This Hypothesis is part of key result DE2.5 of the Wikimedia Foundation's annual plan: "Abstract Wikipedia Experience: By the end of Q3, enable editors without in-depth Wikifunctions knowledge to create and improve Abstract articles, and know what to do when the content they want cannot yet be expressed.":

If we explore ways for contributors to capture sentences or statements they would like to include but cannot yet express on Abstract Wikipedia, and share these with the Wikifunctions community, then we can establish a workable feedback loop between content needs and function development.
