We have a sitting justice on our SCOTUS that is asking philosophically, why HUMAN BEINGS should not be treated like “MACHINES”, or PROPERTY, controlled , inspected and regulated by OSHA?
Sotomayor’s sick mistake was already made by SCOTUS in 1857, with the abominable Dred Scott decision, ruling that Blacks were subhuman and could never become citizens. It took a Civil War to overturn this decision.
We earnestly pray that the 8 other members on SCOTUS have:
1) read their history
2) know the current United States Federal code section 8 and
3) have a moral compass.
