control work together.

If you are comparing development teams, look for a crypto exchange development company that can demonstrate its technology instead of simply describing it.

A live demo can help you evaluate the actual workflows, security mechanisms, trading infrastructure, and scalability of the proposed exchange before moving into development.

Before putting user funds at risk, see how the exchange works in practice.

Open Source

LLMs can become useful analysis assistants when they have structured data and real‑time market context, meaning they have enough relevant information for the task.
Getting specific indicators, news, and candles into an LLM is difficult, even with search tools integrated. You still need structured inputs, the right context, and a way to ensure everything the model receives is accurate and relevant.
For this reason, I built a system that prepares and delivers all required market data to LLMs in a clean, structured, and consistent format.
I'm excited to share my , a research‑driven system for developing and evaluating crypto signals with LLMs, quantitative models, and historical data.

• including candles, order‑book metrics, recent trades, and technical indicators
• ‑ for crypto news, whale activity, policy, macro events, exchange updates, and whale alerts
• for choosing free or paid models from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Mistral, and others
• and repeated iterations for consistency checks
• mapped to models and iteration cycles
• for additional market evidence, with selected model families running in parallel
•   before live signal analysis
• including win rate, returns, drawdown, profit factor, buy‑and‑hold comparison, outperformance, LLM agreement, direction accuracy, confidence calibration, and cost
•   for qualifying signals
• and prompt files for reproducible experiments
• ‑ signals are saved automatically, and the system later checks real future candles to label each one, giving you clean ground‑truth data for future agent training
• for live signal analysis, testing, configurations, prompts, settings, logs, and ML data

The platform is designed for continuous research, experimentation, and strategy improvement. It generates signals and alerts but does not place exchange orders automatically.
Aesthetic Trading Automation for Binance

I had an idea waiting up in the pipeline and finally decided to raw the cover over it. I created a trading automation tool which uses multiple trading algorithims under the hood to maximize the gains. I tested 7 different trading algorithimns in 15 different configurations across 12 coins and lab run them in a terminal. However, it turned to be super boring and tedious considering I had to run them time and again for specific intervals.

In order to make it interesting, I turned up my Unity Editor and rolled out a scene to glamour-covering it. I used my claude code to give it a cyberpunk outlook and make the main tower look like a wall street for crypto. Every single tower around the main tower represents a specific algorithim and the respective traded coin.

Note: I have used virtual currency in my project but the models are being trained on the real data. My unity project is linked with my python server through web socket and I am using 3 minute interval candle for training my algorithims.

Tech in qustion: Binance, Python, Unity 3d

Money Machine 2026

Salaam. Par la barbe du le Prophet, Allahu akbar. In the Kowloon area and in New Territories we see a lot of our fellow coders in need. Long bread lines, people huddled in gutters sleeping. This really bothered our team one day while we were on our way to the temple to pray and then visit the mosque with our client from KSA. We took a vow, an oath, that not another person will die on our streets. Instead, we would invent a money machine that would work like a money tree. Furthermore, we insisted from the very start that the machine must work on Linux and Apple but we excluded 3270, C64, C128 and iPad 2. Why Linux and Apple? Some sad sacks are stuck using Apple so we wanted to reach out a lifeline to them. Linux users are the most sought-after commodity on the mainland for employment and boyfriend material. Therefore, naturally our software leans toward Linux because we like the elite way Linux functions flawlessly. The line execution, compilation and eco-system appeal to many Hong Kongers.

After much research and time cruising around the harbour we fell upon a group of functions compiled in COBOL, Fortran and html which effectively produce money out of thin air provided the money pump is primed. This invention will allow our team to do the charity work we want to do and donate to Gaza, Lebanon and Tehran relief.

function getNetanyahu() {
if (benInJail = 'right') {
var buyThis = document.getElementById('calculation').value;
}
}

As you can see from the sample code, there is a lot of math involved and variables. The algorithm looks for arbitrage opportunities like if Game Stop stock owns $5 bln crypto and it dips to $4 bln market cap, that type of move is flagged in the system. A variable named goodTickers tracks names like that and compares them along with considering user inputs then issues output. If the user indicates they are in favour of Gaza extinction, the IP address is blocked and logged. To see log view sitemap.

It is fully online and Sharia compliant. No downloads or logins needed. Fast, easy to use front end programmed in raw html and java, css.

We are glad that we are able to share this vital project with our brothers and sisters around the world. Now nobody needs to be poor anymore, the money machine has finally arrived.

One charity work we plan is to rent a few floors of a Rafah or Gaza City high rise and brand the building as our tower, Iowa AI. Then, hire locals and internations, mostly work at home. The hirees will receive resume building and training. This is a workaround for many because the onboarding at Robin Hood is not considered good by our focus group results. In other words, some young people have been locked out of the capital markets and we want to give them a chance and all ages to build their resume and have a job working in the coding industry. Other projects we plan: Passing out blankets and pillows. Passing out restaurant gift certificates to our brothers and sisters and non-binary in need. Salaam and aomm Waheguru.

function getMoney() {
if (veggiez > halal) {
hariKrishna = 'Get money yall';
}
}
How MiCA and the Travel Rule Change Crypto Wallet App Development

The grace period is over. On 1 July 2026, MiCA's transitional period ended, and only authorised crypto-asset service providers may now offer crypto-asset services in the EU. Firms still operating under old national registrations had to wind down or move clients to an authorised provider or a self-hosted wallet.

Few made the jump. Only around 210 of the more than 1,200 entities with pre-MiCA national registrations converted to full CASP authorisation, roughly 17%.

For teams planning crypto wallet app development for European users, the rules are no longer a future concern. They decide the architecture. Who holds the keys, how transfers are logged and how a wallet proves ownership to an exchange all trace back to two regulations: MiCA and the EU Transfer of Funds Regulation, better known as the Travel Rule.

Does MiCA Regulate Crypto Wallets?

MiCA regulates crypto-asset service providers, not individual users or the software they run. A custodial wallet, where the provider holds or controls user keys, counts as a custody service and needs CASP authorisation. A self-custody wallet, where only the user controls the keys, generally falls outside MiCA.

The grey areas sit between those two poles. An MPC wallet where the provider holds one key share, or a recovery service that can restore access without the user, may give the provider enough control to count as custody. That classification depends on the key design, so it has to be settled before development starts. A business building a crypto wallet should get a legal view on its key model before writing any code.

What Does the Travel Rule Require From Crypto Wallets?

The Travel Rule requires CASPs to send identifying information about the sender and recipient with every crypto transfer between providers, regardless of value. For transfers to or from self-hosted wallets, the obligations change.

A CASP must collect and hold originator and beneficiary information for transfers involving self-hosted addresses. Above €1,000, it must assess whether its own customer owns or controls that address.

How Wallet Ownership Gets Verified

The European Banking Authority's guidance allows a CASP to confirm ownership by having the customer sign a specific message with the key for that address. Other common methods include a small test deposit, known as a Satoshi test, and the AOPP signature protocol.

This matters for self-custody wallets as well. An exchange user withdrawing to a personal wallet may be asked to prove ownership. A wallet that supports message signing and standard ownership proofs makes that step painless. A wallet that doesn't forces users into slower checks or failed withdrawals.

How Do MiCA and the Travel Rule Change Wallet Architecture?

Compliance requirements now shape five parts of a wallet build. Each one is cheaper to design in than to retrofit.

Map Every Transfer Flow

Compliance teams should classify each flow where customer assets move as internal, CASP-to-CASP or CASP-to-self-hosted. Each type carries different data and verification duties. A wallet product that can't tell these apart at the transaction level can't apply the right rules.

Identify the Counterparty

Before sending, a custodial wallet needs to know whether the destination belongs to another CASP or a self-hosted wallet. That requires integration with a Travel Rule messaging network and an address attribution service.

Screen at Withdrawal

Onboarding checks aren't enough. Sanctions and risk screening should run at the moment of transfer, against the destination address and, where possible, its transaction history.

Keep Auditable Records

Travel Rule data, ownership proofs and screening results must be stored and retrievable for supervisors. The data model should link each record to the specific transaction it covers.

Configure by Jurisdiction

Thresholds differ outside the EU. The UK applies its own regime, and Switzerland generally requires ownership checks without a threshold. Rules should live in configuration, so the wallet can change behaviour per market without a code release.

What Compliance Changes Are Coming Next for Crypto Wallets?

The current rules aren't final. Three developments deserve a place on any wallet roadmap.

The Travel Rule regulation required the European Commission to report on risks linked to self-hosted wallets by mid-2026. Its findings could tighten obligations around self-custody transfers.

The Commission also opened a targeted consultation on reviewing MiCA, with replies due by 31 August 2026. Changes to custody definitions would directly affect how hybrid and MPC wallets are classified.

The EU Anti-Money Laundering Regulation applies from July 2027. It bans CASPs from offering anonymous accounts and from handling privacy-focused coins, which will narrow the assets a regulated wallet can support.

A wallet built with configurable compliance rules will absorb these changes with far less disruption than one with rules hard-coded into transfer logic.

Where Do Automation and Agentic AI Fit in Wallet Compliance?

In 2026, AI agents increasingly initiate transfers for businesses and users, and the Travel Rule applies to them in full. An agent sending funds from a custodial wallet still triggers data collection, screening and, above €1,000 to a self-hosted address, ownership checks.

Wallet teams should design agent permissions with compliance built in. That means restricting agents to pre-verified destination addresses, capping transfer sizes and logging each action against the human or business that authorised it.

Automation also reduces the manual load on compliance teams. AI-assisted screening can triage alerts, group related transactions and draft case notes for review. Final decisions on blocked or flagged transfers should stay with trained staff.

