Takeo, Saga. At the foot of Mt. Mifune, which embraces 1,300 years of history, lies a sanctuary that elevates the modern concept of "totonoi" (mindful recovery) to the level of art. "Rakan no Yu" is a place to void the self and immerse in the dialogue between light and shadow.

01. 漆黒の静寂 (The Silent Abyss)

A sauna like a cave, and a cold plunge pool reflecting the depths of the forest. In this jet-black space where visual information is stripped to the limit, one focuses solely on the sound of their own breath and the shifting temperature against the skin. What remains is a pure sense of existence.
