Edit -- I can no longer in good conscience reccomend this game until the current meta is reverted. Do you want to play an hour long game against a killer who won't give you a modicum of fun? Or a game of sweaty tryhard survivors with every 2nd chance perk under the sun? This is the game for you. No fun allowed.

Dead by Daylight is an asymmetrical cat and mouse game that remains the mainstay in its genre; outliving both the Ash Vs Evil Dead and Friday the 13th games by long shots. I would highly recommend, and here is why;

• This game is for a type of person who doesn't seem to get angry easily, or can take the bad with the good. ("I died, but I still pipped/got my teammates out/had fun" or "Man, that 3k was good, they played well for hatch."
  
• Even with the toxicity, the game is loads of fun if not taken seriously and tryharded to death.
  
• Finding a good group to play with as a survivor is amazing.
  
• Playing Killer is truly satisfying a good majority of the time, and the Killers just received a buff during the mid-season update.
  
  This game will teach you to temper your expectations, get less tilted at perceived 'BS' and allow spend time enjoying the salt from those less fortunate than yourself.
  
  
  

So, I purchased this game on a sale, with MCD. I have to say I've seen content for it over the years and always liked watching it.

Now, I give this game a solid 10/10 for my expectations. Objectively, it has things to be desired, but in my subjective and non expert opinion.

I played for what felt like 3 hours of great content, made it to 8 hours on this and the second title combined without even realizing it. If you want a fun game, this is it gents.

40 Hours in and loving it completely. I've been living and breathing reach since it came out. Legit won't touch anything other than Rimworld when I'm in lobbies waiting for another game. Would Recommend, a breed of shooter like no other.

Arma3 is a good game that has aged gracefully.

This game has a thriving community, many good youtubers for it (bananaduck and OperatorDrewski), and a wealth of DLC. Don't let the pricetag put you off, they do sales lots of the time, and I personally got apex and the game itself during one of them around August 2017. I never regretted learning the game and becoming a better shot. From my first time learning the stances to my latest operation that included mortars, tanks, MRAPs, and the whole 9 yards almost mauling me to death with gunfire and mortar shells. The game is a blast and all.

Cons: Poor optimization, bugs, mods keep it alive more than anything.


Bohemia did well but we need better optimization, make sure you have at least a Intel I5 and keep the settings lower since this game uses CPU, not your GPU to render.

Rainbow six siege is absolutely garbage in it's current state. Poor optimization, hackers run rampant, and they ban you for saying anything deemed offensive. it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rated M game. don't waste your money on this trash game by trash developers.

I started playing this on PS2 when I was only around 7. This game was the best, great graphics, great gaming, and for my brain then, great story. NONE of that has changed and I still feel the nostalgia every time I play. Great game, buy it if you want the classic feels and great gameplay.

this is a good game with a great playerbase. Much respect to the dev.