What Should Teams Ask a Crypto Wallet Development Company?

A wallet development company working on EU products should treat compliance as part of the architecture. These questions help separate experienced teams from feature-list vendors.

Questions to ask before hiring:

How will the key design affect whether the wallet counts as a custody service under MiCA?
Which Travel Rule networks and address attribution services can the wallet integrate with?
Does the wallet support message signing and standard ownership proofs for self-hosted addresses?
How are compliance thresholds configured per jurisdiction?
How are AI agent transfers permissioned and logged for audit?

Teams comparing wallet development services or a wallet consulting service can use this list to test proposals, and the cryptocurrency wallet development company page shows how custody models, compliance integrations and security reviews are typically scoped into a wallet build.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do self-custody wallets need a MiCA licence?

Self-custody wallet software generally doesn't need a MiCA licence, because the provider never controls user assets. Wallets where the provider holds keys or key shares may count as a custody service and require CASP authorisation.

What is the Travel Rule threshold for self-hosted wallets in the EU?

CASPs must collect sender and recipient information for all transfers involving self-hosted wallets. Above €1,000, they must also verify that their customer owns or controls the self-hosted address.

How can a user prove they own a self-hosted wallet?

The most common methods are signing a specific message with the wallet's private key, sending a small test deposit, or using the AOPP protocol. Wallets that support message signing make this step faster.

Did the MiCA transitional period end?

Yes. The transitional period ended across the EU on 1 July 2026. Providers without CASP authorisation can no longer serve EU clients.

Does the Travel Rule apply to transfers made by AI agents?

Yes. The Travel Rule applies to the transfer, regardless of whether a person or software initiated it. Custodial wallets must collect the same data and run the same checks for agent-initiated transfers.

Conclusion

MiCA and the Travel Rule have moved from preparation to enforcement, and crypto wallets built for European users now carry compliance in their architecture. Key design determines regulatory status, transfer flows determine reporting duties, and configurable rules determine how well a wallet copes with the 2027 changes ahead. For teams planning a compliant wallet build, Codezeros works on crypto wallet app development where custody models and Travel Rule integrations are scoped from the first design session.
Crypto Real Estate Swap

Salaam! Crypto holders such as COBOL and Fortran IBM Watson array rig operators can go to eBay and buy real estate and pay with crypto perhaps but it is against the rules. Also, it is not all online and the properties may not be high quality. Therefore, we decided to add a platform where crypto adopters can acquire farms, vineyards, houses and more with a simple click! No more waiting for realtors to call back, now it is buy now and most tokens are accepted. What is different from eBay? High quality only, no scams. Crypto tool.

How does it work? Visitors simply browse listings and click buy now then fill out a short form and the deed is mailed to them. This fills a gap in the real estate automation and crypto markets. Java and HTML allow users to push buttons and create a listing or research parcel maps using custom functions like:

function gazaPeace() {
if (land < house) {
......

As many insiders know, buying and selling real estate can be a chore especially if paying in DOGE or Tron. Our platform from Moonshee International is a nice solution to a huge problem in the market.

The tool works as a website and has animations and many special features like user settings. We prefer to launch webtools because they work on almost all devices except 3270 and Amiga along with C128. Apple is supported along with Linux, Cobol emus and Fortran terminals.

We used unFreeze tool make animated gifs and used scrolling effects as well to make the site feel alive. We also added a special feature which shows gems and rings, money falling from the sky like rain. Feel free to add your listings or borrow the template. To run it, use a browser on any smart phone or terminal.

In Hong Kong we havre a lot of unhoused residents. We need disruptive solutions to get people housed including the power of crypto. With our platform, people can buy land and donate to homeless, deploy their crypto in a new way. Or buy 10 lots for themselves and one for homeless, it is purely optional. We used AGS to help with the animation and testing. Made on recycled computer running 32 bits on an AMD processor with Linux and COBOL flowchart style. CSS was key to project success. One problem we had when developing was bandwith constraints. Other than that the wi-fi in Kowloon Harbour was fluid. We avoided using built in translators for this suite because of the heavy Java animations which trip up our translator module.
Waheguru.

REAL-WORLD ASSETS TOKENIZATION : THE $10 TRILLION EVOLUTION

Soumabha Mahapatra
soumabha015@gmail.com

ABSTRACT:

Real-world asset (RWA) tokenization refers to the process of representing physical and financial assets—such as government bonds, real estate, commodities, and invoices—as cryptographically secured digital tokens on the blockchain. In 2025, the rapid digitization of global money and the rise of institutional blockchain adoption make RWA tokenization more important than ever. Traditional financial systems face challenges such as slow settlement, limited liquidity and limited access, whereas tokenized assets enable fractional ownership, real-time transferability and transparent auditability.

With leading institutions and regulators actively exploring on-chain asset structures, the movement of real-world assets to blockchain is accelerating. According to the research, RWA tokenization can unlock the $10 trillion digital asset economy by 2030, marking one of the most significant technological changes in our modern finance. As the boundaries between traditional finance (TradFi) and blockchain-based systems shrink, tokenized assets are emerging as the foundation of global digital markets.

INTRODUCTION:

Digitization of assets has become a natural progression in today's financial landscape. As markets become larger then the transactions move online so that the limitations of traditional finance have become increasingly visible. The systems built around manual verification and multiple middleman and slow settlement cycles are no longer suitable for an economy which demands speed, transparency and global reach.

Blockchain technology has emerged as a strong candidate to address this challenge, providing a more secure, more programmable and more verifiable way to represent value. Within this framework, real-world asset (RWA) tokenization refers to the simple concept of turning physical or financial assets into digital tokens that can move across the blockchain with the same trust as the original asset.

This shift is important because tokenized assets open access to markets that were once difficult to enter, create a more transparent investment environment, and enable investor participation across borders. With global institutions now exploring large-scale tokenization models, analysts estimate that RWAs could form the basis of a multi-trillion-dollar digital asset market by 2030. As a result, RWA tokenization stands at the forefront of the next big evolution in financial technology.

LITERATURE REVIEW:

The journey of Blockchain had started with Bitcoin, which introduced a more secure way to transfer digital value without intermediaries. Thereafter by adding the smart contracts in Ethereum, so that more complex financial operations can be done in chains. This shift has opened the door to new use cases, including the tokenization of real-world assets.

Early attempts at asset tokenization began with simple models – pilot programs for tokenized gold, small real estate projects, and commodities. Although these experiments were limited, they showed that physical assets could be digitally represented and traded more efficiently.

In recent years, several platforms have taken the lead. Nowadays MakerDAO uses real-world collateral like Treasury bills in its system. BlackRock has started issuing tokenized funds on public blockchains, and Ondo Finance is giving global investors access to tokenized US Treasuries. These initiatives show growing confidence from both the crypto industry as well as traditional finance.

However, the researchers still noted some gaps. Liquidity is uneven, trust depends on off-chain verification and regulatory clarity is still developing. These challenges/gap highlight the need for robust frameworks as the RWA ecosystem expands.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF RWA TOKENIZATION:

a) Selection of Resource and its Verification:

  The process of tokenization begins with choosing the asset to represent–it may include real estate, commodities, government bonds or financial instruments. Before an asset can be placed on-chain, it must be legal and verified by the owner. This involves reviewing the documentation, verifying the authenticity and ensuring that assets can be legally tokenized. Standard KYC(Know your Customer) and AML(Anti-Money Laundering) checks are also conducted to verify the issuer's identity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

b) Token Creation:

When the asset is verified, then a digital token is created on the blockchain platform. These tokens generally follow generally adopted standards like ERC-20 for basic fungible tokens and ERC-3643 for regulated tokenized securities. Smart contracts draw the rules of the token – how it can be transferred, who can hold it, and any restrictions related to the compliance. This programmable layer assures that the token behaves consistently and reflects the real asset it represents.

c) Token Distribution and Trading:

  After creation, tokens are distributed among investors. The main benefit of tokenization is fractional ownership, where high-value assets can be broken into smaller, more accessible units. Then these tokens can be traded on decentralized markets, where a liquidity pool remains continuous buying and selling. In on-chain trading reduces settlement time and maintains transparency.

d)Custody and Compliance Layer:

These physical assets underlying the token must be securely stored by a fiduciary custodian, which may include a regulated financial licensed vault provider. Regular audits can assure that on-chain tokens are always backed by off-chain assets. The compliance framework can dictate how tokens are issued, transferred and redeemed depending on the administration. This layer bridges traditional legal systems with blockchain-based markets, by ensuring trust in tokenized assets.

APPLICATIONS OF RWA TOKENIZATION:

At that current date, RWA tokenization is not just a theoretical idea – many industries have already started adopting it in practical and measurable ways. There is some most active real-world use cases:

a) Real Estate Tokenization:
One of the earliest and strongest use cases. Large properties that were once accessible only to big investors are now being divided into digital tokens. People can invest in premium commercial spaces, rental properties, or even luxury real estate by simply buying a piece of the tokenized asset.

b) Jurisdiction Bonds:
Many countries and financial institutions are experimenting with issuing bonds directly on the blockchain. Tokenized government bonds reduce the use of paperwork, speed up the settlement, and create a more open participation model.

c) Gold & Commodity Tokenization:
Gold-backed tokens have gained serious traction. A digital token represents a specific quantity of gold stored in a regulated vault. The same model is being extended to silver, oil, and other commodities.

d) Carbon Credits:
Tokenized carbon credits are helping companies measure and trade their emission allowances in a more transparent and traceable manner. It removes a lot of the fraud and inefficiency associated with the traditional carbon market.

e) Invoice Financing:
Businesses can tokenize their unpaid bills and quickly raise funds by selling tokens backed by those bills. This is particularly helpful for small and mid-level companies that face the cash-flow issues.

f) Private Credit Markets:
Tokenization has opened the door for global investors to participate in private lending opportunities that were previously restricted to large institutions.

g) Art, Collectibles & Luxury Goods:
Tokenization has given museums, creators, and collectors a way to fractionalize ownership of rare paintings, old and vintage collectibles, and high-end luxury goods, making those accessible to more people.

