家には、
天気と違う空があった。
Our home had its own sky,
different from the one outside.
温かい食卓でも、
最初に動くのは
箸ではなく、
私の目だった。

光が少しやさしかった。
When my father was away,

felt softer in the light.

It simply appeared.

That is why
I came to love being alone.

安心して息を吸える場所だった。
Silence was the only place
where I could truly breathe.
気づけば心は、
ぼろぼろの服をまとったまま、
雨の中を歩いていた。
Before I knew it,
my heart was walking
through the rain
in tattered clothes.
立ち止まるたび、
空を見上げる。
Whenever I stopped,
I looked up at the sky.

意味を教えて。

what meaning
does this rain hold?
答えは、
まだない。
The answer
has not come yet.
それでも私は、
今日も歩き続ける
ぼろぼろの服で、
雨の中を。
Still,
I keep walking today,
through the rain,
in tattered clothes.
いつの日か、
誰も顔色をうかがわずに
食卓を囲める夜がきますように。
May there come a day
when no one has to search another’s face
before sharing a meal.
