Supposed To Be?
If the idea of doing the same job for the next 5, 10, or 20 years makes your chest tighten…
If you're tired of watching the alarm go off every Monday morning and living the same week on repeat…
If you're fed up with asking permission for holidays, squeezing your life around work...
If you're exhausted by office politics, endless meetings, commuting...
If you feel like you're capable of more, but can't quite see the path forward…
It's because deep down, you
know you're meant for more.
More freedom. More purpose.
More flexibility. More impact.
More you.
And even if you can't fully explain it yet,
something inside you keeps whispering:
"I'm meant to

The Coaching Masters has been one of the most powerful and life-changing experiences I've ever invested in. It's so much more than learning how to coach others, it opens up your own mind, helps you grow as a person, and gives you tools and awareness that impact every area of your life.
The opportunities within the university are incredible, and the support throughout the journey has been amazing. You genuinely feel encouraged to grow, learn, and become the best version of yourself while building real coaching skills.
A huge thank you to the co-founders,
Dr. Lewis Raymond Taylor, and Liam James Collins, for creating such an inspiring and supportive learning environment, and also to the admin team for the support I received today especially Denise who responded so quickly to my specific issue, handled everything professionally and kindly, and made me feel truly valued and supported. That level of care really stands out.
I'm so grateful to be part of this community and would highly recommend The Coaching Masters to anyone looking to grow personally and professionally.
Everything (and I truly mean everything) about The Coaching Masters as a whole is incredible. From the learning (currently on the coaching accreditation) to the community and support is spot on. I've had support from the moment I joined on the app and receive the love and support daily from the whole community, those new, those been there for a while and very experienced and Liam and Lewis who also show up daily to ensure everything's smooth sailing. On first glance everything looked far too good to be true, I jumped in and I won't ever look back, only love and gratitude for The Coaching Masters and all it embodies, teaches and supports. The value for money is 2nd to none also, they go above and beyond with everything. Only regret is I didn't do it sooner. Thank you always!
I ummed and ahhed about doing this accreditation for years, literally! At the time I found the costs hard to meet, since then there are way more affordable ways to get started. As soon as I had the money, I got cracking and I absolutely loved it. Lewis and Liam are such a brilliant duo. I laughed out loud during the sessions and caught myself smiling often during the course, as I was enjoying it so much!! I can't recommend it enough, really great theory and practice. They are clearly passionate about their work and talk straight. I really highly recommend the accreditation. The platform works great and I have zero complaints! Thank you so much. I'll be back for other courses for sure!

But never actually get clients and make an impact.
Be aware of the following traps.
Why The Coaching Masters University?
Completely life changing, the best thing I have ever done is becoming a coach through The Coaching Masters and being a part of this community. And I paid way more for it!

I don’t want anyone to make the same mistake as I did, please check them out, I promise you won’t find a team better than this.

Mentorship From 8-Figure Coaches
Inside The University, it's built into the program.
Many aspiring coaches are surrounded by people who simply don't understand their vision.
Friends and family can question your decisions, doubt your ambitions, or struggle to see what's possible for you.
When you're surrounded by people building coaching businesses, attracting clients, sharing wins, and overcoming the same challenges, everything changes.
You gain motivation, accountability, encouragement, and the confidence that comes from knowing you're not doing it alone.
As a student, you'll join our global community of thousands of coaches through CoachApp, where you can ask questions, find practice partners, collaborate, network, and receive support from people who genuinely want to see you succeed.
Online Community
You'll also gain access to live workshops, online meetups, networking events, retreats, and co-working spaces with coaches from around the world.
The Freedom
Framework Effect
Most aspiring coaches struggle because they're missing one of the pieces.
Some have qualifications but no clients.
Some have clients but no confidence.
Some have all the skills in the world, but no community to keep them accountable..
But when all four come together, in one place, at one point in time, something powerful happens.
And when all four work together, freedom stops being a dream and starts becoming a reality.
It's the same system that has helped
thousands of ordinary people build coaching businesses around their lives.

Imagine You in
a Year From Now…
Now, not everyone in our community wants to become a content creator, build a huge following, or spend their days posting on Instagram, and that's completely okay.
However, social media gives us an easy way to showcase what's possible.
Below are just some of the coaches who started exactly where you are today. Since joining The Coaching Masters University, they've developed a niche, built credibility, attracted clients, and created real coaching businesses around their passions.
Whether you choose to grow through social media, networking, referrals, speaking, workshops, or other strategies, the goal remains the same: building a coaching business that gives you more freedom, purpose, and flexibility.

Maybe you're wondering…
What if I'm not confident enough?
Too shy?
Too old?
Not good with technology?
What if I don't know who I'd
coach, don't have a social media
following, or have tried courses
before and never followed
through?
No confusing jargon.
You're not alone
The truth is, these are some of the most common concerns we hear from new students.
That's why this programme isn't built around watching videos alone and hoping everything falls into place. Through live practice, feedback, mentorship, community, and real world experience, you'll gradually build the skills, confidence, and belief needed to coach professionally.
By the time many students begin working with clients, they're no longer asking whether they can do it.
They're asking why they waited so long to start.

Earn Whilst You Learn
Many students earn back their investment during the programme through their very first coaching clients.
Unlike most purchases that lose value, this is an investment in a business that will continue creating income and impact for years to come.
The maths is
surprisingly simple.
We encourage students to start by charging around £1,000 for a 12-week coaching package, which works out at roughly £80 per hour.
That means just 3 clients generate £3,000 in revenue, enough to cover your entire investment.
Not 3 clients a month.
Not 3 clients a year.
Just 3 clients.
Ever.