BENEFITS:

The rise of RWA tokenization is happening for a reason – it genuinely solves the problems that have existed in finance for decades.

a) Fractional Ownership:
One of the most powerful advantages. Even if a real estate asset costs crores, individuals can buy a small fraction of it without needing the full capital.

b) 24/7 Global Markets:
Unlike traditional markets that operate within strict time windows, tokenized assets can be traded any time, anywhere.

c) Higher Liquidity:
Assets that were historically considered “illiquid” (real estate, art, bonds) can now be traded like digital tokens, reducing the time buyers and sellers spend waiting.

d) Lower Transaction Costs:
The elimination of middlemen reduces processing fees, handling charges, verification expenses, and settlement delays.

e) Transparency & Security:
Blockchain makes the ownership records immutable. Every transaction is recorded , which drastically reduces fraud and disputes.

f) Reduced Intermediaries:
Tokenization cuts out layers of brokers, agents, paperwork handlers, and settlement authorities, creating a leaner financial system.

CHALLENGES:

Despite the excitement, RWA tokenization has several complexities. It is still a young field and naturally comes with hurdles.

a) Regulatory Uncertainty:
Governments across the world are still figuring out how to regulate tokenized versions of physical assets. Rules differ from region to region, which slows expansion.

b) Custody & Ownership Rights:
Token ownership is clear, but the legal link between the token and physical asset still varies in different jurisdictions.

c) Price Volatility:
Even though RWAs represent stable assets, the tokens themselves may fluctuate based on market demand.

d) Low Mainstream Awareness:
Many investors still don’t understand how tokenization works. Education and trust-building need time.

e) Integration with Banks:
Traditional financial institutions have been slow to adopt modern blockchain systems due to their legacy infrastructure.

f) Cybersecurity Risks:
Even though blockchain is secure, the platforms that store or trade these tokens can still be vulnerable if not designed properly.

FUTURE SCOPE:

What’s ahead for RWA tokenization is far bigger than where it stands today. A few developments that are already shaping the next phase include:

a) Tokenized Government Assets:
Countries may begin placing everything from land registries to sovereign funds on blockchain for better transparency.

b) Integration with CBDCs:
Once Central Bank Digital Currencies go mainstream, tokenized RWAs will seamlessly flow across digital financial rails.

c) Blockchain-Powered Stock Exchanges:
The future version of stock markets may run directly on blockchain, enabling instant settlement and global access.

d) AI + Blockchain Asset Verification:
AI models can independently verify documents, ownership, valuations, and authenticity, reducing fraud dramatically.

d) Global Liquidity Pools Worth $10 Trillion:
Many experts estimate that tokenization might attract trillions of dollars in new liquidity because the market becomes borderless.

e) Role of Layer-2 Chains:
Layer-2 networks will help scale RWA platforms by making transactions faster and significantly cheaper.

CONCLUSION:

Real-World Asset Tokenization (RWA) is reshaping the basis of global finance. What started as an experimental concept has now turned into a trillion-dollar opportunity which blends the physical economy with digital efficiency. For the investors, it opens doors to assets that were once out of reach. For developers, it creates a whole new ecosystem to build on. And for students and future professionals, it is the kind of shift that defines an entire generation of financial technology. The transformation has already started – and those who understand it early will be far ahead in tomorrow’s digital economy.

Why Token Analysis Isn't Enough Anymore

The Industry Is Looking at the Wrong Thing

For years, crypto security has revolved around a single assumption:

If we analyze a token thoroughly enough, we can understand its risk.

This assumption gave rise to an entire ecosystem of tools.

Liquidity checkers.

Contract scanners.

Holder analyzers.

Rug pull detectors.

Risk scores.

Audits.

Dashboards.

Alerts.

Every day, thousands of traders open these tools and ask the same question:

Is this token safe?

At first glance, it seems like a reasonable question.

A token is visible.

It has a contract.

It has holders.

It has liquidity.

It produces data.

Data can be analyzed.

Analysis can produce a score.

The score can be used to make decisions.

The logic appears sound.

The problem is that reality refuses to cooperate.

Despite years of increasingly sophisticated token analysis, the same scams continue to appear.

The same manipulation strategies continue to work.

The same outcomes continue to repeat.

The industry keeps getting better at analyzing tokens.

Yet it remains surprisingly ineffective at understanding the people behind them.

And that may be because we are analyzing the wrong entity.

A Strange Pattern

When we first started building NexusVeritas, our goal was not particularly ambitious.

We wanted to build a better risk engine.

Like everyone else, we looked at the usual signals:

Liquidity.

Holder concentration.

Funding sources.

Wallet activity.

Transaction flows.

The idea seemed straightforward.

Collect enough information about a token and eventually risk becomes measurable.

Then something unexpected happened.

The more cases we analyzed, the less important the tokens themselves seemed.

Different names.

Different branding.

Different communities.

Different narratives.

Different websites.

Different contracts.

Yet beneath the surface, certain behavioral patterns kept reappearing.

The same launch structures.

The same wallet behaviors.

The same funding routes.

The same distribution patterns.

The same operational mistakes.

Again and again.

At first it felt like coincidence.

Then it became difficult to ignore.

Eventually a different hypothesis emerged:

Perhaps the token wasn't the real subject of analysis.

Perhaps it was merely the artifact left behind by something else.

Tokens Are Disposable

One of the most misunderstood aspects of crypto is how cheap identity has become.

In traditional finance, creating a new legal entity requires paperwork, compliance, and significant effort.

In crypto, creating a new wallet takes seconds.

Creating a new token takes minutes.

Creating an entirely new project can take hours.

This changes the economics of deception.

If a token becomes associated with failure, an operator can abandon it.

If a wallet becomes known, it can be discarded.

If a community turns hostile, a new brand can emerge tomorrow.

The cost of replacing the visible layer is almost zero.

The industry understands this intellectually.

Yet most analytical systems still behave as if wallets and tokens are stable identities.

They are not.

They are disposable infrastructure.

The operator remains.

The Wallet Illusion

Many blockchain tools implicitly treat wallets as people.

This is understandable.

Wallet addresses are visible.

People are not.

So the wallet becomes the proxy for identity.

But this shortcut creates a dangerous illusion.

Imagine an operator launches ten tokens.

Each token uses a different wallet.

Each wallet receives funding through a different route.

Each launch occurs under a different name.

To a traditional analytics platform, these may appear to be ten unrelated events.

To the operator, it is Tuesday.

The blockchain has changed.

The behavior has not.

And behavior is where identity begins to emerge.

Behavior Leaves Fingerprints

Human beings are creatures of habit.

We develop patterns without realizing it.

We repeat decisions.

We optimize routines.

We recycle infrastructure.

We fall back on familiar processes.

Operators do the same thing.

Some consistently launch at similar times.

Some repeatedly use the same funding structures.

Some distribute supply in nearly identical ways.

Some follow recognizable liquidity patterns.

Some deploy entire networks of fresh wallets that behave almost identically across multiple launches.

Individually, these signals may seem insignificant.

Together, they become something far more powerful.

A behavioral fingerprint.

Not a name.

Not a legal identity.

Not a social media account.

A behavioral identity.

A signature created by repeated decisions.

And unlike wallets, behavioral signatures are surprisingly difficult to replace.

Changing a wallet is easy.

Changing operational habits is much harder.

The Shift from Token Intelligence to Operator Intelligence

This realization changes the question entirely.

For years, the industry has asked:

Is this token dangerous?

But tokens do not make decisions.

Tokens do not coordinate launches.

Tokens do not move funds.

Tokens do not execute exits.

People do.

Operators do.

The more interesting question becomes:

Is this operator dangerous?

This is a fundamentally different problem.

Instead of evaluating assets, we begin evaluating behavior.

Instead of scoring contracts, we begin identifying patterns.

Instead of tracking tokens, we begin tracking operators.

The subject of analysis changes.

And with it, the entire intelligence model changes.

Why Existing Tools Reach a Ceiling

Most existing risk tools are extremely useful.

But they share a common limitation.

They focus on the present.

What does this token look like today?

What does this wallet look like today?

What does this contract look like today?

The problem is that risk often originates in the past.

An operator may have launched twenty previous projects.

They may have participated in multiple failed ecosystems.

They may have recycled infrastructure across dozens of deployments.

They may have developed highly recognizable operational patterns.

None of that information exists within a single token.

It only becomes visible when behavior is analyzed across time.

The challenge is no longer blockchain analytics.

The challenge becomes attribution.

Attribution Is the Next Frontier

The word "attribution" is common in cybersecurity.

Investigators rarely begin by asking:

What happened?

Instead, they ask:

Who has done something like this before?

The same principle applies on-chain.

As the ecosystem matures, the most valuable intelligence will not come from analyzing isolated events.

It will come from connecting events together.

Identifying recurring operators.

Discovering behavioral clusters.

Recognizing infrastructure reuse.

Building operational histories.

Creating memory where none previously existed.

This is where the future of blockchain intelligence is heading.

Not toward bigger dashboards.

