This video has another angle. The man in the tan jacket ID'd as Sabol enters at around :05, can be seen going for the baton, falling back, and then helps pull another officer down the steps. He argues his specific conduct wasn't as bad as others and not enough for detention

The videos we're getting through the prosecutions add to our understanding of events on the ground. Some of it wasn't violent in a particular place at a particular time, but the growing trove of footage, taken together, shows how each individual rioter wasn't acting in a vacuum
