It's Back To Voting For The Debian Init System

Bdale Garbee called for a new round of voting today by Debian technical committee members. With this simpler ballot, the members are voting between systemd, Upstart, OpenRC, sysVinit, and the final option is discussing the init system matter even further -- it's already been going on for months.
This latest call for voting can be found on the Debian-ctte list. This latest voting comes less than a week after the previous voting and debate over init systems.
At the time of writing there's been two committee members casting their votes, Bdale Garbee and Russ Allbery, both of whom remain in favor of using systemd by default in Debian 8.0 Jessie.