Not toward more complicated risk scores.

Toward attribution.

Building Memory

Perhaps the biggest weakness of today's crypto ecosystem is collective amnesia.

Every day, thousands of new tokens appear.

Every day, thousands disappear.

The market forgets quickly.

Operators understand this.

Many depend on it.

What happens when the market starts remembering?

What happens when behavior becomes searchable?

What happens when launch history becomes reputation?

What happens when every new project can be compared against years of operational patterns?

The economics begin to change.

The cost of abandoning a wallet remains low.

The cost of abandoning a behavioral identity becomes much higher.

That is where things become interesting.

The Next Decade

The first generation of crypto intelligence focused on assets.

The second generation focused on transactions.

The next generation will focus on operators.

Not because tokens are unimportant.

But because tokens are temporary.

Operators persist.

Infrastructure evolves.

Wallets rotate.

Brands disappear.

Behavior remains.

The question that defined the last cycle was:

What is this token?

The question that may define the next cycle is:

Who is behind it?

That shift may sound subtle.

In reality, it changes everything.

Because wallets change.

Operators adapt.

Behavior leaves fingerprints.

Unboxing My New OneKey Classic 1S Hardware Wallet

There are moments in crypto when you realize that security is no longer optional — it becomes a responsibility.

After spending years working with blockchain infrastructure, nodes, wallets, and decentralized systems, I finally decided to move part of my operational environment toward a dedicated hardware wallet experience.

And honestly… I did not expect the experience to be this good.

First Impressions

The first thing that surprised me about the OneKey Classic 1S was the packaging quality.

Everything arrived professionally sealed and protected, giving a very strong first impression focused on authenticity and tamper protection. In a market where hardware wallet trust is everything, details like this matter much more than people think.

The packaging feels premium without being unnecessarily excessive.
Minimalistic. Clean. Professional.

You immediately notice that security was considered from the very beginning of the user experience.

Security Seals & Packaging Quality

One of the biggest concerns when purchasing a hardware wallet is whether the device could have been manipulated before arrival.

Fortunately, the OneKey Classic 1S arrived:

Completely sealed
Properly protected
Professionally packaged
With visible security-focused presentation

The unboxing experience genuinely felt closer to opening a high-end security device than a simple crypto accessory.

That matters.

Especially today.

Setup Experience

I expected the installation process to be complicated or technical.

It wasn't.

The wallet initialization and software setup process was relatively simple and intuitive.

The official OneKey software guided the entire process step-by-step, including:

Wallet creation
Recovery phrase backup
Device verification
Security confirmation
Connection process

Even for users who are not deeply technical, the experience feels approachable and clean.

Build Quality

The device itself feels solid and surprisingly lightweight.

The physical buttons are responsive, the screen is clear, and the overall design has a professional aesthetic that feels modern instead of outdated.

Some hardware wallets still look and feel experimental.

The OneKey Classic 1S does not.

It feels polished.

Why This Matters

In recent months, the crypto ecosystem has seen increasing concerns related to:

Wallet compromises
Malicious smart contracts
Fake applications
Phishing attacks
Blind signing risks

Because of that, I started looking more seriously into dedicated cold-storage solutions with:

Strong security architecture
Transparent development
Open-source firmware
Clear signing support
Modern ecosystem compatibility

The OneKey ecosystem checked many of those boxes.

Final Thoughts

The truth is simple:

I expected a decent hardware wallet.

What I received was a much more polished experience than anticipated.

From the packaging quality to the onboarding process, the OneKey Classic 1S gave a very strong first impression.

For anyone looking to improve their crypto security setup while keeping usability simple, this device is definitely worth researching.

Official Link + 10% Discount

If you want to check the device directly from the official website, you can use my referral link here:

trading python mcp cryptocurrency

Why RSI Lied to Me — And What L2 Orderbook Physics Showed Instead

A live audit of institutional orderflow intelligence vs. traditional indicators

I've been building trading systems for years. I've backtested thousands of RSI configurations, tuned MACD parameters until my eyes blurred, and spent more time than I'd like to admit optimizing EMA crossovers.

Then I ran an experiment that made me question all of it.

The Setup

I gave Manus AI — an autonomous execution agent — access to two data sources simultaneously, and asked it to compare them on a live BTCUSDT feed for 60 seconds:

Traditional indicators: RSI (14), MACD, EMA

Real-time L2 Orderbook Physics: Live bid/ask depth, aggressive trade deltas, tick imbalances

The results were uncomfortable.

What Happened in 60 Seconds

Here's the exact timeline Manus recorded:

Time

Horus Signal

RSI Value

What It Means

22:03:40

BUY_PRESSURE
/ delta_accel: 0.4

43

Institutional buying detected. RSI: silent.

22:03:49

SELL_PRESSURE
/ delta_accel: 10.4

43

Selling exploded 26x. RSI: still 43.

22:03:57

NEUTRAL
/ delta_accel: 2.37

43

Absorption begins. RSI: still 43.

22:04:15

BUY_PRESSURE
/ delta_accel: 0.05

43

Buyers return. RSI: still 43.

RSI did not move a single point during the entire 60-second window.

Meanwhile, the orderbook physics detected a 26x spike in selling momentum, followed by absorption, followed by recovery — a complete institutional cycle — all invisible to every lagging indicator in my toolkit.

Why This Happens

Traditional indicators like RSI are calculated on closed candle data. They answer the question: "What happened?"

L2 orderbook physics answers a different question: "What is happening right now, at the sub-second level, in the actual war between buyers and sellers?"

The difference is fundamental.

When a market maker places a 500 BTC bid wall and immediately pulls it — a classic spoofing pattern — RSI sees nothing. The candle doesn't care. The MACD doesn't care. But the orderbook saw it, processed it, and flagged it with
SPOOFING_DETECTED
in milliseconds.

Here's what real spoofing looks like in raw data:

{
  "symbol": "BTCUSDT",
  "signal": "LIQUIDITY_EVENT",
  "confidence": 0.99,
  "market_state": "DISTRIBUTION",
  "metrics": {
    "bid_ask_ratio": 7.934,
    "buy_sell_ratio": 0.393,
    "delta_5s": -83040.05,
    "whale_activity": true,
    "large_sell_count": 4,
    "delta_accel": 3.8,
    "wall_side": "BID",
    "flags": [
      "GLOBAL_LIQUIDITY_EVENT",
      "SPOOFING_DETECTED(wall=BID)"
    ]
  }
}

Let me decode this:

bid_ask_ratio: 7.934
— There's a massive bid wall suggesting support

buy_sell_ratio: 0.393
— But actual aggressive buyers are almost absent

delta_5s: -83,040
— $83K net selling in 5 seconds

SPOOFING_DETECTED(wall=BID)
— The bid wall is fake. Retail sees support. Whales are selling into it.

RSI at this moment? Probably showing a neutral reading, maybe even slightly bullish.

The Manus AI Verdict

After the full audit, Manus concluded:

"Horus detects momentum shifts 15-30 seconds before OHLCV candle data reflects them. RSI remained flat at 43 while Horus delta_accel spiked 10x in the same period. The move came 15-30 seconds later."

This is the lead time that separates orderflow analysis from indicator analysis. Not hours. Not minutes. 15-30 seconds of visibility into institutional intent before the candle is even drawn.

What BUY_ABSORPTION Actually Means

The most interesting signal I encountered wasn't the SELL_PRESSURE or the LIQUIDITY_EVENT — it was
BUY_ABSORPTION
.

On a separate test on ETHUSDT during a period when the broader market was bearish (BTC and SOL both showing SELL_PRESSURE), ETH showed this:

{
  "symbol": "ETHUSDT",
  "signal": "BUY_ABSORPTION",
  "confidence": 0.80,
  "market_state": "COUNTER_TREND",
  "metrics": {
    "bid_ask_ratio": 21.32,
    "buy_sell_ratio": 0.78
  }
}

bid_ask_ratio: 21.32
means there's 21x more bid liquidity than ask liquidity. Someone is absorbing every sell order that hits the market. This is what institutional accumulation looks like before a reversal.

Technical indicators don't just lag this signal — they actively contradict it. RSI during this period was in the 40s, suggesting neutral to bearish conditions. A trader using only indicators would see no reason to buy. A trader reading the orderbook would see institutions quietly loading positions.

The Architecture That Makes This Possible

The reason most retail traders don't have access to this kind of data isn't that it's secret — it's that building the infrastructure to process it in real-time is genuinely hard.

You need:

WebSocket connection to exchange L2 feeds (updating every 100ms)

In-memory imbalance calculator processing 1000s of bid/ask updates per second

Flow detector tracking aggressive taker trades

Behavioral court logic to separate noise from genuine institutional intent

Sub-second signal generation

I built this as an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, which means AI agents like Claude Desktop and Cursor can access it natively as a tool — no custom integration required.

# What your AI agent can now do:
response = await get_crypto_flow("BTCUSDT")

if response["signal"] == "BUY_ABSORPTION" and response["confidence"] > 0.80:
    # Institutions are absorbing. Consider entry.
    pass

elif response["signal"] in ["LIQUIDITY_EVENT", "EMERGENCY_DUMP"]:
    # Whale selling detected. Stay out.
    pass

What This Doesn't Do

I want to be clear about limitations, because the crypto space has enough snake oil:

It doesn't predict price — it reads current institutional intent, which can change

It doesn't replace a trading strategy — it's a pre-entry filter, not a complete system

15-30 second lead time is not guaranteed on every signal — it's an observed average from the Manus audit on a specific timeframe

Orderflow can be manufactured — sophisticated actors can create false signals, which is why the Behavioral Court layer exists to detect sustained patterns vs. single-tick noise

The Practical Takeaway

If you're building trading bots or AI agents that make market decisions, there are two questions worth asking:

Are your entry signals based on what the market did, or what it's doing?

