I feel there's regression in the latest OpenAI update/reset.
Was working in the same repo before and after the update.
Right after, Codex made several mistakes 3 times in a row and turned Pic 1 into Pic 2 and said they looked the same. 🤣

I don't need to know the rest of the team nor do I have time for them.
I talk to the Chief and the Chief dispatches agents to work.
If I have to talk to individual agents, then it defeats the purpose.