What Is The Real Cost Of Doing Nothing?
Most coaches struggle because they stay stuck in the same cycle for years, waiting until they feel "ready."
Another year in the same job.
Another year of putting yourself last.
Another year wondering if life was meant to feel more meaningful than this.
And the truth is, staying where you are often feels safer than investing in yourself… But what does "safe" really cost?
It shows in the growing feeling that you're capable of more but never gave yourself the chance to explore it.
At some point, the
bigger risk is not trying.
The people who succeed in coaching are not always the most confident, experienced, or talented.
They are usually the people who finally
decided:
"I'm going to back
myself for once."

The INDUSTRY
The Coaching Industry Makes Success
Harder Than It Needs to Be.
The coaching education industry isn't designed to make it easy for new coaches to succeed. Most beginners get pushed into a cycle of:
buying certification after certification
then another business course
then another "secret strategy"
then a "coach or mentor" that promises overnight success
So coaches keep spending money, keep learning, keep "getting ready"…
But never actually get clients and make an impact.
Because the industry likes to keep you confused, as confused people, keep buying.
Be aware of the following traps.
Online certificates for $50–$200. They may give you a certificate, but offer little depth, no live practice, or feedback.
Academies that look official, but use wording like "ICF aligned" instead of being formally accredited by a recognised body.
Influencer-style coaching programs promising fast money, instant clients, and overnight success, but with no tangible results.
And most are taught by people who haven't built successful coaching businesses themselves.
That's why we built
The Coaching Masters University!
Why The Coaching Masters University?
Most coaching schools teach coaching. We help you build a coaching business.
For over 10 years, we've helped more than 15,000 students across 87 countries become confident
coaches, attract paying clients, and create greater freedom, flexibility, and purpose in their lives.
Unlike most training providers, we don't just give you a qualification
and send you on your way.
We combine internationally recognised coaching and NLP accreditations, live
coaching practice, business training, weekly mentorship, technology, and a
thriving global community, all in one place.
Everything you're about to discover has been tested, refined, and proven through thousands of students, coaches, and success stories.

Imagine You in a Year From Now…
Now, not everyone in our community wants to become a content creator, build a huge following, or spend their days posting on Instagram, and that's completely okay.

Too shy?
Too old?
What if I don't know who I'd coach, don't have a social media following,
or have tried courses before and never followed through?
Not good with technology?
You're not alone
The truth is, these are some of the most common concerns we hear from new students.
That's why this programme isn't built around watching videos alone and hoping everything falls into place.
Through live practice, feedback, mentorship, community, and real-world experience, you'll gradually build the skills, confidence, and belief needed to coach professionally.
By the time many students begin working with clients, they're no longer asking
whether they can do it.
They're asking why they waited so long to start.

If you tried to build all of this separately, it would cost tens of thousands of dollars

Earn Whilst You Learn
Many students earn back their investment during the programme through their very first coaching clients.
Unlike most purchases that lose value, this is an investment in a business that will continue creating income and impact for years to come.
The maths is surprisingly simple.
We encourage students to start by charging around £1,000 for a 12-week coaching package, which works out at roughly£80 per hour.
That means just 3 clients generate £3,000 in
revenue, enough to cover your entire investment.
Not 3 clients a month. Not 3 clients a year.
Just 3 clients. Ever.

What Happens On
The Enrollment Call?
This isn't a sales call.
It's a Coaching Masters University Strategy Session designed to help you discover whether coaching and our programme is genuinely the right fit for your goals and if you're the right fit for us.
During the session, we'll:
Explore your goals, strengths, and long-term vision
Identify whether coaching is a realistic path for you
Map out what your first 6 months could look like
Answer any questions about the training, qualifications, support, and business-building process
If we genuinely believe we can help you achieve your goals,
we'll explain the different pathways available.
If we don't believe it's the right fit, we'll tell you honestly.
Because The Coaching Masters University is
not for everyone.
We only accept the right students.
What Is The Real Cost Of Doing Nothing?
Most coaches struggle because they stay stuck in the same cycle for years, waiting until they feel "ready."
Another year in the same job.
Another year of putting yourself last.
Another year wondering if life was meant to feel more meaningful than this.
And the truth is, staying where you are often feels safer than investing in yourself…
But what does "safe" really cost?
It shows in the growing feeling that you're capable of more but never gave
yourself the chance to explore it.
At some point, the bigger risk is not trying.
The people who succeed in coaching are not always the most confident,
experienced, or talented.
They are usually the people who finally decided:
"I'm going to back myself for once."

Case Study — Alison
"I Never Felt Like I Was Getting Anywhere"
Alison spent 6+ years banging her head against the wall, trying to start her coaching business. Within 8 weeks, she went from zero paying clients to two paid-in-full clients, then her first 10k month in 4 months.
We've helped over 15,000 people from 87 countries create freedom-based coaching businesses.
YOUR ACTION
Why You Should Act Now?
30
We can only accept 30 new students into each intake.
Because the live coaching labs, mentorship, feedback, technical support, and community experience are all delivered in a hands-on environment, places are limited to protect the quality of support and student results.
Some intakes fill within days.
When that happens, enrolment closes and may not reopen again for several weeks or even months, depending on capacity.
If you're reading this page and places are currently available, now is the time to explore whether this path is right for you.
Now, is your time to…