Do you have visibility into what institutional participants are doing right now, or are you reading their footprints after they've already moved?

Traditional indicators answer question 1. L2 orderbook physics answers question 2.

Both matter. But if you're building systems that react in seconds, only one of them is actually real-time.

Resources

GitHub: horustechltd/horus-flow-mcp — open source MCP server

Live Dashboard: api.horustek.pro/dash/ — real-time win rate tracker

Glama Listing: A-Tier verified

Install:
pip install horus-flow-mcp

The data in this article comes from live production tests. Past signal accuracy does not guarantee future performance. This is not financial advice.

Tags:
trading

python

mcp

cryptocurrency

algorithmic-trading

orderflow

fintech

ai

⚠️ 5 BTC Gone Overnight: Why I No Longer Trust “Safe” Hardware Wallets — And What I Use Instead

When “secure” isn’t enough, and one update can cost you everything

Last week, something happened that forced me to rethink everything I believed about hardware wallet security.

A user — not a beginner — did what any responsible crypto holder would do:

Opened the App Store

Updated their hardware wallet firmware (Trezor)

Followed the official process

Minutes later…

Over 5 BTC were gone.

Approximately $400,000 USD — life savings — disappeared.

No phishing link.
No obvious mistake.
Just an update.

The Problem Nobody Wants to Talk About

We’ve been conditioned to believe:

“If it’s a hardware wallet, it’s safe.”

But reality is more complex.

Security today is not just about:

cold storage

offline keys

brand reputation

It’s about:

the entire interaction surface around the wallet

That includes:

firmware updates

app distribution channels

signing interfaces

contract interactions

blind approvals

And that’s exactly where things are breaking.

The Real Risk: Blind Trust

Most hardware wallets still rely on a dangerous assumption:

The user understands what they are signing.

But in modern Web3, that’s unrealistic.

Users interact with:

smart contracts

DeFi protocols

NFTs

cross-chain bridges

And many wallets still show:

unreadable hex data
incomplete transaction details

That’s not security.

That’s guessing.

Why This Hit Me Personally

As someone responsible for managing company wallets, I can’t afford:

uncertainty

ambiguity

hidden risks

After this incident, I made a decision:

I needed something verifiably stronger — not just “trusted”.

The Search for a Real Alternative

I didn’t want marketing.

I wanted:

real security architecture

verifiable track record

transparent code

active threat detection

After digging deep, I found what is — in my view — one of the most solid hardware wallets available today:

OneKey Classic 1S — A Different Approach to Security

This isn’t just another hardware wallet.

It’s a system designed around eliminating blind trust.

Core Capabilities

1 device

100+ blockchains

30,000+ tokens

Supports:

Bitcoin

Ethereum

USDT

Solana

XRP

and thousands more

Works seamlessly with:

MetaMask

WalletConnect v2

OKX

Rabby

Sparrow

Clear Signing — No More Blind Approvals

Before signing any transaction, you see:

readable data

actual contract intent

human-understandable details

This alone removes one of the biggest risks in Web3 today.

Real-Time Threat Detection

This is where it gets serious.

The wallet integrates a defense system developed by:

OneKey Anzen Security Lab

It actively analyzes:

smart contracts

tokens

dApps

In real time.

It can detect:

phishing attempts

malicious contracts

fake tokens

drainers

Before you sign anything.

Proven Security Track Record

This is what stood out the most:

Zero successful attacks since launch

Not “we fixed issues”.

Not “we patched vulnerabilities”.

Zero.

Fully Verifiable Security

Open-source firmware

Reproducible builds

Independently audited

Audited by:

SlowMist

Backed by:

Coinbase Ventures

Binance Labs (YZi Labs)

Still independent.

Hardware-Level Protection

The device includes:

EAL 6+ Secure Element

This is the same level used in:

passports

government IDs

banking cards

With protection against:

physical tampering

side-channel attacks

Active Protection Against Real Attacks

The system blocks:

1M+ scam attempts per year

With integrations like:

GoPlus

Blockaid

You get alerts for:

suspicious approvals

abnormal limits

malicious addresses

True Privacy & Control

No KYC required

No identity tracking

Full self-custody

You stay anonymous.

You stay in control.

Final Reality Check

The crypto space has evolved.

Attacks are no longer about:

brute force

breaking encryption

They are about:

tricking users into signing the wrong thing

That’s where most wallets are failing.

My Conclusion

After what happened:

I no longer trust wallets that rely on user interpretation.

Security must be:

verifiable

readable

proactive

Not reactive.

My Move: I Bought One

After everything that happened, I didn’t just research alternatives.

I made the decision to switch.

I’ve already ordered the OneKey Classic 1S, and I’m currently waiting for it to arrive.

Given everything I’ve seen — from its security architecture to its real-time threat detection — I’m honestly looking forward to testing it in a real environment and integrating it into my workflow.

If You Want to Check It Yourself

If you’re curious and want to explore it directly:

https://onekey.so/r/MUGY73

And if you’re thinking about trying it:

You can get 10% OFF using the code:

MUGY73

Why I’m Sharing This

I don’t usually recommend hardware lightly.

But after seeing someone lose 5 BTC in minutes, I think it’s worth sharing alternatives that:

reduce blind signing

add real-time protection

and are fully verifiable

Final Thought

If a single update can wipe out $400,000…

Then the problem isn’t the user.
The problem is the design of the system.

Stop Writing Trading Scripts. Start Building Senses: How I Forged an Autonomous AI trading bot

Forging Herakles-octobot: How I Built an Autonomous AI Crypto Trader (That Actually Understands Risk)

The crypto markets are a dark, unforgiving place. It is a realm of endless, 24/7 chaos where traditional algorithmic trading bots march blindly to their slaughter. You write a Python script, hook up some moving average crossovers, and watch your portfolio slowly bleed out like a foot soldier caught in the vanguard.

Traditional bots are rigid. They don't understand context. They don't know that a falling Taker Buy/Sell ratio matters more right now than a lagging MACD, or that Extreme Fear on Reddit combined with an oversold StochRSI is a contrarian powder keg waiting to ignite.

I needed to forge something stronger. Going from an aerospace engineering dropout to a telecom engineer, and ultimately finding my footing as a solo software developer here in Chicago, you learn a fundamental truth about complex, high-stakes systems: surviving the chaos requires dynamic reasoning, not just hardcoded if-statements.

So, I built an autonomous trading engine. I named it Herakles. I handed the cognitive heavy-lifting to Claude, gave it a $10k paper-trading portfolio to start, and fed it a firehose of real-time market data.

Here is a technical deep dive into how you force an LLM to stop acting like a helpful chatbot and start acting like a ruthless, calculated execution engine.

The Brain: One Prompt to Bind Them

You can't just ask an LLM, "Should I buy Bitcoin?" That is like asking a goblin to guard your gold—it will hallucinate, hedge, and give you a bulleted list of useless financial disclaimers. You have to box it in. You have to build an ironclad cognitive framework.

My system prompt doesn't ask for opinions. It dictates a strict Signal Hierarchy for 1-hour directional predictions. I force the model to weigh inputs in a very specific order.

SIGNAL HIERARCHY — what to trust for 1H predictions:

LEADING (these move price in 15-45 min — weight heavily):
  • Taker buy/sell ratio: >1.1=buy pressure, <0.9=sell pressure
  • Volume Delta (CVD): rising=buyers dominating, falling=sellers dominating
  • Orderbook imbalance: immediate supply/demand pressure at current price

CONFIRMING (validate the directional thesis):
  • Multi-TF trend alignment: 1H (45%) + 4H (35%) + 1D (20%). All aligned = high conviction
  • VWAP position: above=bullish institutional bias, below=bearish. Distance amplifies
  • RSI + StochRSI — trending: extremes = strength. Ranging: extremes = reversal

REVERSAL (these override trend signals when present):
  • RSI Divergence on 4H — strongest reversal signal in crypto
  • Extreme funding rate (>0.05%) — crowded trade will snap back

SHORT TRADE RULE:
Crypto has structural long bias. To predict DOWN, require at least 2 of:
taker ratio <0.85, CVD falling, bearish divergence, price below VWAP with declining momentum.

If the LLM wants to short a structurally long market like crypto, I require it to provide at least two heavy bearish indicators. It must prove its case mathematically before the backend allows the API call to fire.

The Nervous System: The All-Seeing Eye

An LLM is only as good as its context window. To make this work, the backend acts as an all-seeing eye, aggregating an absurd amount of data every hour. We aren't just looking at Binance price action. The bot ingests 25 data points across 3 timeframes, plus real-time derivatives flow.

Latency is the enemy. If you are trading 1-hour momentum, you need sub-second aggregation. Here is a snapshot of the internal routing matrix the script uses to build the context payload:

[
  {"Source": "Binance MTF (1H/4H/1D)", "Type": "technical", "Latency": "0ms", "Contribution": "95%"},
  {"Source": "Taker Buy/Sell Ratio", "Type": "derivatives", "Latency": "0ms", "Contribution": "90%"},
  {"Source": "Orderbook 3-Exchange", "Type": "orderbook", "Latency": "0ms", "Contribution": "80%"},
  {"Source": "VWAP", "Type": "technical", "Latency": "0ms", "Contribution": "80%"},
  {"Source": "ClankApp Whales", "Type": "onchain", "Latency": "0ms", "Contribution": "70%"},
  {"Source": "Fear & Greed Index", "Type": "sentiment", "Latency": "0ms", "Contribution": "70%"}
]

The Secret Weapon: Guarding the Hoard

Here is where 99% of experimental AI trading projects fail: they treat every trade in a vacuum.

