"Life is Joyous and Juicy", she told Lukey (the boy here, for whom she acted as a second mother for just over a year). She didn't just tell him though, she shared the truth of it through dance, music, books, activities, games, outright silliness and teaching him to be true to himself. I saw him absorb these lessons into his core and while he may perhaps only have vague memories of his time with her as he grows into a man, she and her spirit reside within his bones and he stand ever taller because of it.
