All attendees must have personal experience with the group’s subject matter so they can be safe spaces—please help us respect this boundary before attending. All attendees must live within the state of California. Before attending any of our groups, please ensure you have completed the Participant Information Form and reviewed our Client Rights & Requirements document.

General Support Groups

Depression Support Group
Fridays 2:00pm – 3:30pm
Discover a weekly support group tailored for those navigating depression. Connect with like-minded individuals, share your experiences, access coping tools, and explore valuable community-building resources.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Support group
Mondays 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Experience a weekly sanctuary for community members navigating life with OCD. Come together to share your journeys, offer mutual affirmation and care, and embrace a collective emphasis on recovery and mindfulness.

Let’s Talk About Stress & Wellness Support Group
Wednesdays 5:00pm – 6:00pm
Feeling stressed out? Please join this group to discuss ways to feel calm and connected. We will talk about strategies and resources!

Adults hearing voices Group Support Group
Wednesdays 6:00pm – 8:00pm
A support group for adults who hear voices, have visions, & experience unique experiences. This group was created in partnership with The Bay Area Hearing Voices Network (BAHVN). The BAHVN seeks to expand public awareness, provide community support & refuge for those who hear voices, see visions, & experience other forms of extraordinary perception.

Peer to peer parenting Group Support Group
Tuesdays 11:00am – 12:00pm
A supportive space where peer folx can find community, resources, and shared experiences within all stages of their parenting/guardianship journey.

Adults on the Autism Spectrum SUPPORT GROUP
Thursdays 5:00pm – 6:30pm
Join us each week in a supportive atmosphere created for adult peers embracing the autism spectrum. Share your victories, navigate challenges alongside others, and deepen your collective understanding of autism.

Transcendence Support Group
Wednesdays 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Transcendence is a peer-led support group for transgender, non-binary, intersex, and gender-expansive folx. A space for connection, affirmation, and community care.

Life After Foster Care Support Group
Day/Time TBD
Mindfulness and writing for former foster youth and adoptees. This group is a peer space for supporting those who have lived in foster care to normalize their feelings and gain perspective and peace.

Managing Anxiety Support Group
Tuesdays 2:30pm – 4:0pm
A weekly supportive space for Peers to share their personal struggles with anxiety and empower one another in using tools for coping.

ADHD & EXECUTIVE FUNCTION SUPPORT GROUP
Mondays 1:00pm – 3:00pm
A supportive space for individuals to embrace their superpower known as ADHD. We'll help each other set and conquer tasks during group, inspire, befriend and empower each other. Join us with or without an official ADHD diagnosis.

QUEER PEERS Support Group
Mondays 4:30pm -5:30 pm
Queer Peers is a support group created by and for LGBTQIA2S+ community members. Peer-led and rooted in lived experience, it’s a space that centers intersectionality, mutual support, and queer connection. At this time, the group is exclusively for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and not open to allies.

Drop-in Support Group for Hoarding Behavior

An online group for those dealing with their own hoarding behavior, to talk with and get support from peers in an informal setting.

An in-person, peer-led support group for those dealing with their own hoarding behaviors and challenges. A non-judgmental environment for individuals to share and get support from peers in an informal setting.

Family & Friends Support Group for Hoarding Behavior
First Tuesday 6:00pm – 7:30pm
This support group, led by a therapist, is tailored for spouses, siblings, parents, family & friends of individuals exhibiting hoarding behavior. It blends education with support to enhance comprehension and coping strategies for dealing with the impact of hoarding behavior on our lives.

Adult Children of Parents with Hoarding Behavior Support Group
Every 3rd Tuesday 6:00pm – 7:30pm
This therapist-led support group is for adult children of parents with hoarding behavior. This group combines education, support and community building for those who have a parent figure with hoarding behavior.

Drop-in Men with Hoarding Behavior Support Group
1st and 3rd Monday 6:00 - 7:30 pm
Hoarding disorder impacts both men and women equally, yet men often find themselves underrepresented in recovery groups and events. Join this peer-led group where men can openly share about how this complex issue affects their lives. Learn valuable techniques and tools tailored for hoarding recovery, with a focus on issues that may be unique to men.

Advanced Drop-in Support Group for Hoarding Behavior
Second & Fourth Tuesday 5:30pm – 7:00pm
A twice-monthly group for folks who have completed an intensive treatment course, such as Buried in Treasures (BIT) or similiar class. Intended for people who are dealing with hoarding behaviors to review BIT skills and get support from peers in an informal setting.

in-person Drop-In ACTION Group for ORGANIZING PAPERWORK
1st & 3rd Mondays, 3:00 - 4:30 pm

An in-person action group where participants will bring paperwork from home to sort into categories. A shredder and recycling bin will be provided, plus a document organization framework.
