You can check the verification and activation status of your organization's account directly through the Google for Nonprofits portal.
1. View the status of your account request

Sign in to your Google for Nonprofits account.

Look directly below your organization's name to view your current status:

In progress: Your request is currently being evaluated by Goodstack. Most requests are reviewed in 2-14 business days. You will receive an email once the review is complete.

Action required: Goodstack needs additional information or documentation from you. Check your email for messages from verifications@mail.goodstack.org.

Verified: Your organization is verified. You can now proceed to activate products.

Not eligible: Goodstack was unable to verify your affiliation with the organization. Check your email for messages from verifications@mail.goodstack.org.

2. Check the activation status of a specific product
Each Google for Nonprofits product (such as Google Workspace, Google Ad Grants, the YouTube Nonprofit Program, or Google Maps Platform credits) must be activated separately.

Sign in to your Google for Nonprofits account.

Under your organization's name, select Activate products to view the status of each offering:

Activation request received: Your request is being reviewed by Google for Nonprofits. Most requests are reviewed in 2-14 business days. You will receive an email once the review is complete.

Your activation request needs work: Google for Nonprofits needs additional information or changes from you before approving. Click on Learn more for details on what is required.

Approved: Your organization has been approved.

Not eligible: Your organization doesnât qualify at this time. Google reserves the right to grant or deny an organizationâs application or participation at any time, for any reason, and to supplement or amend the eligibility guidelines at any time.