Herakles is fully aware of its own wallet. I inject the
PORTFOLIO STATE
directly into the prompt alongside the market data. It knows exactly how much capital it has, its current win rate, and the exact P&L of open positions. It guards the hoard.

=== PORTFOLIO AWARENESS ===
Wallet Summary:
• Total Portfolio Value: $11,367.55 USDT
• Available Balance: $8,764.57 USDT (77.1% cash)

OPEN POSITIONS:
#1 BTC/USDT
  ├─ Size: 0.03657800 BTC ($2,602.97 / 22.9% of portfolio)
  └─ P&L:  $+97.40 (+3.89%)

I gave it strict exposure rules. If a position is profitable >20%, it must lock in gains. If the portfolio is >70% exposed, it has to minimize new entries. It is programmed for survival first, profit second.

The Crucible: Holding the Line

Let's look at a live execution. The other day, BTC was sitting at $71,168. The macro trend was up. Traditional bots would have likely sounded the horns and slammed the "BUY" button because the price was above the VWAP and the daily MACD was glowing green.

But Herakles saw something else in the shadows. Look at the strict JSON it returned:

{
  "step_analysis": {
    "flow": "BEARISH LEADING SIGNALS: Taker ratio 0.819 (<0.9 = sell pressure), CVD falling (sellers dominating). Orderbook +18.9% provides minor support. Leading indicators conflict with uptrend - suggests pullback in progress.",
    "momentum": "MIXED. StochRSI=15 OVERSOLD suggests bounce imminent. CRITICAL: 1H bearish RSI divergence detected - reversal warning but not on 4H.",
    "context": "Funding 0.0056% healthy. Fear index 17 = EXTREME FEAR (strong contrarian buy). Whale activity extreme at $2.3B."
  },
  "prediction": "up",
  "confidence": 54,
  "signal_strength": "neutral_long",
  "invalidation_condition": "Price breaks below S1 $70,496 with increasing volume, or taker ratio drops below 0.75",
  "suggested_levels": {
    "stop_loss": "$70,496 (S1 pivot)",
    "take_profit_1": "$71,540 (R1 pivot)"
  },
  "reasoning": "Uptrend intact but short-term flow is bearish (taker 0.819, CVD falling). However, StochRSI oversold + extreme fear suggests pullback nearing exhaustion. Low confidence due to conflicting leading indicators. Already hold 22.9% BTC at +3.89% profit - no need to add with mixed signals. Hold existing position.",
  "position_action": null
}

It decided to do nothing. It recognized the bullish macro structure but saw the leading bearish flow (falling CVD, low taker ratio). More importantly, it looked at its portfolio, saw it already had 22% exposure in a profitable position, and decided the risk/reward simply wasn't there to throw more capital into the fray.

That level of restraint—choosing to HOLD the line in the face of conflicting data—is something most human traders take years and thousands of dollars in liquidations to learn.

The Execution: Raising the Shield Wall

But deciding to "HOLD" doesn't mean the system is sleeping. It means it switches from acquisition mode to defense mode.

While it declined to allocate new capital, the engine autonomously calculated and placed a protective shield wall around the existing position, dispatching OCO (One-Cancels-the-Other) orders to the exchange:

[
  {
    "Pair": "BTC/USDT",
    "Type": "STOP LOSS",
    "Price": 69016.99,
    "Quantity": 0.018874,
    "TotalValue": "1302.62 USDT"
  },
  {
    "Pair": "BTC/USDT",
    "Type": "SELL LIMIT",
    "Price": 72019.58,
    "Quantity": 0.018874,
    "TotalValue": "1359.29 USDT"
  }
]

Notice the mechanical precision. It didn't just throw a blind 5% stop loss into the void. It dynamically placed the stop at $69,016—safely tucked beneath the 4H EMA50 ($68,673) and the S1 pivot to avoid getting wicked out by localized volatility. Simultaneously, it set a limit sell above to automatically lock in partial gains if the RSI divergence resolved in a quick liquidity grab.

The Road Goes Ever On

We are moving past the era of LLMs as simple code-assistants and entering the era of LLMs as autonomous execution engines. When you give an AI structured rules, massive context, and the ability to execute real API calls, the results are slightly terrifying and deeply inspiring.

I'm continuing to refine the architecture, tweaking the weights, and hunting for more alpha in the data streams. The journey is far from over.

I'm curious for the devs out there building agentic workflows:

How are you handling hallucination when the output must be strict JSON for execution? Do you use a secondary validation script before pushing to the API?

Are you using smaller, fine-tuned models for speed, or relying on heavyweights for the raw reasoning capabilities?

Let's talk about it!

see some of my other projects at https://github.com/herakles-dev

The Hidden Architecture of Modern Web3 Systems What Developers Overlook When Building on Blockchain

Introduction
Many developers entering Web3 assume that building a blockchain project is simply a matter of deploying a smart contract. In reality, professional Web3 systems require a combination of distributed architecture, backend engineering, security layers, data indexing, and seamless user experience.
This article explores the hidden layers behind modern Web3 products and highlights what developers often overlook during development.
The Multi-Layer Structure of a Web3 Project

Smart Contracts — The Immutable Core
Smart contracts define the logic and rules of a decentralized system. They must be secure, efficient, and predictable.
To ensure reliability:
Recommended Practices
Use audited and open-source standards
Keep logic modular and simple
Apply role-based access control
Run automated unit tests
Perform static and dynamic analysis
Test edge cases such as zero-values and overflow scenarios
Smart contracts are permanent — which makes testing and security the most critical development phase.

Off-Chain Backend — The Most Overlooked Layer
Even though Web3 is decentralized, real applications require off-chain servers to perform tasks that blockchains cannot handle efficiently.
Backend Responsibilities
Index blockchain events
Provide APIs for dashboards and mobile apps
Manage analytics, logs, and caching
Monitor fraud or suspicious activities
Execute automation and scheduled tasks
Common Backend Tools
Languages: Node.js, Python, Go
Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
A well-designed backend is essential for scalability and performance.

Data Indexing and Node Infrastructure
Nodes are not optimized for fast repeated queries. High-quality Web3 apps require:
Archive nodes
Custom indexers
Real-time data streams
Internal caching systems
Without proper indexing, dashboards become slow, charts break, and users experience delayed data.

Security — The Most Critical Component of Web3
Smart Contract Security
Circuit breakers
Time-locked admin functions
Role separation
Immutable parameters
Backend Security
API rate-limits
Firewalls
Authentication layers
Automated monitoring
Transparency
Public audits
Verified contracts
Clear technical documentation
Security must be baked into every layer of the system.

Frontend & User Experience
A Web3 project lives or dies based on usability. If users cannot understand the interface, they will not trust the platform.
Essential Frontend Features
Fast, clean UI
Wallet integrations
Real-time blockchain data
Informative error messages
Mobile optimization
Even the best smart contracts fail without a strong user experience.

Choosing the Right Blockchain
Developers should consider:
Transaction fees
Speed
Tooling availability
Documentation quality
Ecosystem size
Security history
EVM-compatible networks remain a top choice due to their mature ecosystem and tooling.

Testing & Simulation Before Deployment
Testing Checklist
Stress-test heavy transaction loads
Test wallet interactions
Validate node stability
Run full integration tests
Measure gas efficiency
This prevents costly failures after launch.

Continuous Maintenance
A Web3 system requires ongoing updates:
Patch vulnerabilities
Improve APIs and indexers
Update UI components
Optimize smart contract gas usage
Scale infrastructure when needed
Web3 is always evolving — only adaptive projects survive.
Conclusion
Building a modern Web3 ecosystem demands more than just smart-contract deployment. Developers must combine:
Strong architecture
Secure contract engineering
Reliable indexing
Scalable backend
Clean UX
Continuous improvement
Those who understand the full technical stack can build Web3 systems that are secure, scalable, and ready for real-world adoption.

⚙️ What I Learned Building a Crypto Monitor with PHP and Discord

It all started on one of those random days when I just wanted to build something different. PHP isn’t exactly the first language that comes to mind when you think about bots or automation — but that’s what made it fun.

The project connects to crypto APIs and sends real-time alerts to a Discord channel, built entirely with plain PHP — no frameworks, no fancy libraries.

While coding it, I rediscovered how flexible PHP still is — and how much you can learn when you stop following tutorials and start following your curiosity.

???? My biggest takeaway:
Experimentation beats perfection — every single time.

This project also marks my first post here on CoderLegion —
excited to share more experiments and learnings with the community! ⚡

If you want to see the full breakdown, check out the original post:
tip.md

Hi,

I’m the developer behind tip.md, a tool I created to let open-source contributors easily add cryptocurrency tipping buttons to their GitHub READMEs or markdown content.
I’ve been in the open-source community for a while and wanted to build a simple way for devs to receive support in Ethereum, Solana, or Bitcoin Lightning, directly to their wallets.

Why tip.md?

Open-source projects often struggle with funding, and I thought crypto tipping could be a lightweight way to help. Tip.md lets you add a “Tip in crypto” button to your repo’s README in minutes.
It supports ETH, SOL, and BTC Lightning, with a 4% fee on tips split transparently to keep the platform running.
The tool is free to use for devs—it’s not open-source itself, but I built it specifically to support the OSS community.
It’s not meant to replace platforms like GitHub Sponsors but rather add a crypto option to it, offering a decentralized option for devs comfortable with crypto.

