Aiight, so I mentioned it before, but never really did anything with it.

I'm starting a new LJ, mostly just to record the events of my days and help me keep track of things since my memory is so crappy.

Alrighty, so I'm not much for the capitalistic part of the holiday season, but seeing as how I'm a broke college student, I'm not opposed to gifts.

Suggestions:
-black t-shirts and tank tops, preferably with a certain amount of stretchiness to 'em.
-alarm clocks. the louder the better. or, the more unusual the better, like those ones that roll off the table and run away or the one that launches and flies away and won't turn off until you retrieve the flown away part.
-cute undies and unusual socks.
-cozy sweatshirts/hoodies. (i'd love a skeleton-y sweatshirt.)
-earrings, preferably ones that don't match.
-money for things like piercings. (and booze and drugs.)
-this green and white bag with skulls that they have at mikey russo's dad's store.
-a zune.
-seasons 2 and 3 of veronica mars on dvd.
-firefly on dvd.
-seasons 1, 2 (and is 3 out yet?) of robot chicken on dvd.
-the complete collectors editionboxed sets of buffy the vampire slayer and angel on dvd.
-bright blue (or any bright color, really) mascara.
-nike sb dia de los muertos dunks.
-nike sb frankenstein dunks.
-nifty pens.
-edward gorey books.
-a pomeranian and/or a kitten that is feline aids/leukemia negative.
-unlimited monthly metro card.

...and that's pretty much it. although i wouldn't mind anything else related to buffy the vampire slayer, angel, dia de los muertos, beer, food, money, rudolph the red-nosed reindeer, edward gorey or that has skulls on it.

So...much stuff has happened. Kind have a problem when it comes to drinking so I'm not gonna do it anymore. Not for quite some time, at least.

In happier news, I'm about to leave for Ireland. Evan's in a bagpipe competition and we're gonna be there 'til the 14th.

Anyways, gotta finish last minute packing. Peace!

So I said that I wasn't going to be drinking for all of May, and goddammit, it's May as of tomorrow. I'll make an exception for Cinco de Mayo, but only if I'm drinking Coronas, margaritas or Jose Cuervo and eating Mexican food. And possibly for Eileen's birthday party, but aside from that I'm gonna try.

So here I am, at the University of Toronto, chillin' in the...lobby area of Briana's dorm. Which, btw, is fucking amazing. It used to be a hotel so everything is nice and carpeted and they all have key cards and it's just cool beans. Plus, there are only like, two people per room and they have their own bathroom in the room, just like a hotel room. I wish I could dorm someplace like this.

Hm...well, since it's Good Friday I just paid fucking $60 Canadian dollars for like, a $26 dollar bottle of Smirnoff. Fucked up, but whatever. If I had to go to a bar and buy drinks I'd be spending that much, if not more.

The trip here was an absolute bitch. I left at like, 11:45 and it stopped at like four in the morning in Syracuse and then again at seven in Buffalo. Customs was surprisingly easy to go through. I wonder how difficult it is on the way back...

Anyways, Briana's playing Monopoly and I'm using her friend Naveed's laptop because I truly despise playing Monopoly. My thighs are killing me. I think it's because I was sitting for mad long and I'm sitting again now.

Arrgh. So tired. I forgot how much I hate traveling. I hate being on other people's schedules (no offense Briana) and like...packing. And living out of a suitcase. Even if it is only for three days, or so.

Meh. Stupid achy legs.

But yeah. That's it. Canadian money's pretty.

So Mary fell asleep on the couch and I just tried to wake up so she could go to bed. She got really, really pissed/flustered and said "it doesn't affect your ratings! The frequent flier plan doesn't count!" and then proceeded to fall back asleep. lol.
