- @ApriaHealthcare are unable to find my prescription. I had Kaiser re-send it yesterday, and they still can't find it. Said to try calling back in 48 hours if they don't reach out to me. Getting jaded with this process and having to do the leg work myself.

- @Citibank I had some returned payments, so I make a new payment to cover them and call in to have them cancel the previous 2 so they dont keep bouncing, and was told everything is ok. Then my account is closed cause they bounced again. Then lost 500$ in rewards.