How It Works

Sign up at tip.md and connect a wallet.

Generate a markdown button snippet.

Paste it into your GitHub README or website. Done! Tips go straight to your wallet, and you can track them in your wallet or your tip.md dashboard/profile page.

Check what it looks like in tipdotmd GitHub README https://github.com/tipdotmd

Whole idea can be summarised with below meme

Why I’m Sharing

I’ve been testing tip.md on my own repos and thought it might be useful for others.
I’d love to hear your thoughts:

Do you think a tool like tip.md, when paired with a contribution tracker, be useful for Retroactive Public Goods Funding (RPGF) in open-source? For example, tracking contributions and rewarding them with crypto tips retroactively?

Any features you’d want in a tool like this (e.g., more wallet options, better analytics)?

Any concerns about using crypto for OSS funding?

If you’re curious, you can check out tip.md for more details or try adding it to your repo. I’m here to answer questions or help with setup.
Full disclosure: This is my project, but I’m focused on feedback and discussion, not just promotion.

Thanks for taking a look!

Altseason Canceled? How Trading Syndicates, Scams and Geopolitics Buried Hopes for Growth

Today, the cryptocurrency market resembles a theatrical performance in which insiders write the script and unsuspecting retail investors play the roles of the extras.

While altcoins are falling, meme coins turn into minefields and liquidity remains locked in exchange-traded funds (ETFs), institutions are accumulating Bitcoin but aren’t injecting free Tether and fiat into other assets.

Behind all of this lies a new wave of manipulations involving Solana cartels, insider-driven pump-and-dump schemes with worthless tokens, the absurdity of artificial intelligence (AI) agent trading and the epic dump of the TRUMP, MELANIA, LIBRA and BROCCOLI tokens.

These patterns highlight the ongoing challenges of market transparency and stability, making it increasingly difficult for investors to navigate the space with confidence.

This article contains only a market overview and does not provide any financial recommendations.

The current market situation

The market has been moving in a pretty expected way. BTC bounced back quickly but couldn’t reach a new all-time high, so it started slowing down again.

Normally, if Bitcoin’s dominance dropped, altcoins might have had a chance to rise. But aside from a few short-lived spikes – like ETH trying to break out – there hasn’t been any major shift.

As a result, altcoins look so weak that memes about their collapse are spreading across the industry, creating the impression that not only professionals but even beginners have lost faith in an altseason.

Most investors’ portfolios are deeply in the red.

Adding to the uncertainty is the geopolitical situation. Institutional investors remain on edge, fearing that the world is on the brink of a major conflict.

This has driven large players to actively buy gold, which has been setting new ATHs (all-time highs) over the past two weeks.

This trend indicates that capital is flowing out of risky assets, including crypto, and into safe-haven assets like precious metals.

The liquidity crisis

The key issue now is a real liquidity crisis. High-profile scams, mass liquidations and hype-driven sectors – memecoins, AI tokens, etc. – have absorbed enormous amounts of capital, concentrating money in the hands of major players.

Here’s what we see in the market.

Liquidity frozen in ETFs – A significant portion of capital is locked in spot ETFs, limiting its circulation in spot markets.
Retail exhaustion and regulatory pullbacks – A series of sharp sell-offs and scams, such as the recent incidents with TRUMP and Argentina’s presidential token LIBRA (which saw over $250 million lost), have severely damaged trust and reduced market activity.
Capital outflows to traditional assets – While crypto faces a crisis of confidence, gold is setting new ATHs, and the stock market continues to attract institutional investors.
Ongoing liquidity squeeze – Altcoins increasingly fail to meet expectations, and instead of a new growth cycle, we see a systematic transfer of retail investors’ funds into the hands of large players.
Memecoins and AI tokens – After explosive growth in 2023, they are now experiencing brutal crashes, with price drops of over 90% becoming the norm.
Amid this, market stability is weakening, especially in the DeFi sector, which critically depends on liquidity.

Systematic liquidity manipulation in the memecoin market

Just as the dust was settling from the LIBRA and KSA scams, the market faced another case of speculative manipulation, this time with the Broccoli token.

Named after CZ’s dog, the Broccoli token became yet another example of how crypto market manipulation continues to enrich insiders while leaving retail investors with losses, further eroding trust in the space.

Key stages of the scheme

Artificial hype creation – Limited liquidity and aggressive marketing fueled a rapid price surge.
Peak pump phase – More traders joined in, attracted by rising prices and social media buzz.
Sharp collapse – Insiders dumped their holdings, took profits and crashed the token’s price.
This case confirms that the market remains highly vulnerable to speculative strategies by large players, who exploit hype cycles to generate short-term price movements.

Conclusion

The market is now balancing between two opposing forces.

On one hand, it has been drained by mass scams, capital lock-ups in ETFs, geopolitical instability and overall industry fatigue from constant failures and fraudulent projects.

On the other hand, despite all the negative factors, the crypto market has been through similar phases before.

Large players are reallocating capital, and while institutions remain cautious, they aren’t exiting crypto entirely.

However, if the current liquidity crisis drags on, we could see another wave of panic, especially if arrests and investigations around Libra escalate.

Top 20 Web3 Trends for 2025: Predictions, Tools, and Industry Shifts

Discover the future of Web3 in 2025: 20 expert predictions on trends, tech, and innovations that will shape the decentralized revolution.

This article provides 20 expert, on-the-ground predictions that paint a compelling picture of where Web3 will go in 2025. Each prediction gives insight into the moving trends in Web3, technologies that charge, and the shifting of policy that moves the needle in the ongoing development of the decentralized economy.

A New Era of Crypto Adoption: The Main Trends in Web3

Prediction 1: The U.S. Will Establish Bitcoin as a Strategic Asset

The 2024 elections reversed the landscape as far as the US government was concerned through a change of guard led by Joe Biden. So far, the administration led by Donald Trump has made one pro-cryptocurrency appointment after another to top-level government positions. Notable appointments are Vice President JD Vance, Michael Waltz as National Security Advisor, and Mary Bessent as Treasury Secretary, with other key financial hires such as Paul Atkins installed at the SEC to Jelena McWilliams at the FDIC.

The appointments are key shifts away from restrictive crypto policy and, more broadly, new recognition of Bitcoin as a strategic financial instrument.

Prediction 2: MiCA Policy Will Reshape the Crypto Landscape in Europe

The Markets in Crypto-Assets, or MiCA, will fully come into effect in 2025, establishing a single regulatory regime for crypto-assets throughout the European Union. MiCA aims to better protect investors and promote innovation while creating more transparency and accountability within the crypto market.

While these regulations are aimed at devising a stable and secure environment for market participants, this will also set a higher bar both for CEXs and custody services, possibly entailing major operational changes for such market participants due to increased legal requirements and more resources allocated toward compliance. Meanwhile, MiCA would rather attract institutional investors who value regulatory clarity and safety, boosting the legitimacy of Europe's crypto market.

MiCA will also set the stage for other regions looking to institute comprehensive crypto regulation and further entrench Europe's leadership position in setting the standard for global crypto policies. This also aligns with trends in Web3, from an increasing focus on decentralization to regulatory compliance and security around digital assets.

Prediction 3: Gold vs. Bitcoin Holdings — Companies and Governments Set for Expansion

This Web3 trend of 2025 suggests potentially large opportunities for both companies and governments to better position their Bitcoin holdings in comparison to gold. Today, private holders dominate Bitcoin ownership at 58.6%, with minimal adoption by governments (2.6%) and public companies (1.5%). In contrast, gold is more integrated into governmental reserves at 13.7% and institutional vehicles such as funds/ETFs at 5.3%.

With only 20% of Bitcoin's supply left to be mined amidst rising adoption narratives, we anticipate increased entry by institutional players toward Bitcoin, closing the ownership gap that currently exists in favor of gold. This shift will solidify Bitcoin as a strategic asset class, either alongside or replacing gold, in corporate treasuries and government reserves globally.

Web3 Market Growth Predictions

Prediction 4: The Crypto Bull Market Will Hit Its First Peak in Q1 2025 and Reach New All-Time Highs in Q4 2025

The crypto market in 2025 is expected to follow a two-peak cycle pattern. The first major surge is anticipated in the first quarter, driven by growing institutional adoption, improved scalability solutions, and increasing investor confidence in blockchain infrastructure. At this stage, we project Bitcoin (BTC) to reach around $130,000 and Ethereum (ETH) to exceed $5,000.

Prediction 5: DEX Tokens Will Experience Significant Growth

Stricter regulatory policies against centralized exchanges, one of the main trends in Web3, will increase the rate of adoption and growth in DEX tokens. As more users and traders look for other options away from the CEX platforms, the demand for the DEX tokens will definitely go up, adding to their value.
The only exception could be PancakeSwap, a subsidiary DEX of Binance, given its closeness to the centralized exchange.

Scalability and Layer 2 Innovations

Prediction 6: Over 2,000 Ethereum Layer 2 and Layer 3 Scaling Solutions Will Be Live

The roll-up-centric scaling roadmap is on the verge of completely overturning Ethereum. Application-specific rollups will begin emergence for gaming, DeFi, payments, and, yes, socials, in addition to a 17x increase in Ethereum's scalable infrastructure. Lastly, expect "corporate L2s" driven by enterprise actors such as Coinbase or Kraken to grow on-chain adoption and further reveal increased modularization of Ethereum as a whole.

Trends in Web3 indicate that the scaling factor, or total daily average UOPS, or TPS of all Ethereum scaling solutions, compared to Ethereum L1, comes at around 25x. If these projections are met, this would increase eightfold over its current value to over 200x. This growth will be partly achieved through the scaling of existing rollups but also by the emergence of new L2s and L3s.

