A TikTok user has shared a video claiming that Russian online marketplace Ozon no longer describes occupied Crimea as part of Russia when responding to customer inquiries about deliveries.
The video shows what appears to be a conversation with Ozon’s customer support. In the exchange, the user asks why goods cannot be delivered to Sevastopol, a city in Russia-occupied Crimea.

According to the screenshot shown in the video, the support service replies that Ozon does not deliver goods outside Russia, adding that international delivery is available only to countries including Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
The response does not list Crimea or Sevastopol as destinations within Russia.
“Ozon does not deliver goods outside Russia,” the message shown in the video reads.
Social media users compare Ozon with Wildberries
The TikTok author claimed Ozon had acted “more cleverly” than rival marketplace Wildberries, which has recently come under scrutiny after Ukrainian long-range drone strikes damaged several of its logistics hubs inside Russia.
The post suggests Ozon may be attempting to distance itself from recognizing Crimea as Russian territory, although the company has not publicly commented on the alleged customer support response.
Kyiv Post could not independently verify the authenticity of the screenshot, whether it reflects Ozon’s official policy, or whether the response was generated automatically by customer support.
Russia Warns Foreign Diplomats of ‘Mortal Danger’ in Kyiv
The video comes days after Ukrainian strikes targeted multiple Wildberries logistics centers, prompting Russia to discuss possible state support for the retailer and its sellers. Social media users have since compared how Russia’s largest online marketplaces publicly present occupied Crimea and other Ukrainian territories.
