Following last Saturday , I've gone to " Hokkaido Fair in Yoyogi " to Yoyogi Park day before yesterday .

I've enjoyed watching several event stages , tasting Hokkaido gourmet foods and sweets such as Furano Pudding Parfait , Muroran Salt Ramen !

After Fireworks in Nagareyama, I've gone to Nagareyama Honcho Marche to Nagareyama City White Mirin Museum yesterday .

I've enjoyed eating soft serve ice cream with mirin syrup , Nagareyama pudding made with mirin , and also gotten to watch the mirin brewing tubs inside the museum !

On the way back to my home in Nagareyama City from Hokkaido Fair in Yoyogi at Yoyogi Park via Minami-Nagareyama Station , I've watched The Fireworks in Nagareyama at Edo River Bank in Nagareyama City which is my local .

I was really happy and happy to be able to watch and enjoy so many fireworks such as Niagara , Rocket , Smile , and Heart for 40 minutes !

愛知・名古屋アジア大会の競泳決勝を観てきました

I've watched the finals for 7 swimming events, including the men's 100m butterfly on Autumn Equinox Day which is the last day of Silver Week 5 consecutive holidays .

I was truly moved by the magnificent performances of Japan National Team athletes across all the events—especially watching Mr. Shoon Mitsunaga win the gold medal on the men's 100m butterfly !

今日は東大病院で左膝の診察を受けました

I had an examination of my left knee by Orthopedics at the Hospital of the University of Tokyo today .

After the 2nd surgery on December 25th , 2015 , the condition of my left knee has become gradually better .

After I've rested for over 6 hours, I've set out from the hostel and run 5 km — via Nagoya Station —to the area near Nagoya Castle; afterwards, I've gone to watch the marathon race walking events for 2026 Asian Games in Aichi and Nagoya .

レインボーブリッジのファンランに参加します

I'll be participating in " Rainbow Bridge 5km Fun Run 2026 " on November 23rd .

The fun run will start near Toyota Arena Tokyo, go along the public road under the Rainbow Bridge, turn around near Shibaura Anchorage, and finish at the Aomi Higashi temporary parking lot, covering a distance of 5km .

都庁の階段マラソンに参加します

I'll be participating in " 2026 Tokyo Run Up " which will be held at Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office which is the starting point on Tokyo Marathon on every march 1st Sunday on November 15th .
This event will be held concurrently as " 2026 Stair Climbing All-Japan Championship " and " Stair Climbing Japan Circuit Tokyo Tournament 2026 " .
The event takes place at Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 1 and Citizens' Plaza ; the course spans floors 2 through 45 of the building's North Tower , where participating runners—myself included—will race up 984 steps covering a vertical distance of 202 meters .
Runners in the general men's division , myself included , will start one by one at 10-second intervals, beginning at 12:40 P.M. on the day of the race .
To date , I have run a total of nine full marathons—including five Tokyo Marathons, two Hokkaido Marathons , and two Chiba Aqualine Marathons—and completed six half-marathons, including three Tokyo Legacy Half Marathons ; however , this will be my first time participating in a marathon event that involves running up the stairs of Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building , so I am determined to give it my all and make it to the finish line !
１１月１５日、毎年３月第１日曜日の東京マラソンのスタート地点である東京都庁で「２０２６東京ランアップ」が開催されます。
この大会は「２０２６ステアクライミング全日本選手権」、「ステアクライミング・ジャパンサーキット東京大会２０２６」を兼ねて開催されます。
会場は東京都庁第一本庁舎及び都民広場で、コースは東京都庁第一本庁舎北棟２～４５回で、僕を含む参加ランナーは２０２m、９８４段の階段を走ります。
僕を含む一般男子の部のランナーは当日の午後０時４０分から１人ずつ、１０秒間隔でスタートします。
これまでは５度の東京マラソン、２度の北海道マラソン、２度のちばアクアラインマラソンで合計９回フルマラソンを走った他、３度の東京レガシーハーフマラソンを含めて合計６回ハーフマラソンを完走したことがある僕ですが、都庁の階段を登って走るマラソン大会に出場するのは初めてなので、最後まで走って完走できるように頑張りたいと思います！
