I'll give you a hint: the privately funded militias who don't answer to the gov't in Kyiv knows what happens to them if they give up the civilians they are using as human shields. The Russian army would then move in and wipe them out. Which is why they aren't letting anybody leave some of these cities even though the Zelensky Gov't and the Russian gov't did a deal for evacuation corridors for civilians.

There's a video circulating this morning from "Intel Slava Z" purporting to be a recent video from Ukraine.
This is the appears to be the exact same video referenced in Q post #3552 from July 30, 2019 which I posted yesterday. The video has just been cropped and edited in a different order. It also appears that the voice over may have been added in post, unless the poster had access to an even earlier version of the video than the 2019 version.
The "new" video has a different Telegram channel's watermark, so I don't know if Intel Slava Z is responsible for this, but it's something to be aware of this morning. This is fake news. In fact the source of the video which was edited was probably my own channel, since it hasn't been in common circulation for a few years and I forwarded it to We The Media yesterday.
