Each month, you can earn badges and bonus points based on how many quality comments you contribute.
🏅 Badge Levels
There are three badge levels you can earn each month:

🎯 How to Earn a Badge
Leave comments on posts throughout the month.
Once you reach the required number of comments for a level, your badge is automatically awarded.
You'll receive a popup notification congratulating you and confirming your bonus points.
⚠️ Quality Matters: We encourage thoughtful and meaningful contributions. Spam or low-quality comments are not permitted and may result in account restrictions. Attempts to manipulate the system may lead to temporary suspension of commenting privileges.
⬆️ How Badge Upgrades Work
If you already have a badge and reach the threshold for the next level within the same month,
your badge is automatically upgraded. For example:
You earn 🥉 Rising Voice at 5 comments and receive +100 points.
When you reach 10 comments, you're upgraded to 🥈 Recognized Voice and receive an additional +250 points.
At 20 comments, you unlock 🥇 Community Voice — the highest level — with +500 bonus points.
Each upgrade triggers a notification popup so you never miss an achievement!
🔄 Monthly Reset & Badge Retention
Badges are earned on a monthly basis. Here's how the cycle works:
At the start of each month, your comment count resets to zero.
Your previous month's badge is temporarily displayed on the leaderboard while you work toward earning it again.
To keep your badge, you must reach the required comment count again in the new month.
If you don't reach any badge threshold by the end of the month, your badge will be removed in the following month.
You can also earn a higher or lower badge than the previous month depending on your comment activity.
💡 Example: You earned 🥈 Recognized Voice in January. In February, if you only reach 5 comments, your badge will downgrade to 🥉 Rising Voice. If you don't reach 5 comments at all, your badge will be removed entirely the next month.
🎁 Bonus Points
Every time you earn or get upgraded to a badge level, you receive bonus points as a reward.
These points are added to your total site points and contribute to your overall ranking.
Points are awarded once per badge level per month — no duplicate rewards.
Higher badge levels give more points, so keep commenting to maximize your earnings!