Prediction 7: Web3 Trends 2025 Suggest that Layer 2 Solutions Will Thrive Alongside DeFi Growth

With the ever-tightening regulatory environment in the crypto space, Layer 2 solutions are set to see an exponential surge in the next year. The Crypto Travel Rule and MiCA will likely force liquidity and users onto decentralized platforms, ultimately forcing a shift from centralized entities into the DeFi ecosystems, which will create demand for DeFi tokens and platforms.

Trends in Web3 indicate that users will start seeking higher levels of scalability by looking more towards low-fee transactional fees with faster times of execution. It would make this more appealing with Arbitrum and Optimism, who have lowered costs and attained higher speed. These are solutions that address the necessary scalability of DeFi platforms to be able to satisfy growing demand from users. This means much of the growth in such adoption could result in this Layer 2 blockchain gaining a substantial market share and, therefore, setting it up for strong growth in the coming year.

Prediction 8: Solana will surpass 5,000 TPS for non-voting transactions

In fact, the performance of Solana's network will increase manifold over the coming year, with non-voting transaction throughput in the network estimated to rise above an average of 5,000 TPS by 2025. That is around 6-7x the current average of 700-800 TPS and really a testament to how well the Solana network has scaled so far, given its demand for applications in areas such as DeFi, meme coin speculation, and DePIN.

Prediction 9: Over 90% of Layer 2 Solutions Will Adopt Decentralized Data Availability Layers

While the development of Layer 2 solutions is continuously improving, the adoption of decentralized data availability (DA) layers is becoming more and more prevalent. By 2025, more than 90% of L2 solutions are expected to incorporate decentralized DA layers in their quest for scalability, security, and efficiency.

Trends in Web3 show that decentralized DA layers ensure that transaction data is reliably stored and accessible, therefore mitigating risks associated with data withholding and enhancing overall integrity at L2. Three of these projects, Celestia, EigenDA, and Avail, offer decentralized DA solutions by taking to modular architecture to separate consensus, execution, and availability for better performance of blockchains.

Decentralized DA layers solve the data availability problem native to the rollup-based solution, where the data must be available for off-chain transactions to prevent fraud, ensuring verifiability in L2 solutions. Shifts to decentralized DA layers enable L2 solutions to, for the first time ever, achieve high throughput without sacrificing robust security standards with low costs.

Advancements in ZK Proofs and Security: Web3 Trends 2025

Prediction 10: Every Ethereum block will be ZK-proofed

ZKPs are supposed to revolutionize blockchain in terms of security and scalability. Due to the functionality of enabling verifiable computation, not at the expense of data disclosure, ZK proofs represent a strong tool for keeping Ethereum blocks in check. This will ultimately mean secure and efficient ways of validation across all nodes with minimum computational overhead. Once ZK technology develops a bit more, that will be a reality: this milestone will further enhance Ethereum's infrastructure.

Prediction 11: Over 95% of ZK proofs will be generated through decentralized nodes

Decentralized proof generation is increasingly becoming a staple, ensuring a highly scalable and trustless model for the centralized one. By utilizing a decentralized network, proof generation becomes far more cost-efficient and censorship-resistant. Trends in Web3 suggest that in this shift, almost all the ZK proofs across blockchains will come from decentralized nodes, which would lower the operational risk and widen the mainstream adoption of zero-knowledge technology.

Data Privacy & Security in Web3

Prediction 12: Privacy-preserving blockchain applications will become mainstream

Increased innovation in privacy-enhancing technologies shows the importance of privacy in blockchain ecosystems. Web3 trends indicate that by 2025, privacy-preserving applications will be at the heart of Web3. Zero-knowledge proofs, multi-party computation, and fully homomorphic encryption are technologies that would enable users to transact, collaborate, and share data without giving up confidentiality. These will further open use cases around private DeFi transactions, secure voting systems, and enterprise-grade data sharing, making privacy part and parcel of the blockchain experience.

Prediction 13: Decentralized VPN networks will capture 15% of the global market

dVPNs are becoming a pretty viable alternative to traditional virtual private networks, affording substantially improved privacy and censorship resistance assurances. Some examples of dVPN solutions, such as NymVPN and others, will make use of advanced encryption, traffic obfuscation, and decentralized node infrastructures in order to preserve user anonymity via blockchain technology. In a world with a growing demand for online privacy, driven by increased surveillance across the world, dVPNs will capture an increasingly big chunk of the VPN market, reaching up to 15% adoption by 2025, and disrupt the traditional centralized VPN industry.

Web3 Trends 2025: Consensus Protocols & P2P Networks

Prediction 14: A major blockchain network will adopt DAG-based consensus

DAG-based consensus can be a game-changing alternative in the field of traditional blockchain structures such as proof-of-stake and proof-of-work. Web3 trends highlight that since DAG does not need to create blocks sequentially, it can scale much higher with less latency. This architecture will already be used by some newcomers like Aptos, Sui, and Aleo for thousands of transactions per second.

At some time in 2025, the migration of one leading blockchain network to DAG-based consensus should provide transaction speedups of up to 3-5 times higher than more classic variations of the PoS setup. This would also add demand for scalability solutions, and by these, an increase in demand would come with the more considerable adaptation of DAG technology, which should ease congestion of its quite sought-after network and power applications needing the best real-world low-latency solutions such as gaming, DeFi, and high-volume instant settlements.

Prediction 15: QUIC-based decentralized security standards will emerge

The QUIC protocol, designed by Google, provides a faster and more reliable way of establishing connections. It is now being adapted to blockchain networks such as Solana and Sui. With QUIC, nodes can communicate with low latency and stronger security, enabling faster transaction finality and better resistance to attacks like DDoS.

Trends in Web3 suggest that by 2025, the use of QUIC-based protocols as a general standard is expected to prevail, especially with the rise of high-throughput blockchains. This shift is projected to reduce latency for P2P communications by 30% and improve transaction finality time by 20%, ensuring a smoother user experience and greater network reliability.

Web3 User Experience Evolution

Prediction 16: Rollup-powered apps will feel like L1 experiences

Rollups are considered one of the critical solutions for Layer 2 scaling and are leading into the next era of user-centric decentralized apps. Trends in Web3 indicate that while ensuring security is maintained through Ethereum, rollups offload a significant portion of computation from Layer 1. This approach keeps operations both cost-effective and fast. On a daily basis, rollups such as Arbitrum and Optimism handle millions of transactions at costs averaging 90% lower than Ethereum L1.

By 2025, rollup-powered applications are expected to achieve over 10,000 TPS, with transaction fees dropping to just pennies. This advancement will make dApps virtually indistinguishable from traditional web apps, paving the way for broader mainstream adoption and engagement.

Prediction 17: Over 30% of blockchain transactions will involve chain abstraction layers

Larger multi-chain ecosystems will likely need robust cross-chain interoperability in the future. Platforms like LayerZero and Axelar already have a chain abstraction layer that makes it easier to interact with different blockchains. These layers drive a seamless user experience, where you can swap tokens between chains or run cross-chain smart contracts without any friction.

With Web3 trends persisting on forays into 2025, chain abstraction layers are revolutionizing the blockchain world. With an increasing demand for simplified user experience and higher blockchain interconnectivity, more than 30% of all blockchain transactions are expected to be handled by means of chain abstraction layers. That’s a 15 percent increase above previous numbers. While the Web3 apps are as super simple as Web2 apps, by seamlessly integrating with chain abstraction, we further accelerate mainstream adoption.

Shifts in Blockchain Usage and Market Trends

Prediction 18: The NFT Market Will Recover, Reaching $30 Billion in Trading Volume

Having been badly hit by the bear cycle in the financial year 2022-2023, the NFT marketplace is expected to stage a remarkable recovery in 2025. It has decreased to 39% since 2023 and by 84% since 2022, but it has been picking up as the market moves from pure pump-and-dump schemes to actual community and culturally relevant projects. Such collections are at the forefront of this revival and include Pudgy Penguins, Miladys, and Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC).

We project NFT trading volumes to reach $30 billion in 2025, driven by:

The rise of a new generation of crypto-rich will cause people to look at NFTs as artworks or important historical artifacts rather than bubbles.
The fact that there are still collections like CryptoPunks and Bored Ape Yacht Club attracting attention and demand.
Ethereum’s increasing share of the NFT market share to trade 85% of NFTs in 2025 from 71% in 2024.

Such recovery lies still below the numbers of 2021 trading volumes and shifted more towards sustainability and relevance to the culture. While oftentimes, the primary use of NFTs is being reimagined as collectibles, cultural assets, and brands, the industry is set for a steadier and logically consequent phase.

Conclusion: A Web3-Powered Future

The revolution of Web3 is real; it is happening, and it is real. Web3 is creating the path for an epochal time in the digital technology world: from privacy-focused innovations to breakthroughs in scalability and the advent of decentralized platforms. Web3 is all the buzzwords painted out, but trends in Web3 are more a glimpse into the future than just the newest internet vernacular. The internet is no longer necessarily more open and accessible but inherently more secure and efficient, which, in turn, opens new possibilities.

As blockchains’ ability to scale continues to improve, Ethereum’s rollup-focused roadmap provides unmatched transaction throughput, which Solana and Layer 2 solutions are now taking to completely new levels of blockchain performance. Zero Knowledge proofs (ZKPs) democratize privacy and security. According to Web3 trends 2025, the crypto landscape will pick up its pace as more people shift from speculation to real-life value and utility through decentralized applications and platforms.
