One of the best short incremental games, highly recommended.

I really enjoyed this game, it's a bit short and I would definitely want more from the devs.

A really, really good tower defense game with base building and some very basic automation. Smooth gameplay, plenty of upgrades, amazing replayability. Really well done coop with the only flaw being rather long load times when jumping between planets.

Definitely worth playing.

Not as good as the first one, but still enjoyable enough.

I still refuse to accept the main character is the actual Hercule Poirot but I've leant to acknowledge him. Setting the action in 1970s was a good idea, it was an easy way to remove access to any required information via mobile phones. And it resulted in a fantastic soundtrack, the music is really good.

The main issue is the game lacks focus. Jane, the new sidekick, is charismatic and interesting but her investigations have nothing to do with Poirot's until the very end of the game and because of that there is a big disconnect between both characters. I also didn't enjoy the direction Jane's case went, from regular corporate crimes to some cult-like gathering using masks and aliases.

It might sound weird but there is a definite overload of puzzles in game. While the puzzles themselves are usually fun to solve, the justification for their existence is often nonsensical like people not wanting to talk to you until you beat them at their game or the big one in the Abu Simbel temple - I guess people who moved the temple piece by piece somehow missed those hidden pieces.

Despite Venice not being particularly great location in the previous game the developers decided to add even more semi-open locations in the sequel. These really show weaknesses of the engine in terms of graphical fidelity and controls. I did however enjoy the stealth sections very much, I felt they fit the game really well.

All in all it it should be a pleasant albeit flawed title for fans of dame Agatha Christie.

Hard to believe it's been 15 years. I still remember this game. It's truly great and definitely worth playing for any fan of chill puzzle games.

A really nice HOG. it is definitely a highlight of Cateia Games' catalogue. Graphics and voice acting are very high quality and the story is serviceable. It reminded me of the old Artifex Mundi games. As usual with Cateia Games this game reuses some of the assets and puzzles from their other titles but it's not a major issue.

Another absolute coop masterpiece from Hazelight. A must-play.

No, just no. It's the most confusing HO-style game I've ever played. HOGs are usually very simple in terms of the story but I've played this one twice and I still have no idea what it was about. There's no flow to the story nor your actions, everything feels completely random. If this was a newer title I'd seriously consider this chaotic mess an AI creation.

Really well done HOG, coming from the first one it was a significant improvement, maybe with exception of the incredibly bad dialogues. It reminded me the golden times of Artifex Mundi games. Worth trying out.

A fun hidden object style game without the actual HO scenes. It was very enjoyable with really interesting story and engaging puzzles. The ending was somewhat disappointing especially since there's no sequel or even a bonus chapter. Nevertheless the game is definitely worth checking for fans of the genre.
